Recent advancements in multi-modal 3D pre-training methods have shown promising efficacy in learning joint representations of text, images, and point clouds. However, adopting point clouds as 3D representation fails to fully capture the intricacies of the 3D world and exhibits a noticeable gap between the discrete points and the dense 2D pixels of images. To tackle this issue, we propose UniGS, integrating 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) into multi-modal pre-training to enhance the 3D representation. We first rely on the 3DGS representation to model the 3D world as a collection of 3D Gaussians with color and opacity, incorporating all the information of the 3D scene while establishing a strong connection with 2D images. Then, to achieve Language-image-3D pertaining, UniGS starts with a pre-trained vision-language model to establish a shared visual and textual space through extensive real-world image-text pairs. Subsequently, UniGS employs a 3D encoder to align the optimized 3DGS with the Language-image representations to learn unified multi-modal representations. To facilitate the extraction of global explicit 3D features by the 3D encoder and achieve better cross-modal alignment, we additionally introduce a novel Gaussian-Aware Guidance module that guides the learning of fine-grained representations of the 3D domain. Through extensive experiments across the Objaverse, ABO, MVImgNet and SUN RGBD datasets with zero-shot classification, text-driven retrieval and open-world understanding tasks, we demonstrate the effectiveness of UniGS in learning a more general and stronger aligned multi-modal representation. Specifically, UniGS achieves leading results across different 3D tasks with remarkable improvements over previous SOTA, Uni3D, including on zero-shot classification (+9.36%), text-driven retrieval (+4.3%) and open-world understanding (+7.92%). © 2025, CC BY-NC-SA.

With the rapid development of the Internet of things, the problem of access control has become increasingly prominent. In order to solve the problems of high redundancy and low integrity caused by the traditional Role-Based Access Control model, this paper proposes an access control model of Internet of things based on attribute exploration. Firstly, the decision model is established based on attribute exploration algorithm, and finally merged into a complete decision model. The model has the function of dynamically modifying access rights in the process of building decision model. It is a new exploration in the field of access control model. © 2022 SPIE.

Signal reconstruction is a key step in the azimuth multichannel high-resolution wide-swath synthetic aperture radar (HRWS-SAR) imaging algorithms. Krieger’s digital beam-forming (DBF) algorithm is currently one of the commonly used algorithms for processing HRWS-SAR data. However, this algorithm is only suitable for uniform space-time sampling and moderately non-uniform sampling. In the case of highly non-uniform sampling, the imaging performance of Krieger’s DBF algorithm will be seriously deteriorated. In this paper, a uniform resampling algorithm is presented to solve above problem. The proposed algorithm adopts modern sampling theory to reduce the approximate error. This algorithm consists of two key steps: 1. The given signal samples are projected onto a selected intermediate subspace, spanned by integer translations of a compactly supported kernel function. This process generates a sparse set of equations, which can be effectively solved by using a sparse equation solvers. 2. The results are projected onto the subspace where the sampled signal is known to reside. The orthogonal matching pursuit (OMP) algorithm is used to realize the second projection and reconstruction the signal effectively. Simulation results show that the newly proposed algorithm has a significant improvement in imaging performance than Krieger’s DBF algorithm. © 2021 AIIPCC 2021 - 2nd International Conference on Artificial Intelligence, Information processing and Cloud Computing. With the continuous increase in data size and model complexity, the computational workload has grown rapidly, posing a significant challenge to the capabilities of computer data processing and simulation calculations. Therefore, parallel programming based on multicore and cluster architectures has become one of the mainstream technologies to enhance program execution efficiency and numerical computation efficiency. The theoretical foundations of parallel program computing have been applied in various aspects of engineering applications and theoretical simulations. In this paper, a new parallel PID anti-integral saturation controller is designed for a second-order closed-loop control system of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). It compares and analyzes the runtime, execution efficiency, and speedup ratio of parallel programs and general serial programs under the same scenario. The experimental results demonstrate that parallel computing significantly improves the simulation program's efficiency for PID controller anti-saturation control systems under identical scenarios, exhibiting a high speedup ratio on the existing computing platform. Additionally, this study consolidates common issues encountered in MATLAB parallel program design, offering valuable insights into overcoming challenges in this domain.

In recent years, semantic segmentation methods based on deep learning have made remarkable developments. Despite achieving high segmentation accuracy, the performance of real-time segmentation methods cannot satisfy real-world applications. In order to achieve a balance between segmentation accuracy and speed, a real-time semantic segmentation algorithm based on Tversky loss function and mixed pooling is proposed in this paper. A Short-Term Dense Concatenate network (STDC network) is used to construct the encoder, and a mixed pooling module is used for the final part of the encoder, which uses strip pooling and average pooling to enhance the feature representation while expanding the receptive field. Additionally, a Tversky-based loss function is used for the detail guidance module of the backbone network in the encoder, and a joint loss function is used to supervise the whole network's training. We achieved 76.9% mIoU at 110.7 FPS on the Cityscapes dataset, a 2.4% improvement in accuracy over the benchmark algorithm STDCSeg, and 72.2% mIoU at 177.6 FPS on the Camvid dataset, satisfied the requirements of the real-time segmentation task. © 2023 IEEE.

Aiming at the problem of workflow scheduling under the "container virtual machine" two-tier structure in cloud microservice workflow application, a "container virtual machine" load balancing strategy based on deadline limit (container virtual machine load) is proposed. Balance strategy), CV LBMs strategy first obtains the optimal economic configuration of the corresponding instance of the micro service according to historical data, and calculated the list of remaining resources in the leased virtual machine;Determined whether the virtual machine is on the virtual machine according to the container image list in the virtual machine. Whether a corresponding container image exists, and create a new container on the virtual machine that already has a container image to reduce the time to extract the container image. Principal component analysis (PCA) and K-means++ algorithm are used to classify and analyze eight main variables of the average annual consumption expenditure of urban households in 31 Provinces and cities in China in a given year, so as to better build the reasonable consumption level of each area. In this paper, a data classification method based on PCA and improved K-means++ is proposed. In this method, PCA was used to extract eight variable characteristics of consumer expenditure, and K-means++ algorithm was used to classify the data. The experimental results show that this method reduces the dependence of the characteristic dimension of variable data and the k-means++ algorithm on the initial classification center of gravity, and improves the accuracy and stability of data classification results. © 2021 IEEE.

In the era of rapid development of remote sensing technology, in order to improve the production efficiency of remote sensing data processing flow and further optimize the editing of remote sensing processes in the visual interface. In this paper we have analyzed the characteristics and attributes of remote sensing processes and algorithms. We made the production of processes and algorithms into scripts, and realizes to create remote sensing processes by inputting scripting language in the visual interface. A remote sensing language based on XML is designed to read and store key information. This language will use XML to drive the production of remote sensing process. With the language we design, a remote sensing process customization system has been implemented. It can improve the editing and production efficiency of remote sensing data processing flow. © 2021 IEEE.

The accuracy of data analysis depends on data quality, and addressing data consistency issues is a key challenge to improve it. Constant Conditional Functional Dependency (CCFD) is an effective approach that ensures data consistency by enforcing bindings of semantically related values, thus providing quality assurance for data analysis and decision-making processes. However, with the growth of data scale, especially the increasing number of data tuples and attributes, existing single-machine CCFD discovery algorithms face issues of low computational efficiency and lengthy computation time. This paper proposes a time-efficient distributed CCFD discovery algorithm (DCCFD). Through the optimization of data preprocessing and index mapping, the data organization structure is enhanced, laying the foundation for the discovery of CCFDs under distributed conditions. The Spark parallel computing framework is used to partition the dataset, which accelerates the parallel loading and processing of data. Additionally, this algorithm ensures accuracy and processing speed when discovering dependencies by efficiently generating frequent itemsets and verifying CCFDs in parallel. Experiments on multiple real datasets show that, especially with the complex Airline dataset, the DCCFD algorithm not only accurately discovers CCFDs, but also reduces the average running time by 75.64% compared with the preCFDMiner algorithm.

Gland instance segmentation is an essential but challenging task in the diagnosis of adenocarcinoma. The existing models usually achieve gland instance segmentation through multi-task learning and boundary loss constraint. However, how to deal with the problems of gland adhesion and inaccurate boundary in segmenting the complex samples remains a challenge. In this work, we propose a novel geometric feature named displacement field (DF), which can represent the geometric information such as shape, size, and orientation of the glands. Based on the explicit constraint of DF, a displacement-field assisted graph energy transmitter (DFGET) framework is proposed for solving the above problems. Using such graph framework, the gland semantic segmentation map and the displacement field of the graph nodes are estimated with two graph network branches. With the constraint of DF, a graph cluster module is presented to improve the intra-class feature consistency and inter-class feature discrepancy, as well as to separate the adherent glands. Extensive comparison and ablation experiments on the GlaS dataset demonstrate the effectiveness of the displacement field and the superiority of DFGET. Compared to the best comparative model, DFGET increases the object-Dice and object-F1 score by 2.27% and 3.11% respectively, while decreases the object-HD by 15.58, achieving state-of-the-art performance, which indicates that DFGET can serve as an auxiliary tool for the diagnosis of adenocarcinoma.
