A Digital Twin-based Framework of Motion Control and State Monitoring for Pneumatic Muscle

Introduction: The current digital twin systems usually have the drawback of high cost and complex technology, and it is necessary to develop a simple solution to reduce the cost and cycle for the development of digital twin systems, especially for small projects or systems with simple structures. Objective: A low-cost patent technology of digital twin system was proposed by taking the motion control and state monitoring system (MCSMS) of pneumatic muscle as an example. Methods: The MCSMS is developed based on the browser/server architecture. The software of 3ds Max and SolidWorks are used to make the virtual model, *** and JavaScript are applied to build the browser side. data of the physical world is collected and processed on the server side firstly, and then is sent to the browser side through HTTP communication protocol to realize data interchange between the browser and server. Results: In the roaming experiment and the experiment of motion control and state monitoring of pneumatic muscle, the MCSMS can work smoothly without obvious delay and has good real-time performance, which can realize the 3D visual monitoring of the pneumatic muscle very well. Conclusion: The experimental results indicate that the proposed method possesses the ability of good feasibility and effectiveness. © 2023 Bentham Science Publishers.

Flood control is one of the most important operations of Yellow River control. The dam bank danger in flood season every year has the characteristics of time-varying, multi-dimension and complex situation, which poses a certain threat to people's life and property safety. For timely, flood control engineering data quickly and implement management interface of information visualization, effectively reduce the labor intensity of artificial working risk, this paper puts forward a kind of based on three-dimensional library of Cesium Huang Heba shore the realization method of 3D visualization platform adopted the aerial drones to create dam shore entity 3D model, Combined with WebGIS technology and front-end technology, the system's 3D expression is realized. Through interface design and system function development, the system has three-dimensional model display,with the functions of dam bank cruise and measurement tools, the platform has strong sense of reality and good interaction effect, which realizes the three-dimensional visual display of the Madu control project in Zhengzhou, Henan Province. © 2023 SPIE.

To utilize the limited acoustic spectrum while combating the harsh underwater propagation, we incorporate partial spectrum sharing into an underwater acoustic sensor network and aim to maximize the minimum data collection rate among all underwater sensor nodes through joint power allocation and spectrum assignment. To cope with the non-convex optimization problem, we propose a Hybrid Model-based and data-based Resource Allocation (HMDRA) scheme: 1) Under any given spectrum assignment strategy, we analyze the impact of the partial spectrum sharing and imperfect successive interference cancellation on baseband signal processing, and formulate a power allocation problem that is solved by the bisection method and Lagrange dual theory. 2) Based on the optimal power allocation strategy, the gradient-free genetic algorithm (GA) is first adopted to approach the optimal solution of the model-less spectrum assignment problem by nearly enumerating the solution space. To reduce complexity, we further propose a deep reinforcement learning (DRL)-based algorithm and obtain an efficient solution by traversing a deep neural network-based policy learned from the training stage. Simulation results show that compared with the GA-based algorithm, the average execution time of the DRL-based algorithm is substantially reduced by 5 orders of magnitude to 0.7076 seconds at the cost of approximately 6 percent performance loss. © 2004-2012 IEEE.

Remote sensing product production is an important task in the field of remote sensing engineering. Compared with the production process of remote sensing products, the implementation process of remote sensing product production is a multi-Task serial and highly concurrent process that integrates a large number of remote sensing digital image processing algorithms and various processes. Remote sensing product workflows transform complex computing tasks into processes that can be described, managed, and automated. In the workflow, algorithms are the smallest execution unit of tasks, and their execution time has a significant impact on the performance and efficiency of the entire workflow. Therefore, accurate prediction of algorithm execution time is crucial for optimizing workflow performance. This paper proposes and designs an algorithm execution time predictor for remote sensing product workflows. Firstly, feature extraction algorithms are used to extract features from algorithm execution logs, and the prediction model suitable for this scenario is determined by analyzing the characteristics of operators in remote sensing product workflows. Then, the model is trained using historical data sets, and the test set results are compared with the actual execution time to verify the accuracy and practicality of the model. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm execution time predictor outperforms the baseline model in terms of prediction accuracy and time efficiency © COPYRIGHT SPIE. The sole use of single modality data often fails to capture the complex heterogeneity among patients,including the variability in resistance to anti-HER2 therapy and outcomes of combined treatment regimens,for the treatment of HER2-positive gastric cancer(GC).This modality deficit has not been fully considered in many ***,the application of artificial intelligence in predicting the treatment response,particularly in complex diseases such as GC,is still in its ***,this study aimed to use a comprehensive analytic approach to accurately predict treatment responses to anti-HER2 therapy or anti-HER2 combined immunotherapy in patients with HER2-positive *** collected multi-modal data,comprising radiology,pathology,and clinical information from a cohort of 429 patients:310 treated with anti-HER2 therapy and 119 treated with a combination of anti-HER2 and anti-PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors *** introduced a deep learning model,called the Multi-Modal model(MuMo),that integrates these data to make precise treatment response *** achieved an area under the curve score of 0.821 for anti-HER2 therapy and 0.914 for combined ***,patients classified as low-risk by MuMo exhibited significantly prolonged progression-free survival and overall survival(log-rank test,P<0.05).These findings not only highlight the significance of multi-modal data analysis in enhancing treatment evaluation and personalized medicine for HER2-positive gastric cancer,but also the potential and clinical value of our model.

Background: There is a shortage of rehabilitation doctors and treatment equipment for patients with lumbar spondylosis. Therefore, a waist massage instrument (WMI) is designed to help patients alle-viate lumbar pain. Objective: The objective of this study is to design a new WMI with the advantages of simple structure, lightweight, and function of effective force control, and to verify its function of palmar push, palmar press, and palmar vibration based on the on-off control, PID control, and fuzzy-PID control. Methods: Firstly, the movement characteristics of the Chinese massage manipulation are analyzed to clarify the design principle of the massage instrument. Then, a new WMI composed of massage head, vibration exciter, and actuator is designed to simulate the three massage manipulations. Next, the electric control system and control methods of on-off, PID, and fuzzy-PID controllers are introduced to realize the force control of WMI. Finally, the force control experiments of WMI are carried out to verify the function of the palmar press, palmar push, and palmar vibration based on the on-off control, PID control, and fuzzy-PID control, respectively. Results: The experimental results indicate that the proposed WMI can implement the massage manipulations of palmar push, palmar press, and palmar vibration well, and has good force control ability after using fuzzy-PID control. Conclusion: The newly designed WMI is effective in providing palmar push, palmar press, and palmar vibration massage manipulations for patients with lumbar spondylosis, and the fuzzy-PID controller im-proves the force control ability of the instrument. The WMI has the potential to be used as an effective treatment for lumbar pain. © 2023 Bentham Science Publishers.

When a human body moves within the coverage range of Wi-Fi signals,the reflected Wi-Fi signals by the various parts of the human body change the propagation path,so analysis of the channel state data can achieve the perception of the human *** extracting the Channel State Information(CSI)related to human motion from the Wi-Fi signals and analyzing it with the introduced machine learning classification algorithm,the human motion in the spatial environment can be *** the basis of this theory,this paper proposed an algorithm of human behavior recognition based on CSI wireless sensing to realize deviceless and over-the-air slide *** algorithm collects the environmental information containing upward or downward wave in a conference room scene,uses the local outlier factor detection algorithm to segment the actions,and then the time domain features are extracted to train Support Vector Machine(SVM)and eXtreme Gradient Boosting(XGBoost)classification *** experimental results show that the average accuracy of the XGBoost module sensing slide flipping can reach 94%,and the SVM module can reach 89%,so the module could be extended to the field of smart classroom and significantly improve speech efficiency.

Aim: In order to realize the position of acupoints on the back of humans, a new acupoints positioning approach combined with machine vision technology is proposed in this paper. Background: The acupuncture point (acupoint) is an important reference in the treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). However, the traditional acupoints positioning method mainly depends on manpower, which has the disadvantages of low efficiency and relying on practical experience heavily. Objective: In order to realize the position of acupoints on the back of humans, a new acupoints positioning approach combined with machine vision technology is proposed in this paper. Methods: Firstly, the distribution of acupoints on the back of humans are determined according to the meridian theory, and the coordinate of each acupoint are established based on the approach of fingercun measurement, after review of previous literature and patents. Secondly, the principle of the proposed acupoints positioning method is introduced based on the skeleton model of humans. Finally, the effec-tiveness of the proposed approach is validated by experimental testing. Results: The value of emax is around 3.5mm and those of emae and erms are smaller than 0.25mm and 0.45mm, respectively. Conclusion: The experimental results prove that the proposed approach possesses the capability of good adaptive capability and high. © 2023 Bentham Science Publishers.
