The benefits of using mobile sink to prolong sensor network lifetime have been well recognized. However, few provably theoretical results remain are developed due to the complexity caused by time-dependent network topology. In this work, we investigate the optimum routing strategy for the static sensor network. We further propose a number of motion stratifies for the mobile sink(s) to gather real time data from static sensor network, with the objective to maximize the network lifetime. Specially, we consider a more realistic model where the moving speed and path for mobile sinks are constrained. Our extensive experiments show that our scheme can significantly prolong entire network lifetime and reduce delivery delay.

By using BP artificial nerve network's error reversion transmission. Summing up various data of comprehensive logging can solve the problem of low accurate rate for identifying oil, gas, water zones. The software provides nerve network reservoir interpretation model by studying and training the initial data of tested oil. Practice proves the overall coincidence rate of interpretation reaches 97%. It can more efficiently reflects logging technique's advantage of wellsite quick evaluation oil, gas, water zones. The application in this technique improves the level of logging data interpretation and evaluation.

The efficient markets hypothesis (EMH) maintains that market prices fully reflect all available information such as public or private information. Therefore, the study of analyzing the reaction of stock price to the information has attracted more and more attention. Here we proposed an effective measuring method using fuzzy c-means (FCM) for describing the reaction to public information, and further analyzing and quantifying the intensity. Taking the deposit reserve rate, a kind of typical public information, as an example, the clustering results show that there are there prominent characters of reaction in Shanghai A-share market. Furthermore, the empirical results indicate that the clustering technique has a good effect in classifying the intensity of reaction of stock market to public information.

To support task allocation in Spatial Grid, effective and reliable spatial grid catalogue should be developed since it provides resource distribution information. This paper proposes a novel relation model based spatial grid catalogue. Design and implementation details for constructing our proposed spatial grid catalogue are discussed. Practical experiments also reveal the relation model based spatial grid catalogue can effectively discover appropriate grid resources and help make better spatial task allocation.

Traditional wavelet transformation enhancement can not adjust the brightness of an image effectively, particularly for the remote sensing images whose brightness is uneven or insufficient. A novel image enhancement algorithm based on wavelet and nonlinear iteration is presented. Nonlinear iteration method is adopted to adjust the low-frequency coefficients of wavelet as well as remaining the effectiveness of the traditional wavelet transformation enhancement. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of our algorithm.

Ontology is deemed as an effective means in the field of information integration. However, environmental data, which involves various kinds of data such as spatio-temporal data about air, land, water as well as non nature data about social and economic issues, is quite distinct to general data. Currently how to use ontology for environmental data integration was seldom discussed. This paper presents the hierarchical structure of environmental ontology and gives a method of modeling environmental data using ontology. Then an ontology-based GIS framework for integrating and managing environmental data is proposed.
