Due to the development of cloud computing and machine learning,users can upload their data to the cloud for machine learning model ***,dishonest clouds may infer user data,resulting in user data *** schemes have achieved secure outsourced computing,but they suffer from low computational accuracy,difficult-to-handle heterogeneous distribution of data from multiple sources,and high computational cost,which result in extremely poor user experience and expensive cloud computing *** address the above problems,we propose amulti-precision,multi-sourced,andmulti-key outsourcing neural network training ***,we design a multi-precision functional encryption computation based on Euclidean ***,we design the outsourcing model training algorithm based on a multi-precision functional encryption with multi-sourced ***,we conduct experiments on three *** results indicate that our framework achieves an accuracy improvement of 6%to 30%.Additionally,it offers a memory space optimization of 1.0×2^(24) times compared to the previous best approach.

Blockchain technology,with its attributes of decentralization,immutability,and traceability,has emerged as a powerful catalyst for enhancing traditional industries in terms of optimizing business ***,transaction performance and scalability has become the main challenges hindering the widespread adoption of *** to its inability to meet the demands of high-frequency trading,blockchain cannot be adopted in many *** improve the transaction capacity,researchers have proposed some on-chain scaling technologies,including lightning networks,directed acyclic graph technology,state channels,and shardingmechanisms,inwhich sharding emerges as a potential scaling ***,excessive cross-shard transactions and uneven shard workloads prevent the sharding mechanism from achieving the expected *** paper proposes a graphbased sharding scheme for public blockchain to efficiently balance the transaction *** crossshard transactions and evening-out workloads among shards,the scheme reduces transaction confirmation latency and enhances the transaction capacity of the ***,the scheme can achieve a high-frequency transaction as well as a better blockchain *** results show that the scheme effectively reduces the cross-shard transaction ratio to a range of 35%-56%and significantly decreases the transaction confirmation latency to 6 s in a blockchain with no more than 25 shards.

Cancelable fingerprint template protection based on random quantization and improved bloom filter

Improving privacy and security in biometric systems requires addressing vulnerabilities in existing cancelable fingerprint templates based on bloom filters. Therefore, we propose cancelable fingerprint template protection based on random quantization and improved bloom filter. Firstly, random quantization entails subtracting a random key from the original fingerprint vector to generate binary features, ensuring security, and enhancing efficiency. Secondly, the permutation template mechanism rearranges binary features using XOR operations with a security key, enhancing security by concealing original information and incorporating additional features. Finally, the improved bloom filter scheme ensures robust security for cancelable template protection by integrating sub-block binary conversion and Logistic-Tent-Sine (LTTS) random key techniques, guaranteeing the irreversible transformation of the original fingerprint template while maintaining high security. The experimental results demonstrate the scheme's outstanding accuracy on the FVC2002 and FVC2004 fingerprint databases, establishing it as a state-of-the-art solution in fingerprint recognition. Comprehensive security analysis confirms compliance with stringent cancelable biometric protection criteria, ensuring superior irreversibility, unlinkability, revocability, and privacy against various attacks. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer Science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature 2024.

In the context of the rapid development of big data and artificial intelligence, the field of HPC is facing significant challenges in energy consumption. To address this challenge, this paper proposes a power consumption prediction framework for HPC jobs based on self-supervised contrastive learning, named Job2Vec. Firstly, HPC jobs are clustered into different clusters based on job logs and power consumption curve shapes. Next, high-quality features of power consumption data at different granularities within each cluster are captured through self-supervised contrastive learning. Lastly, an incremental update strategy is introduced to handle the dynamic changes in HPC data. The experimental results demonstrate that, on the Jinan Supercomputing dataset comprising 1170 HPC jobs, the Job2Vec framework outperforms the baseline models overall in terms of prediction performance. Additionally, we also investigated the model's performance in single-step and multi-step forecasting, the impact of different indicators on prediction accuracy, and conducted ablation experiments to confirm the indispensability of each module. This is the first time that self-supervised contrastive learning has been introduced into the HPC field, aiming to provide support for energy scheduling in data centers. © 2023 IEEE.

In this paper, we address the issue of gearbox fault diagnosis under changing working conditions and the limitations of migration learning algorithms that are only applicable to scenarios with identical labels in both the source and target domains. Our proposed solution is a weighted adversarial migration network model that is based on weighted adversarial migration. To transfer knowledge from the source domain to the target domain, we use transfer learning. Additionally, to tackle the problem of new fault classes in the target domain, we utilize a deep residual network to extract similar data features between different working conditions. This allows us to train a labelled classifier to identify known fault classes and some new target samples in both the source and target domains. We generate weights using auxiliary classifiers and discriminators to assess the importance of matching feature distributions between the known and unknown classes of samples. The experimental results demonstrate that our model can successfully migrate labelled datasets to unlabelled similar datasets in open set scenarios. It also has excellent fault diagnosis capabilities and high accuracy for gearboxes with variable operating conditions. © 2023 IEEE.

With the continuous increase of IoT devices, the management and optimization of devices become particularly important. The update cycle of device functions is short, and in order to facilitate management and optimize device performance, a fast and convenient upgrade method is needed to solve this problem. Remote upgrade technology is mainly divided into full package upgrade and differential upgrade. Compared to full package upgrade, differential upgrade has obvious advantages in remote upgrade of large files. The main problem with current differential upgrade is the problem of slow generation speed while ensuring a certain size range of differential packages. This article proposes an improved Bsdiff algorithm to solve the problem of slow generation speed of differential packages. Experimental verification shows that the efficiency of remote upgrade has been improved, Improved the speed of differential packet generation and upgrade efficiency while ensuring the size of differential packets. © 2023 IEEE.
