The global maximum frequent itemsets need to be updated because of incremental distributed database. On the base of the fast mining algorithm for global maximum frequent itemsets, an incremental mining algorithm for global maximum frequent itemsets based on health big data was proposed, namely,IMAGMFI algorithm. Firstly, the global frequent items were ***, the FP-tree was reconstructed by incremental distributed database. Third, the global maximum frequent itemsets of incremental distributed database were mined. Last,the global maximum frequent itemsets were gained by the strategy of top-down. The experimental results show that IMAGMFI algorithm is effective.

The logistics industry plays a very important role in the operation of modern cities. Meanwhile, the development of logistics industry has derived various problems that are urgent to be solved, such as the safety of logistics products. This paper combines the study of logistics industry traceability and logistics centre environment safety supervision with virtual reality technology, creates an interactive logistics centre information integration system. The proposed system utilizes the immerse characteristic of virtual reality, to simulate the real logistics centre scene distinctly, which can make operation staff conduct safety supervision training at any time without regional restrictions. On the one hand, a large number of sensor data can be used to simulate a variety of disaster emergency situations. On the other hand, collecting personnel operation data, to analyse the improper operation, which can improve the training efficiency greatly.

The mechanical integrity of the process machine is one of the provisions of the High-Hazard Chemical Process Safety Management Act promulgated by the US federal government. This study gradually reviewed the integrity of each process machine and factory supply system to improve the safety level. The primary focus is to understand the critical equipment and its related hazard characteristics, this must be cut from the process machine, from the power supply system, monitoring system, gas or chemical supply systems, reactors etc. to understand their possibilities of high temperature, leakage poisoning, corrosion, fire, explosion, electric shock, coiling and other hazards, and finally obtain the results of risk assessment for management use in high-tech factory. However, this study explores the focus of the safety and mechanical integrity of the process equipment, from identifying the critical equipment and hazard characteristics applicable to the equipment integrity plan of the future machine to the well-written mechanical integrity insurance plan, which can be used in practice.

Currently, no specific treatments are available for Alzheimer's disease (AD). Mild cognitive impairment (MCI), the preclinical stage of AD, has a high possibility of reversing symptoms through neural regulation. A state dynamics model for single brain regions was developed to simulate blood oxygen level-dependent signals in a patient with early mild cognitive impairment. Subsequently, the analysis of functional connections was used to comprehensively consider multiple complex network centralities to locate the intervention targets, and a multiple brain region collaborative control scheme was designed. Finally, the reliability and effectiveness of the intervention were verified at the brain region and subnetwork levels. This technique provides a basis for future clinical diagnosis and treatment of AD and MCI.

More and more user comments like Tweets are available, which often contain user concerns. In order to meet the demands of users, a good summary generating from multiple documents should consider reader interests as reflected in reader comments. In this article, we focus on how to generate a summary from multi-document documents by considering reader comments, named as reader-Aware multi-document summarization (RA-MDS).We present an innovative topic-based method for RA-MDA, which exploits latent topics to obtain the most salient and lessen redundancy summary from multiple documents. Since finding latent topics for RA-MDS is a crucial step, we also present a Heterogeneous-length Text Topic Modeling (HTTM) to extract topics from the corpus that includes both news reports and user comments, denoted as heterogeneous-length texts. In this case, the latent topics extract by HTTM cover not only important aspects of the event, but also aspects that attract reader interests. Comparisons on summary benchmark datasets also confirm that the proposed RA-MDS method is effective in improving the quality of extracted summaries. In addition, experimental results demonstrate that the proposed topic modeling method outperforms existing topic modeling algorithms. © 2019 Association for Computing Machinery. All rights reserved.

Evolutionary Algorithm (EA) based ontology matching technologies are emerging as the most suitable approach for solving ontology matching problem. In this paper, we introduce the basics of EA based ontology matching technology, and discuss the state-of-the-art EA based ontology matching approach. EA based ontology matching is making a measurable progress, though it is slowing down. In order to address this situation, we presented four challenges for EA based ontology matching, accompanied for each of these with an overview of the recent advances in the field and a discussion of the potentially useful ways to approach the challenges under consideration. We believe that addressing the outlined challenges should accelerate the progress of the EA based ontology matching field and direct the corresponding research into the most promising tracks. © 2018, Ubiquitous International. We propose two simple and effective spiking neuron models to improve the response time of the conventional spiking neural network. The proposed neuron models adaptively tune the presynaptic input current depending on the input received from its presynapses and subsequent neuron firing events. We analyze and derive the firing activity homeostatic convergence of the proposed models. We experimentally verify and compare the models on MNIST handwritten digits and FashionMNIST classification tasks. We show that the proposed neuron models significantly increase the response speed to the input signal. Experiment codes are available at https://***/anvien/Evol-SNN. © 2019, CC0.

As Android operating system and applications on the device play important roles, the security requirements of Android applications increased as well. With the upgrade of Android system, Android runtime mode (ART mode) has gradually become the mainstream architecture of the Android operating system. ART introduces several improvements in Android, but it also introduces new ways to enhance malicious activities. This paper proposed a confidential finer granularity protection scheme for application programs under ART mode of ROOT Android devices. Taking Java method as the protection granularity, the protection scheme increased the accuracy of protecting targets. In addition, the protection scheme provided a more thorough protection for applications by combining dynamic loading technology and encryption technology in ART mode, and improved the security of Android applications. Experiments showed that the proposed protection scheme is effective. © Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2018.

In this paper, we propose a robust representation learning model called Adaptive Structure-constrained Low-Rank Coding (AS-LRC) for the latent representation of data. To recover the underlying subspaces more accurately, AS-LRC seamlessly integrates an adaptive weighting based block-diagonal structure-constrained low-rank representation and the group sparse salient feature extraction into a unified framework. Specifically, AS-LRC performs the latent decomposition of given data into a low-rank reconstruction by a block-diagonal codes matrix, a group sparse locality-adaptive salient feature part and a sparse error part. To enforce the block-diagonal structures adaptive to different real datasets for the low-rank recovery, AS-LRC clearly computes an auto-weighting matrix based on the locality-adaptive features and multiplies by the low-rank coefficients for direct minimization at the same time. This encourages the codes to be block-diagonal and can avoid the tricky issue of choosing optimal neighborhood size or kernel width for the weight assignment, suffered in most local geometrical structures-preserving low-rank coding methods. In addition, our AS-LRC selects the L2, 1-norm on the projection for extracting group sparse features rather than learning low-rank features by Nuclear-norm regularization, which can make learnt features robust to noise and outliers in samples, and can also make the feature coding process efficient. Extensive visualizations and numerical results demonstrate the effectiveness of our AS-LRC for image representation and recovery.

This study proposes an ultrasound-based collision avoidance/warning safety system for vehicles cornering on mountain roads. The design includes a hardware and a software system. The hardware system consists of a single-chip microcontroller with a minimum system board, a power module, and an automotive radar system. The radar system includes a stc98c52 control module, LCD 1602 display module, and hc-sr04 ultrasonic detection module. The software was programmed using C on the Keil uVision4 platform. © 2018, Springer International Publishing AG.
