Partial multi-label learning via label-specific feature corrections

Partial multi-label learning（PML） allows learning from rich-semantic objects with inaccurate annotations, where a set of candidate labels are assigned to each training example but only some of them are valid. Existing approaches rely on disambiguation to tackle the PML problem, which aims to correct noisy candidate labels by recovering the ground-truth labeling information ahead of prediction model induction. However, this dominant strategy might be suboptimal as it usually needs extra assumptions that cannot be fully satisfied in real-world scenarios. Instead of label correction, we investigate another strategy to tackle the PML problem, where the potential ambiguity in PML data is eliminated by correcting instance features in a label-specific manner. Accordingly, a simple yet effective approach named PASE, i.e., partial multi-label learning via label-specific feature corrections, is proposed. Under a meta-learning framework, PASElearns to exert label-specific feature corrections so that potential ambiguity specific to each class label can be eliminated and the desired prediction model can be induced on these corrected instance features with the provided candidate labels. Comprehensive experiments on a wide range of synthetic and real-world data sets validate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

Smart contracts are widely used on the blockchain to implement complex transactions,such as decentralized applications on *** vulnerability detection of large-scale smart contracts is critical,as attacks on smart contracts often cause huge economic *** it is difficult to repair and update smart contracts,it is necessary to find the vulnerabilities before they are ***,code analysis,which requires traversal paths,and learning methods,which require many features to be trained,are too time-consuming to detect large-scale on-chain ***-based methods will obtain detection models from a feature space compared to code analysis methods such as symbol *** the existing features lack the interpretability of the detection results and training model,even worse,the large-scale feature space also affects the efficiency of *** paper focuses on improving the detection efficiency by reducing the dimension of the features,combined with expert *** this paper,a feature extraction model Block-gram is proposed to form low-dimensional knowledge-based features from ***,the metadata is separated and the runtime code is converted into a sequence of opcodes,which are divided into segments based on some instructions(jumps,etc.).Then,scalable Block-gram features,including 4-dimensional block features and 8-dimensional attribute features,are mined for the learning-based model ***,feature contributions are calculated from SHAP values to measure the relationship between our features and the results of the detection *** addition,six types of vulnerability labels are made on a dataset containing 33,885 contracts,and these knowledge-based features are evaluated using seven state-of-the-art learning algorithms,which show that the average detection latency speeds up 25×to 650×,compared with the features extracted by N-gram,and also can enhance the interpretability of the detection model.

Weighted Attribute Based Conditional Proxy Re-Encryption in the Cloud

Conditional proxy re-encryption(CPRE)is an effective cryptographic primitive language that enhances the access control mechanism and makes the delegation of decryption permissions more granular,but most of the attribute-based conditional proxy re-encryption(AB-CPRE)schemes proposed so far do not take into account the importance of user attributes.A weighted attribute-based conditional proxy re-encryption(WAB-CPRE)scheme is thus designed to provide more precise decryption rights *** introducing the concept of weight attributes,the quantity of system attributes managed by the server is reduced *** the same time,a weighted tree structure is constructed to simplify the expression of access structure *** conditional proxy re-encryption,large amounts of data and complex computations are outsourced to cloud servers,so the data owner(DO)can revoke the user’s decryption rights directly with minimal *** scheme proposed achieves security against chosen plaintext attacks(CPA).Experimental simulation results demonstrated that the decryption time is within 6–9 ms,and it has a significant reduction in communication and computation cost on the user side with better functionality compared to other related schemes,which enables users to access cloud data on devices with limited resources.

HTC-HAD: A Hybrid Transformer-CNN Approach for Hyperspectral Anomaly Detection

Hyperspectral anomaly detection (HAD) identifies anomalies by analyzing differences between anomalies and background pixels without prior information, presenting a significant challenge. Most existing studies leverage the high correlation in spectral and spatial dimensions, primarily focusing on local spectral and spatial information for background reconstruction while neglecting long-range dependencies. This local perception constrains models from fully capturing intrinsic spatial–spectral connections. To address this, we propose a novel hybrid transformer-CNN network for HAD (HTC-HAD). Specifically, HTC-HAD combines CNNs with transformers, where the CNN focuses on local modeling, and the transformer addresses long-range modeling. This dual approach ensures the accurate reconstruction of backgrounds by capturing both local and long-range dependencies. Meanwhile, to reduce model complexity and redundancy among neighboring bands, we incorporate a simplified and effective band selection strategy as preprocessing. In addition, to prevent anomalies from being reconstructed during background estimation, we employ an adaptive weight loss function to suppress them. Experimental results on several real datasets, both qualitatively and quantitatively, demonstrate that our HTC-HAD achieves satisfying detection performance. © 2008-2012 IEEE.

FHGraph:A Novel Framework for Fake News Detection Using Graph Contrastive Learning and LLM

A Novel Approach to Cloud Security: Publicly Verifiable Remote Signcryption Framework

In communication systems, ensuring both data integrity and confidentiality is crucial. Traditional methods, such as encryption and signature schemes, handle these aspects separately, leading to inefficiencies. Signcryption techniques, which address both requirements simultaneously, present a more efficient alternative. Nonetheless, they are unsuitable for cloud storage systems due to their reliance on original files for data auditing. Remote data integrity checking (RDIC) methods resolve this issue but compromise data confidentiality. To bridge the gap between signcryption and RDIC approaches, remote signcryption (RSC) has been proposed. However, existing RSC methods lack support for public auditing, rendering data auditing non-outsourcable. This paper introduces publicly verifiable remote signcryption (PVRSC) to address this shortcoming and presents the first concrete PVRSC scheme with public verifiability. We define the security model for PVRSC and prove its robustness based on the hardness of the Bilinear Diffie-Hellman (BDH) problem. Our implementation on real data shows that PVRSC significantly outperforms existing methods, achieving speeds up to 100 times faster and reducing communication costs by half compared to RDIC methods. For outsourced data up to 5MB, PVRSC maintains a communication cost below 8KB during data recovery, a substantial improvement over classical signcryption approaches, which exceed 5MB. © 2014 IEEE.

Conversational Query Reformulation (CQR) has significantly advanced in addressing the challenges of conversational search, particularly those stemming from the latent user intent and the need for historical context. Recent works aimed to boost the performance of CQR through alignment. However, they are designed for one specific retrieval system, which potentially results in sub-optimal generalization. To overcome this limitation, we present a novel framework ADACQR. By aligning reformulation models with both term-based and semantic-based retrieval systems, ADACQR enhances the generalizability of information-seeking queries among diverse retrieval environments through a two-stage training strategy. Moreover, two effective approaches are proposed to obtain superior labels and diverse input candidates, boosting the efficiency and robustness of the framework. Experimental results on the TopiOCQA, QReCC and TREC CAsT datasets demonstrate that ADACQR outperforms the existing methods in a more efficient framework, offering both quantitative and qualitative improvements in conversational query reformulation. © 2025 Association for Computational Linguistics.

Large Language Models (LLMs) demonstrate remarkable emergent abilities across various tasks, yet fall short of complex reasoning and planning tasks. The tree-search-based reasoning methods address this by encouraging the exploration of intermediate steps, surpassing the capabilities of chain-of-thought prompting. However, significant inference latency is introduced due to the systematic exploration and evaluation of multiple thought paths. This paper introduces SEED, a novel and efficient inference framework to improve both runtime speed and GPU memory management concurrently. Based on a scheduled speculative execution, SEED efficiently handles multiple iterations for thought generation and state evaluation, leveraging a rounds-scheduled strategy to manage draft model dispatching. Extensive experimental evaluations on three reasoning datasets demonstrate the superior speedup performance of SEED. © 2025 Association for Computational Linguistics.
