The 3D reconstruction based on the video image in real-time is an important problem, such as computervision, computer graphics. The accuracy of the model is even the center issue of these fields. After considering the polyhedral visual hull (PVH) reconstruction method, this paper introduces a model optimized method based on the image feature points matching. In this paper, we present an algorithm that extracts the feature points from the public visible field of neighbor images, and finds the matched feature points by utilizing the epipolar relationships and the photo-consistency, and optimizes the original model by utilizing the matched feature points achieved and the original space location. The experimental results show that this method optimizes the original model efficiently and make the optimized model more accurate.

Mobile device is an important interactive platform. Due to the limitation of computation, memory, display area and energy, how to realize the efficient and real-time interaction of 3D models based on mobile devices is an important research topic. Considering features of mobile devices, this paper adopts remote rendering mode and point models, and then, proposes a transmission and rendering approach that could interact in real time. First, improved simplification algorithm based on MLS and display resolution of mobile devices is proposed. Then, a hierarchy selection of point models and a QoS transmission control strategy are given based on interest area of operator, interest degree of object in the virtual environment and rendering error. They can save the energy consumption. Finally, the rendering and interaction of point models are completed on mobile devices. The experiments show that our method is efficient.

Cognitive Radio (CR) is considered to be a solution for mitigating the conflict between limited spectrum resources and increasing demand of various applications. For the purpose of guaranteeing primary users, we propose a spectrum prediction model using the spectrum historic utilization information with time series analysis. We conduct experiment on wide TV bands of China from 603.25 MHzt o 843.25 MHz, the results show that this model can accurately predict status of channels and find vacant spectrum for cognitive users. We take channel 2 whose center frequency locates in 615.25 MHzfor example, average forecasting error ratio is 1.01% with a minimum of 0.79%. Copyright 2009 ACM.

A modeling and simulation tool called SimRC is described in this paper. It is dedicated to improve the efficiency of reconfigurable computing development. In SimRC, a new architecture description language is designed for architecture modeling, and the target architecture simulator is generated according to that model with our code generation approach. In this way, SimRC achieves the general purpose in a certain scope. The results of the preliminary experiments show that not only SimRC is able to model various architectures, but also it achieves the high simulation efficiency.
