As the development of mobile communication technology becomes gradual mature, the short message service which sends messages from the information platform to the mobile phone users has been a method for the most users to obtain information timely and conveniently. This thesis collates the short message service system exploited for the mobile phone users and the service platform for the network users to elaborate the function of the platform and the system structure of the short message platform briefly, and state the key technology of its design and operation minutely. The short message platform is consisted of a web server based on the database, a sending server and interface server. This platform employs three-level control tactics, the user, role and administrator to regulate the user's authority and guarantee the security of the system. So the system has a certain referent value for the design of such kind of short message platform.

Considering existing four expressive styles of part information, the notion of ontology and its technologies are introduced to domain ontology repository of computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP) application system, in order that represents explicitly part information and relations between part features in the repository, and ontology-based description model of part information and three-layer framework of the model is presented, in which description pattern of part features and its structure is proposed. A typical example of part JieTiZhou indicates finally part information of the ontology repository can be expressed definitely by the ontologybased description model, and all kinds of relations among part features can be denoted effectively. © 2009 IEEE.

Segment-tree (ST) based cost aggregation algorithm for stereo matching successfully integrates the information of segmentation with non-local cost aggregation framework. The tree structure which is generated by the segmentation strategy directly determines the final results for this kind of algorithms. However, the original strategy performs unreasonable due to its coarse performance and ignores to meet the disparity consistency assumption. To improve these weaknesses we propose a novel segmentation algorithm for constructing a more faithful ST with enhanced segmentation advantage according to a robust initial over-segmentation. Then we implement non-local cost aggregation framework on this new ST structure and obtain improved disparity maps. Performance evaluations on all 31 Middlebury stereo pairs show that the proposed algorithm outperforms than other five state-of-the-art aggregated based algorithms and also keeps time efficiency.

In order to support mobile service of long-distance monitoring and controlling UPS based on Web, a kind of design and implementation solution of embedded UPS (EUPS) system is brought forward in this paper. The design and implementation of system is based on ATmega161 and RTL8019AS with TCP/IP protocol suite for communication. In the EUPS system, an embedded file system is designed and implemented which can store the data and index information on a serial EEPROM chip in structured way and communicate with MCU through I2C bus. By embedding the file system into UPS system or other information appliances, users can browse and manipulate local data on the web client side. Based on our experimental tests, the performance of EUPS can meet the requirements of Web-based mobile services. © 2010 Binary Information Press.

Due to the high resolution and multipolarization of Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), dimensionality reduction is often needed as a pre-processing step for SAR target recognition. For this purpose, Laplacian Eigenmaps (LE)can be naturally regarded as a candidate, but it neglects the difference between the intra-class and inter-class discriminant information. In this paper, we attempt to integrate LE with Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA)in order to reduce features for SAR objects. Owing to the inherent imaging mechanism and speckle noise of SAR images, we also propose applying hypergraph to formalize the complex relationships between SAR objects. We have performed extensive experiments on the Moving and Stationary Target Acquisition and Recognition database. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the presented combination of LE, LDA, and hypergraph on SAR target recognition.

With the rapid advance of intelligent vehicles, auxiliary driving and automatic driving have been paid more attention to. While vehicle security has become increasingly prominent, which is seriously related to the property and personal safety. The attacker can send abnormal information to the controller through internal CAN bus. Because of the particularity of the vehicle CAN network information communication protocol, the encryption authentication technology cannot effectively solve the safety problem of the vehicle network. In the paper, a novel anomaly detection method based on CAN packet content is proposed. The scheme is effective in preventing in-vehicle ECU attacks caused by malicious modifications. Statistical thinking is adopted to analyze the characteristics of normal message content. Then a confidence interval based on normal features is defined for detecting abnormal network messages. Its detection performance has been demonstrated through experiments carried out on real CAN traffic gathered from an unmodified licensed vehicle. © 2019, ICST Institute for computer Sciences, Social Informatics and Telecommunications Engineering.

Text-Video Knowledge Guided Prompting for Weakly Supervised Temporal Action Localization

Weakly supervised temporal action localization (WTAL) aims to localize action instances with only video-level labels for supervision. Recent methods convert category labels to natural language through prompting and utilize pre-trained vision-language models to generate text representation from natural language for supervision. This is because natural language can provide more prosperous and generalized semantic supervision to compensate for the lack of supervision in weakly supervised scenarios. However, it should be noted that current prompting methods face limitations in generating dynamic prompts that adapt to each video, which leads to difficulties in accurately aligning text and video representations. In this work, we propose a novel Text-Video Knowledge Guided Prompting (TVKP) framework for WTAL, which generates video-aware prompts based on text-video knowledge to enhance semantic alignment between text and video representations and introduce more video-related external category labels to enrich semantic supervision. We introduce the video-aware prompting (VAP) module to learn text-video knowledge from the joint distribution of text and video representations to generate video-aware text representation. Meanwhile, to make VAP more effectively learn text-video knowledge, a text-video contrastive loss is proposed to ensure semantic consistency between text and video representations. In addition, we propose the external knowledge prompting (EKP) module to introduce more video-related text labels from an external knowledge base to enrich prompts for accurate semantic alignment. Extensive experiments are conducted on three public datasets, THUMOS14, ActivityNet1.2, and ActivityNet1.3, demonstrating that our approach outperforms state-of-the-art methods. © 1991-2012 IEEE.

In this paper, a multiscale Markov random field method for segmentation of the synthetic aperture radar (SAR) images is proposed. A classifier which inherits the strongpoint of the Markov random field (MRF) and the multiscale autoregressive (MAR) model is designed. The MAR models are utilized to extract the multiscale feature of SAR image, which is used to train the MRF with the proposed algorithm, and then the SAR images is segmented by the trained random field. The experimental result demonstrates the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed method.

Face tracking is a well-known and quite challenging area in computer vision. An improved fragment based face tracking method is introduced in this paper. Fragment based method has been proved to be effective to handle partial occlusion, but it is not sensitive to appearance changes of the target. The proposed method first segments the face to be tracked into overlap fragments, then uses online boosting to compute the final target position which can handle appearance changes quite naturally. We demonstrate the performance of the algorithm on several publically available video sequences.

In this paper, the tool "sniffer" is introduced and controlled as a sensor by the IDS via mobile agents; these agents gather intrusion detection data and send them back to the server for analysis. We propose a distributed intrusion detection system (DIDS) which detects intrusion from outside the network segment as well as from inside using mobile agents. The proposed model consists of three major components: Intrusion Detection Component, Mobile Agent Environment, Data Analysis Component and distributed sensors residing on every device in the network segment. Compared with traditional central sniffing IDS techniques, the system shows superior performances and saves network resources.
