To improve the interactivity of 3D virtual sand table displays, an industrial park 3D virtual sand table display system based on augmented reality is designed. The system consists of multiple modules. The design of the animation browsing module is based on the roaming walking model environment. The walking and roaming module can enable participants to experience the real visual and tactile virtual space in the process of input browsing. In the surrounding environment and traffic condition module, the surrounding environment and traffic condition display are created by means of static pictures and picture buttons. The VRML scene space module is responsible for creating objects such as VRML viewpoints. Scenario module transformation completes event transmission through routing. The virtual sand table VRML optimization modeling module is responsible for constructing the virtual sand table VRML model. The function of the multiperson collaboration module is to provide collaboration capability for plotting and discussion functions. In the multiuser detection module, yolov2 is used for multiuser detection. The augmented reality hardware module is mainly composed of computers and hololens. Through the combination of hardware and software, a three-dimensional virtual sand table display of an industrial park is realized. The test results show that the performance of the designed system is good and can meet the design requirements.

This paper studies distributed range-based localization in arbitrarily deployed wireless ad hoc networks. Existing range-based localization approaches depend on specially deployed anchors or require dense network deployment. Our algorithm is a distributed paradigm that only requires local information of each node. Therefore, it is applicable to the resource-limited embedded sensors. Specifically, our algorithm performs a three-stage optimization through coarse-grained, middle-grained, and fine-grained levels. We designed an efficient but accurate neural network to learn the hidden relations between the distances of nodes and their positions. Simulations show that our proposed algorithm works in many more types of network deployments than the existing approaches. Furthermore, our algorithm achieves the highest localization accuracy on average. © 2019, Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

SARS-CoV-2 is what has caused the COVID-19 pandemic. Early viral infection is mediated by the SARS-CoV-2 homo-trimeric Spike (S) protein with its receptor binding domains (RBDs) in the receptor-accessible state. We performed molecular dynamics simulation on the S protein with a focus on the function of its N-terminal domains (NTDs). Our study reveals that the NTD acts as a "wedge" and plays a crucial regulatory role in the conformational changes of the S protein. The complete RBD structural transition is allowed only when the neighboring NTD that typically prohibits the RBD’s movements as a wedge detaches and swings away. Based on this NTD "wedge" model, we propose that the NTD-RBD interface should be a potential drug target. Copyright © 2021, The Authors. All rights reserved.

In recent years, Siamese networks which is based on appearance similarity comparison strategy has attracted great attention in visual object tracking domain due to its balanced accuracy and speed. However, most Siamese networks based tracking algorithms have not considered template updates. The fixed template may cause tracking matching error and can even cause failure of object tracking. In view of this deficiency, we proposed an algorithm based on dual templates Siamese network using difference hash algorithm to determine the template update timing. First, we kept the initial frame target with stable response map score as the base template zr, using the difference hash algorithm to determine the dynamic template zt. We analyzed the candidate targets region and the two template matching results, meanwhile the result response maps were fused, which could ensure more accurate tracking results. The experiment results on the OTB-2013 and OTB-2015 and VOT2016 datasets showed that the proposed algorithm has achieved satisfactory result. © Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2020.

Software dynamic birthmark techniques construct birthmarks using the captured execution traces from running the programs, which serve as one of the most promising methods for obfuscation-resilient software plagiarism detection. However, due to the perturbation caused by non-deterministic thread scheduling in multi-threaded programs, such dynamic approaches optimized for sequential programs may suffer from the randomness in multi-threaded program plagiarism detection. In this paper, we propose a new dynamic thread-aware birthmark FPBirth to facilitate multi-threaded program plagiarism detection. We first explore dynamic monitoring to capture multiple execution traces with respect to system calls for each multi-threaded program under a specified input, and then leverage the Apriori algorithm to mine frequent patterns to formulate our dynamic birthmark, which can not only depict the program's behavioral semantics, but also resist the changes and perturbations over execution traces caused by the thread scheduling in multi-threaded programs. Using FPBirth, we design a multi-threaded program plagiarism detection system. The experimental results based on a public software plagiarism sample set demonstrate that the developed system integrating our proposed birthmark FPBirth copes better with multi-threaded plagiarism detection than alternative approaches. Compared against the dynamic birthmark System Call Short Sequence Birthmark (SCSSB), FPBirth achieves 12.4%, 4.1% and 7.9% performance improvements with respect to union of resilience and credibility (URC), F-Measure and matthews correlation coefficient (MCC) metric, respectively. © 2020 World Scientific Publishing Company.

To promote the generalization ability of breast tumor segmentation models, as well as to improve the segmentation performance for breast tumors with smaller size, low-contrast and irregular shape, we propose a progressive dual priori network (PDPNet) to segment breast tumors from dynamic enhanced magnetic resonance images (DCE-MRI) acquired at different centers. The PDPNet first cropped tumor regions with a coarse-segmentation based localization module, then the breast tumor mask was progressively refined by using the weak semantic priori and cross-scale correlation prior knowledge. To validate the effectiveness of PDPNet, we compared it with several state-of-the-art methods on multi-center datasets. The results showed that, comparing against the suboptimal method, the DSC and HD95 of PDPNet were improved at least by 5.13% and 7.58% respectively on multi-center test sets. In addition, through ablations, we demonstrated that the proposed localization module can decrease the influence of normal tissues and therefore improve the generalization ability of the model. The weak semantic priors allow focusing on tumor regions to avoid missing small tumors and low-contrast tumors. The cross-scale correlation priors are beneficial for promoting the shape-aware ability for irregular tumors. Thus integrating them in a unified framework improved the multicenter breast tumor segmentation performance. The source code and open data can be accessed at https://github. com/wangli100209/PDPNet. As the latest evolving architecture of space networks, Internet of Satellites (IoSat) is regarded as a promising paradigm in the future beyond 5G and 6G wireless systems. However, due to the extremely large number of satellites and open links, it is challenging to ensure communication security in IoSat, especially for wiretap resisting. To the best of our knowledge, it is an entirely new problem to study the security issue in IoSat, since existing works concerning physical layer security (PLS) in satellite networks mainly focused on the space-to-terrestrial links. It is also noted that, we are the first to investigate PLS problem in IoSat. In light of this, we present in this paper an analytical model of PLS in IoSat where a terrestrial transmitter delivers its information to multi-satellite in the presence of eavesdroppers. By adopting the key parameters such as satellites' deployment density, minimum elevation angle, and orbit height, two major secrecy metric including average secrecy capacity and probability are derived and analyzed. As demonstrated by extensive numerical results, the presented theoretical framework can be utilized to efficiently evaluate the secrecy performance of IoSat, and guide the design and optimization for communication security in such systems.

First Principle Calculation of Electromagnetic Mechanism for Fe_2Si Bulk Material

The electronic structure and the magnetic properties of Fe_2Si bulk have been calculated by the first-principle density function theory method. The band structure shows that the hexagonal Fe^2 Si bulk is ferromagnetic which is a metal structure under spin-up, and a semiconductor with the band gap of 0.518 eV under spin-down. The density of states shows the Fe^1 3d–spin and Fe^3 3d–spin in the electronic system are the main factors that is the source of the ferromagnetic properties of Fe_2Si bulk. The electronic structure Si-ions is 3s23p6 and that of Fe-ions is e_g^2↑e_g^(*1)↓t_(2g)~3↑. The molecular magnetic moment of Fe_2Si is 2.00 μB. The potential diagram of Fe_2Si bulk shows the formation of covalent and ionic bonds between the Fe atom and the Si atom, it leads to the center charge of Fe is polarized and off center position. These special properties of Fe_2Si bulk are mainly caused by d-d exchange and p-d hybridization. The results offer a certain reference for the magnetic semiconductor Fe_2Si material.

Most of existing neural methods for multi-objective combinatorial optimization (MOCO) problems solely rely on decomposition, which often leads to repetitive solutions for the respective subproblems, thus a limited Pareto set. Beyond decomposition, we propose a novel neural heuristic with diversity enhancement (NHDE) to produce more Pareto solutions from two perspectives. On the one hand, to hinder duplicated solutions for different subproblems, we propose an indicator-enhanced deep reinforcement learning method to guide the model, and design a heterogeneous graph attention mechanism to capture the relations between the instance graph and the Pareto front graph. On the other hand, to excavate more solutions in the neighborhood of each subproblem, we present a multiple Pareto optima strategy to sample and preserve desirable solutions. Experimental results on classic MOCO problems show that our NHDE is able to generate a Pareto front with higher diversity, thereby achieving superior overall performance. Moreover, our NHDE is generic and can be applied to different neural methods for MOCO.

The lower reaches of the ancient Yellow River (AYR) migrated very frequently, like a loong swinging its tail on the land of China. This paper, based on Gaofen-3 full-polarization synthetic aperture radar (SAR) data, analyzed scattering characteristics of archaeolandscapes, which provided reliable evidences for the existence of AYR between Lankao and Sui County. Then, an adaptive irregular convolution kernel U-Net (AICK-U-Net) was proposed to reconstruct the part of channel of AYR, based on the image obtained by polarization decomposition, and the precision reached 96.21%. In summary, polarization decomposition and neural network in spaceborne SAR field, provided new insights for detecting and reconstructing archaeolandscapes.
