Image-text matching is an important problem at the intersection of computer vision and natural language processing. It aims to establish the semantic link between image and text to achieve high-quality semantic alignment between the two modalities. However, the existing methods have the problem that the meaning expressed in the image or the complex narrative in the text cannot be fully understood due to insufficient feature extraction. Moreover, due to the essential modal differences between images and texts, how to effectively and accurately align the semantic contents in images and texts has become the key of research. In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposes a method based on feature enhancement and relationship interaction. When processing images, the proposed method fuses labeled features, region features and location features to represent images. When processing text, a combination of Bi-GRU and self-attention mechanism is used to represent the text. In order to further align the semantic content in images and texts accurately, this paper improves two relational interaction mechanisms by identifying connection relationships and learning association relationships. Thus, the relation enhanced embedding is obtained. Finally, it calculated the similarity of the enhanced embedding to judge the matching degree of the image and text. Extensive experiments on the public datasets Flickr30K and MSCOCO demonstrate the effectiveness of our method. © 2024 IEEE.

Standardized big data, as a product of the combination of big data and standardization work, objectively reflects the status quo and trends of standardization work. An in-depth study of the distribution characteristics of standardized big data resources has important value for improving the efficiency of standardization. Therefore, this paper explores the characteristics of the distribution of standardization resources from the dimensions of spatial and temporal distribution, industry distribution, standard type distribution, and distribution of think tank experts through visual analysis methods. The study shows that: (1) the distribution of standardization resources in Shandong Province presents significant hierarchical and geographical characteristics;(2) from the viewpoint of the distribution of industry types and standard types, the distribution of standardization resources in Shandong Province presents a typical "long-tailed distribution";(3) the distribution of think-tank experts presents obvious "agglomeration effect". © 2024 IEEE.

Image inpainting, which aims to reconstruct reasonably clear and realistic images from known pixel information, is one of the core problems in computer vision. However, due to the complexity and variability of the underwater environment, the inability to extract valid pixel points and insufficient correlation between feature information in existing image inpainting techniques lead to blurring in the generated images. Therefore, a novel gated attention feature fusion image inpainting network based on generative adversarial networks (GAF-GAN) is proposed. The accuracy of feature similarity matching depends heavily on the validity of the information contained in the features. On the one hand, gating values are dynamically generated by gated convolution to reduce the interference of invalid information. On the other hand, semantic information at distant locations in an image is accurately acquired by the attention mechanism. For these reasons, we designed an improved gated attention mechanism. Gated attention mechanism make the network focus on effective information such as high-frequency texture and color fidelity of restored images. In addition, the dense feature fusion module is added to expand the overall receptive field of the network to fully learn the image features. Experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively repair defective images with complex texture structures and improve the reality and integrity of image details and structures. © 2023 IEEE.

The aim of cross-modal image-text retrieval is to heighten comprehension and to create robust associations between visual and textual content. This process entails a mutual querying and synchronization across various data formats. While conventional techniques have seen enhancements via attention-based approaches, they frequently miss the dynamics between corresponding and non-corresponding entity areas within image-text pairs. These techniques, often fixated on aligning image entities with textual terms, can overlook the congruence of entity characteristics, leading to less accurate localization. This research introduces PNRITR, an innovative strategy for cross-modal retrieval that leverages label learning to discern attributes absent from images, broadening the scope beyond just positive entity areas. Chinese short text similarity computation stands as a pivotal task within natural language processing, garnering significant attention. However, existing models grapple with limitations in handling intricate semantic relationships, such as the challenge of discerning subtle semantic nuances in text, inadequacies in effectively integrating diverse levels of semantic information, and the struggle to capture polysemous meanings accurately. In addressing these issues, this paper introduces an innovative Chinese short text similarity computation model, SMGC-SBERT. This model addresses shortcomings of the existing models by employing a multi-module fusion strategy, thereby enabling a more precise measurement of semantic similarity between texts. Primarily, the model incorporates SAT embedding to acquire phrase-level semantic information and leverages the MS-BERT model to encode text, improving the model's comprehension of textual polysemy and obtaining richer semantic representation. Then, the fusion of module features, including multi-branch convolutional networks and mix pooling, enables the extraction of textual features from varied levels, bolstering the model's representational capacity. Additionally, to further reduce overfitting risks while improving accuracy and other performance, a multi-layer feature adjustment network is utilized for short text similarity calculation. The final resultant experimental findings showcase the superiority of the SMGC-SBERT model over other neural network models, demonstrating significant advancements across both Chinese-SNLI and CCKS2018_Task3 Chinese short text datasets. © 2024 IEEE.

The digitalization construction of power grid companies will gradually be carried out in depth, while the research on the quantitative control dynamic analysis for the characteristics of power grid digitalization application scenarios has not yet been carried out. The number and types of network access devices and functions in the cloud computing and big data environments are continuously increasing, so the ability to actively expand network services is needed to ensure that the security and privacy protection needs of network practices are met on a continuous basis. The traditional physical isolation network security protection architecture is facing challenges in new technology scenarios such as big data and mobile Internet, and urgently needs to be changed. Based on this, this paper proposes a 5G-based zero-trust network security platform to better adapt and serve the dynamic network application environment. The security architecture and model are firstly studied to provide security principles of the proposed platform. The implementation scheme of proposed platform is then further analyzed where security algorithms are suggested. The results show that the proposed platform demonstrates better performance in identity, program, configuration and behavior detection. As blockchain technology becomes widely applied, handling high volumes of transactions has become a critical challenge. Sharding has emerged as an effective solution to enhance the throughput of blockchain systems. Yet, this approach introduces challenges related to the frequency of cross-shard transactions and workload balancing. High rates of cross-shard transactions can slow overall processing speed and reduce throughput, while uneven load distribution can overburden some shards and underutilize others, impacting overall efficiency. To address these issues, this paper proposes a sharding method named LCLB. This method employs the concept of label propagation to pre-shard accounts with frequent transactions into a designated shard, ensuring a lower ratio of cross-shard transactions. It also uses an elastic load balancing algorithm to dynamically adjust the distribution of accounts, ensuring a relatively balanced processing load across all shards. Our results indicate that LCLB significantly enhances blockchain sharding performance,not only enhancing transaction throughput but also significantly reducing transaction confirmation latency, while ensuring a balanced load across various shards.

Federated Learning (FL) is a distributed machine learning paradigm designed to address data silos and protect data privacy. However, in medical scenarios, the heterogeneity in data quality and the non-independent and identically distributed (Non-IID) nature of medical data from different hospitals can lead to degraded model performance in FL. To tackle this challenge, this paper proposes an adaptive federated learning framework based on reputation. By using a reputation evaluation model, the framework adaptively adjusts the aggregation weights of the models to enhance the performance of the global model. Additionally, our reputation evaluation model, integrated with blockchain technology, can rapidly identify malicious clients and effectively prevent poisoning attacks. Experimental results on two medical datasets demonstrate that this framework achieves higher model accuracy and faster convergence.

Industrial defect detection is a crucial challenge in computer vision. The accuracy of detecting defects on steel surfaces is hindered by spatially varying noise. To address this challenge, we propose an efficient method for steel surface defect detection. Firstly, considering the impact of the shape and proportions of bounding boxes on localization accuracy, we developed an Adaptive Shape-Inner Intersection over Union (ASIIoU) loss function. This function dynamically adjusts auxiliary bounding boxes and takes into account their shape and scale to optimize the loss, thereby improving the accuracy of bounding box regression loss. Secondly, to enhance the ability of the model to learn local features, we designed a Content-Guided Residual Attention Block (CGRAB). It captures rich local features across different convolutional layers via skip connections while discarding irrelevant information. Lastly, to avoid the potential issue of detail blurring caused by traditional upsampling methods, we optimized the upsampling process to preserve key details and structural information in the image, reducing unnecessary noise amplification. Experimental validation demonstrates the effectiveness of our method, which achieved a $76.7 \% \mathrm{mAP}$ on the NEU-DET dataset.
