The emergence of smart contracts has increased the attention of industry and academia to blockchain technology,which is tamper-proofing,decentralized,autonomous,and enables decentralized applications to operate in untrustworthy ***,these features of this technology are also easily exploited by unscrupulous individuals,a typical example of which is the Ponzi scheme in *** negative effect of unscrupulous individuals writing Ponzi scheme-type smart contracts in Ethereum and then using these contracts to scam large amounts of money has been *** solve this problem,we propose a detection model for detecting Ponzi schemes in smart contracts using *** this model,our innovation is shown in two aspects:We first propose to use two bytes as one characteristic,which can quickly transform the bytecode into a high-dimensional matrix,and this matrix contains all the implied characteristics in the ***,We innovatively transformed the Ponzi schemes detection into an anomaly detection ***,an anomaly detection algorithm is used to identify Ponzi schemes in smart *** results show that the proposed detection model can greatly improve the accuracy of the detection of the Ponzi scheme ***,the F1-score of this model can reach 0.88,which is far better than those of other traditional detection models.

Relation prediction in knowledge graphs (KGs) aims at predicting missing relations in incomplete triples, whereas the dominant embedding paradigm has a restriction on handling unseen entities during testing. In the real-world scenario, the inductive setting is more common because entities in the training process are finite. Previous methods capture an inductive ability by implicit logic in KGs. However, it would be challenging to preciously acquire entity-independent relational semantics of compositional logic rules and to deal with the deficient supervision of logic caused by the scarcity of relational semantics. To this end, we propose a novel graph convolutional network (GCN)-based model LogCo with logical reasoning by contrastive representations. LogCo firstly extracts enclosing subgraphs and relational paths between two entities to supply the entity-independence. Then a contrastive strategy for relational path instances and the subgraph is proposed for the issue of deficient supervision. The contrastive representations are learned for a joint training regime. Finally, prediction results and logic rules for reasoning are attained. Comprehensive experiments on twelve inductive datasets show that LogCo achieves outstanding performance comparing with SOTA inductive baselines. © 2022 Association for Computational Linguistics.

Numerous high-performance updatable learned indexes have recently been designed to support the writing requirements in practical systems. Researchers have proposed various strategies to improve the availability of updatable learned indexes. However, it is unclear which strategy is more profitable. Therefore, we deconstruct the design of learned indexes into multiple dimensions and in-depth evaluate their impacts on the overall performance, respectively. Through the in-depth exploration of learned indexes, we reckon that the approximation algorithm is the most crucial design dimension for improving the performance of the learned indexes rather than the popular works that focus on the learned index structure. Moreover, this paper makes a comprehensive end-to-end evaluation based on a high-performance key-value store to answer people’s concerns about which learned index is better and whether learned indexes can outperform traditional ones. Finally, according to end-to-end and in-depth evaluation results, we give some constructive suggestions on designing a better learned index in these dimensions, especially how to design an excellent approximate algorithm to improve the lookup and insertion performance of learned indexes.

Blockchain technologies pave a promising way for implementing the inter-organizational processes. Most of the current research works translate the execution logic in the process models into the smart contracts, which can run independently on the blockchain without the outside process engine. However, the works usually suffer from the execution and storage costs, since the translation needs to be done when the processes are deployed. In this paper, we customize a process engine for executing the inter-organizational business processes via a blockchain-style procedure, i.e., checking the validity of transactions, adding the valid transactions into the blockchain through the consensus mechanism, and then updating the process states according to the committed transactions. And then, we build a blockchain system by embedding the customized process engine into the blockchain nodes. Moreover, in order to realize the interactions between the inter-organizational processes running on blockchain and the services outside blockchain, we propose a blockchain-based approach for service registration, binding and invocation, and design a lease-based concurrency control protocol to logically isolate transactions from each other when invoking the services simultaneously. Finally, we implement a prototype system based on a permissioned blockchain platform Hyperledger Fabric and a process engine Activiti. The experimental results show the proposed blockchain system can execute the inter-organizational processes correctly and efficiently. © 2023 IEEE.

Context-Aware Semantic Type Identification for Relational Attributes

Identifying semantic types for attributes in relations,known as attribute semantic type(AST)identification,plays an important role in many data analysis tasks,such as data cleaning,schema matching,and keyword search in ***,due to a lack of unified naming standards across prevalent information systems(*** islands),AST identification still remains as an open *** tackle this problem,we propose a context-aware method to figure out the ASTs for relations in this *** transform the AST identification into a multi-class classification problem and propose a schema context aware(SCA)model to learn the representation from a collection of relations associated with attribute values and schema *** on the learned representation,we predict the AST for a given attribute from an underlying relation,wherein the predicted AST is mapped to one of the labeled *** improve the performance for AST identification,especially for the case that the predicted semantic types of attributes are not included in the labeled ASTs,we then introduce knowledge base embeddings(***)to enhance the above representation and construct a schema context aware model with knowledge base enhanced(SCA-KB)to get a stable and robust *** experiments based on real datasets demonstrate that our context-aware method outperforms the state-of-the-art approaches by a large margin,up to 6.14%and 25.17%in terms of macro average F1 score,and up to 0.28%and 9.56%in terms of weighted F1 score over high-quality and low-quality datasets respectively.

Multi-modal entity alignment (MMEA) aims to identify equivalent entities across different multi-modal knowledge graphs. In these graphs, entities are enriched with information from various modalities, such as text, images, and numerical data, making the alignment task both challenging and crucial for improving knowledge graph quality. Current MMEA algorithms typically encode entity information separately for each modality using corresponding encoders, and then integrate these representations through various modal fusion strategies. However, these methods often fail to fully exploit the multi-modal information of entities. To address this issue, we propose a feature-enhanced multi-modal entity alignment transformer (FEMEAT). FEMEAT enhances entity attribute information by incorporating modal distribution data, which captures the inherent distribution of different modalities for each entity. This inclusion allows the model to have a richer understanding of entity characteristics across modalities. Additionally, FEMEAT utilizes an Optical Character Recognition (OCR) model to extract and incorporate textual information from images. By integrating this text extracted from images, the model can better utilize the visual modality, enhancing its ability to understand and process multi-modal information. Furthermore, FEMEAT employs a multi-head cross-modal attention (MHCA) mechanism for modal fusion to achieve comprehensive multi-modal entity representation. This mechanism enables the model to attend to different modalities simultaneously and learn a detailed representation of entities by considering the interactions between modalities. The multi-head cross-modal attention mechanism facilitates a nuanced understanding and integration of multi-modal data. Experimental results demonstrate that our model achieves state-of-the-art (SOTA) performance across various training scenarios. Dual-view gaze target estimation in classroom environments has not been thoroughly explored. Existing methods lack consideration of depth information, primarily focusing on 2D image information and neglecting the latent 3D spatial context, which could lead to suboptimal transformation and cause the gaze cone to intersect with an incorrect object. This paper introduces a novel dual-view gaze target estimation method tailored for classroom settings, leveraging depth-enhanced spatial transformations. By formulating a depth-enhanced 2D space, our method uses depth-enhanced spatial transformation to accurately project students' gaze cones to the teacher-oriented image. Additionally, we collected a dataset named DVSGE, specifically for student gaze target estimation in dual-view classroom images. Experimental results demonstrate significant performance improvements of 9.8% in AUC and 19.9% in L2-Distance for our method, surpassing existing methods. © 2025 IEEE.

Graph pattern matching is a technique widely used in various fields such as protein structure analysis, social group querying, and expert localization. This technique involves finding matching subgraphs in large social networks that align with the patterns specified in the pattern graph. In this paper, we focus on a specific sub-problem in social group querying, known as the cooperative team query, which arises from practical applications, where the nodes in the pattern graph and the data graph represent team member entities, while the edges represent their social relationships. We note that the requirements of many teams in the real world are dynamic, necessitating iterative computation for graph pattern matching using traditional methods. To address this challenge in highly dynamic systems, we propose a graph pattern matching method based on core pattern graph matching cache. This approach involves extracting the core pattern graph, and comprising core team members based on the characteristics of cooperative teams. The core graph-based matching cache enables the second half of the algorithm to operate on an order-of-magnitude smaller graph, significantly improving efficiency. Additionally, the multi-threaded approach fully leverages hardware resources, synchronizing multiple matching result of the core pattern graph to reduce matching time. Experimental results on three real social network datasets demonstrate that our proposed algorithm, Core Pattern Graph Matching Cache-based Multi-threaded Exploration (CCMTE), significantly outperforms existing methods in terms of efficiency.
