This study is based on the LOPA and ISD strategies as the basis for safety management, and explores the edge computing solutions that are extended in response to the vigorous development of 5G and IoT in the future, resulting in excessive cloud computing load. This study mainly uses FPGA to combine AES algorithm to achieve the edge computing function based on the aforementioned LOPA and ISD strategies for safety management under big data. However, the results of this study found that the system established in this study can effectively reduce the personnel management error rate by more than 50% and reduce the cloud computing load by 30%. High-tech factory operation safety management has significant benefits and contributions.

Nowadays, the critical dimensions (CD) of semiconductor manufacturing processes are gradually declining, and various materials, reactants, or machine equipment is becoming more and more difficult. Therefore, the green supply chain management (GSCM) of smart high-tech factories has also become the target of competition for cutting-edge companies, because of this management. The more mature the mechanism of high production speed, lower operating costs and the higher the quality. In addition, corporate social responsibility (CSR) governance has also become an important investment evaluation item for semiconductor factories in recent years. As long as internationally renowned manufacturers start CSR, it is a pity that there are already some manufacturers. The establishment of a supply chain management system also synchronously promotes CSR, but there are few manufacturers that integrate CSR and green supply chain management, let alone the application of an intelligent management platform (IMP). This study builds a GSM platform (GSMP) based on the aforementioned problems, and the cluster analysis of K-means is used to optimize the management platform to optimize the overall performance of the management platform. Through the simulation results of this study, it is found that the performance of this management platform is far superior to the current mechanism of using human operation, whether it is the speed of emergency processing or the final management operation performance, which shows that this study industry contribution.

Field Programmable Logic Gate Array (FPGA) seems to be a semicustom circuit in the field of special application integrated circuits and use in edge computing. In this study, the chip-level reliability design of the system is carried out from the perspective of fault tolerance and fault self-repair. A real-time fault-tolerant self-repair system structure based on SRAM FPGA is proposed, and the design structure is verified on Xilinx Virtex-6 FPGA. It was found that the energy consumption of different modules in this study increased under the fault-tolerant self-repair design, and when the number of carry chains increased, the detection delay and reconstruction time also increased, which is in line with physical phenomena. However, it has been verified by the designer, it is found that the design time of the designer can be greatly reduced by about 50%, which is an important contribution.

The unclear developmentdirection of human society is a deep reason for that it is difficult to form a uniform ethical standard for human society and artificial intelligence. Since the 21st century, the latest advances in the Internet, brain science and artificial intelligence have brought new inspiration to the researchon the developmentdirection of human society. Through the study of the Internet brain model, AI's IQ evaluation, and the evolution of the brain, this paper proposes that the evolution of population knowledge base is the key for judging the development direction of human society,thereby discussing the standards and norms for the construction of artificial intelligence ethics. The existing word representation methods mostly limit their information source to word co-occurrence statistics. In this paper, we introduce ngrams into four representation methods: SGNS, GloVe, PPMI matrix, and its SVD factorization. Comprehensive experiments are conducted on word analogy and similarity tasks. The results show that improved word representations are learned from ngram co-occurrence statistics. We also demonstrate that the trained ngram representations are useful in many aspects such as finding antonyms and collocations. Besides, a novel approach of building co-occurrence matrix is proposed to alleviate the hardware burdens brought by ngrams. © 2017 Association for Computational Linguistics.

Information entropy and its extension, which are important generalization of entropy, have been applied in many research domains today. In this paper, a novel generalized relative entropy is constructed to avoid some defects of traditional relative entropy. We presented the structure of generalized relative entropy after the discussion of defects in relative entropy. Moreover, some properties of the provided generalized relative entropy is presented and proved. The provided generalized relative entropy is proved to have a finite range and is a finite distance metric. Copyright © 2017, The Authors. All rights reserved.

Does Haze Removal Help CNN-based Image Classification?

Hazy images are common in real scenarios and many dehazing methods have been developed to automatically remove the haze from images. Typically, the goal of image dehazing is to produce clearer images from which human vision can better identify the object and structural details present in the images. When the ground-truth haze-free image is available for a hazy image, quantitative evaluation of image dehazing is usually based on objective metrics, such as Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR) and Structural Similarity (SSIM). However, in many applications, large-scale images are collected not for visual examination by human. Instead, they are used for many high-level vision tasks, such as automatic classification, recognition and categorization. One fundamental problem here is whether various dehazing methods can produce clearer images that can help improve the performance of the high-level tasks. In this paper, we empirically study this problem in the important task of image classification by using both synthetic and real hazy image datasets. From the experimental results, we find that the existing image-dehazing methods cannot improve much the image-classification performance and sometimes even reduce the image-classification performance. 0-1 knapsack problems (KPs) is a typical NP-hard problem in combinatorial optimization problem. For the sake of efficiency, it becomes increasingly popular for researchers to apply heuristic techniques to solve the 0-1 KPs. Due to its simplicity and convergence speed, an increasing number of techniques based on binary particle swarm optimization (BPSO) has been presented. However, BPSO-based techniques suffered from a major shortcoming which is the premature convergence of a swam. To address the problem, this paper proposed a hybrid BPSO-GA algorithm which combines the strengths of BPSO and genetic algorithm (GA). Experimental results show that our proposal is able to find more optimal solutions than BPSO-based algorithm. © 2018, Springer International Publishing AG.

The genetic models are greatly important in the analysis of genetic epidemiologic studies and many of the studies are conducted using the trend test under the additive model. However, for many complex diseases and traits, the underlying genetic model for a genetic locus is usually uncertain. So a robust test free of genetic model is appropriate. In this paper, the authors propose a model-embedded trend test by incorporating Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium information and obtain the explicit formula to calculate its statistical significance. Extensive simulation studies show the proposed test is more robust than the existing procedures. Finally, a real application is further analyzed to show the performance of the proposed test.
