Recently, graph clustering methods that integrate structured information into deep clustering have become one of the important research directions. However, current methods still lack an efficient and flexible fusion strategy when combining auto encoders and Graph Convolutional network (GCN) to learn feature representation. Accordingly, we propose a network named Structural Attention-based Graph Clustering network (SAGC). Firstly, we use the attention coefficient as weighted values to dynamically allocate the contribution of node attribute features and structural features. Secondly, an enhanced delivery operator is designed to efficiently convey the node features learned by the autoencoder. Lastly, a dual self-supervised mechanism is employed to unify the optimization of the two types of node features, thereby enhancing the stability of the model. Experiments on various types of datasets validate that our method outperforms state-of-the-art methods.

Dynamic Heterogeneous Federated Learning with Multi-Level Prototypes

Federated learning shows promise as a privacy-preserving collaborative learning technique. Existing heterogeneous federated learning mainly focuses on skewing the label distribution across clients. However, most approaches suffer from catastrophic forgetting and concept drift, mainly when the global distribution of all classes is extremely unbalanced and the data distribution of the client dynamically evolves over time. In this paper, we study the new task, i.e., Dynamic Heterogeneous Federated Learning (DHFL), which addresses the practical scenario where heterogeneous data distributions exist among different clients and dynamic tasks within the client. Accordingly, we propose a novel federated learning framework named Federated Multi-Level Prototypes (FedMLP) and design federated multi-level regularizations. To mitigate concept drift, we construct prototypes and semantic prototypes to provide fruitful generalization knowledge and ensure the continuity of prototype spaces. To maintain the model stability and consistency of convergence, three regularizations are introduced as training losses, i.e., prototype-based regularization, semantic prototype-based regularization, and federated inter-task regularization. Due to the diversity of nonlinear loads, the harmonic frequency of the DC microgrid is unpredictable, which poses a challenge to traditional DC active power filters (DC-APF). Firstly, the harmonic compensation mechanism and characteristics of the DC-APF with classical control strategy are analyzed. For the classical DC-APF, the voltage control and harmonic extraction are independent of each other, which may lead to their conflict and reduce the harmonic compensation performance. To address this issue, a harmonic current self-compensation control strategy of DC-APF is proposed, which uses a first-order inertia controller in the voltage loop and can simultaneously achieve voltage control and harmonic extraction. Then, the mechanism, characteristics, and parametric design method of the proposed harmonic current self-compensation control are introduced in detail. Compared with the classical DC-APF, the proposed DC-APF does not require any harmonic extraction filter and has better harmonic current compensation performance. Finally, the proposed control strategy and theoretical analysis are verified by simulation and experiment. © 2025 IEEE. All rights reserved.

Exploiting Multi-Label Correlation in Label Distribution Learning

Label Distribution Learning (LDL) is a novel machine learning paradigm that assigns label distribution to each instance. Many LDL methods proposed to leverage label correlation in the learning process to solve the exponential-sized output space;among these, many exploited the low-rank structure of label distribution to capture label correlation. However, recent studies disclosed that label distribution matrices are typically full-rank, posing challenges to those works exploiting low-rank label correlation. Note that multi-label is generally low-rank;low-rank label correlation is widely adopted in multi-label learning (MLL) literature. Inspired by that, we introduce an auxiliary MLL process in LDL and capture low-rank label correlation on that MLL rather than LDL. In such a way, low-rank label correlation is appropriately exploited in our LDL methods. We conduct comprehensive experiments and demonstrate that our methods are superior to existing LDL methods. Besides, the ablation studies justify the advantages of exploiting low-rank label correlation in the auxiliary MLL. © 2023, CC BY.

The widespread use of power micro-applications has significantly expanded the attack surface of their server side, thus increasing the risk of vulnerability attacks such as SQL injection, XSS, and CRLF injection. To ensure the security of power systems, these attacks must be detected precisely and timely. Therefore, this paper proposes a server-side web attack detection method based on DistilBERT and feature fusion for HTTP and HTTPS requests. The method treats HTTP and HTTPS requests as text data, specifically, extracts deep semantic features using DistilBERT, and fuses them with well-designed empirical features to comprehensively characterize and classify the request. Consequently, anomalous requests can be detected. The experimental results show that the accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 score of the method on HTTP CSIC 2010 and FWAF datasets are close to or higher than 99%. Compared with other methods as far as we known, this method has better performance and efficiency. © 2023 IEEE.

Data Augmentation For Label Enhancement

Label distribution (LD) uses the description degree to describe instances, which provides more fine-grained supervision information when learning with label ambiguity. Nevertheless, LD is unavailable in many real-world applications. To obtain LD, label enhancement (LE) has emerged to recover LD from logical label. Existing LE approach have the following problems: (i) They use logical label to train mappings to LD, but the supervision information is too loose, which can lead to inaccurate model prediction;(ii) They ignore feature redundancy and use the collected features directly. To solve (i), we use the topology of the feature space to generate more accurate label-confidence. To solve (ii), we proposed a novel supervised LE dimensionality reduction approach, which projects the original data into a lower dimensional feature space. Combining the above two, we obtain the augmented data for LE. Further, we proposed a novel nonlinear LE model based on the label-confidence and reduced features. Extensive experiments on 12 real-world datasets are conducted and the results show that our method consistently outperforms the other five comparing approaches. Copyright © 2023, The Authors. Sign language is commonly used by deaf or speech-impaired people to convey meaning. Sign language recognition (SLR) aims to help users learn and use sign language by recognizing the signs from given videos. Although sign language has gained social acceptance, few sign language recognition systems have been developed with educational purposes. Current SLR system has a single form of expression and lacks real-time interaction and feedback with an expensive cost. And videos captured in real scenes are complex, which has impact on the performance of models. To this end, this paper has proposed a novel real-time multi-terminal sign language recognition system (RMSLRS). Specifically, a lightweight sign language recognition model based on MediaPipe Holistic is proposed to perform sign language inference by sensing multi-dimensional information such as pose, facial expression, and hand tracking, achieving near real-time performance on mobile and desktop devices. Then, a novel pre-processing module is proposed to reduce the adverse effects of background noise in videos through the YOLO model and OpenCv. Furthermore, a novel technical architecture for front-end and back-end separation and multi-terminal deployment is designed, including WeChat applet, desktop application and website. code_saturne is an open-source general large-scale computational fluid dynamics software independently developed by Electricite de France since 1997. Due to its high computing performance, code_saturne has been widely used in the nuclear industry, heavy fuel and biomass combustion, particle tracking and other computational fluid dynamics fields. In this work, we implemented code_saturne on the new generation Sunway supercomputer (SW26010pro) at the first time. By applying the data value-taking technology of double cache, combined with Sunway shared memory technology, we have adapted the data structure and Modular programming of code_saturne conducively to the new generation Sunway supercomputer (SW26010pro) and accelerated the software hotspots the software hotspots by 1-2 times. After optimizing and porting, this software has successfully served in the numerical simulation of the lateral flow of fuel assemblies in the nuclear industry. © 2023 IEEE.

In recent years, research has illuminated the potency of implicit data processing in enhancing user preferences. Nevertheless, barriers remain in breaking through the constraints of implicit information. This study aims to bridge this gap by firstly constructing a triangular stable node network model, tailored to manage implicit information with precision. Recognizing the challenge of pinpointing novel structures within large-scale graphs, we propose SLTSNN-a triangular stable node network based on self-supervised learning for personalized prediction. SLTSNN innovates by maximizing mutual information between graph-level and patch-level representations, while augmenting graph representations through extended enhanced representations. Additionally, it incorporates triangular data associations and introduces a triangular allocation attention network, which emphasizes strongly correlated preference features among similar users. Furthermore, SLTSNN employs contrastive learning to maximize mutual information between graph vectors and hidden representations, distinguishing between high-order global and local representations. The model's effectiveness in enhancing user preferences and capturing new graph structures is evidenced by its performance on hit rate and normalized discounted cumulative gain metrics across three datasets. © 2025 IEEE.

Trace data is crucial for system observability and maintainability within microservices architectures, and many operation algorithms depend heavily on trace data, including anomaly detection, root cause analysis, etc. However, the actual performance of these algorithms might be unsatisfactory due to the absence of high-quality labeled datasets for effective training and evaluation. Since billions of traces could be generated daily for large-scale microservices, labeling overhead is the main hurdle to obtaining high-quality trace *** this paper, we propose LabelEase, a novel semi-automatic trace labeling tool, which uses active learning techniques to achieve efficient and accurate trace labeling. For anomaly trace labeling, LabelEase clusters similar traces with a graph-based trace representation technique and selects a few representative traces for human labeling, avoiding labeling most of the traces. For root cause labeling, LabelEase aggregates the labeled anomalous traces and identifies the service’s failures for operators to label. Our systematic experiments on two large-scale datasets show that LabelEase achieves over 0.98 F 1 -score in anomaly trace labeling and 0.89 precision of failure detection in root cause labeling, LabelEase can reduce operators’ labeling overhead by more than 99.9%. To the best of our knowledge, we are the first to propose a semi-automatic trace labeling tool capable of achieving efficient and accurate trace labeling.
