Developing and integrating advanced image sensors with novel algorithms in camera systems is prevalent with the increasing demand for computational photography and imaging on mobile platforms. However, the lack of high-quality data for research and the rare opportunity for in-depth exchange of views from industry and academia constrain the development of mobile intelligent photography and imaging (MIPI). To bridge the gap, we introduce the first MIPI challenge including five tracks focusing on novel image sensors and imaging algorithms. In this paper, we summarize and review the Under-Display Camera (UDC) Image Restoration track on MIPI 2022. In total, 167 participants were successfully registered, and 19 teams submitted results in the final testing phase. The developed solutions in this challenge achieved state-of-the-art performance on Under-Display Camera Image Restoration. A detailed description of all models developed in this challenge is provided in this paper. 基于现有联机分析处理系统(online analytical processing,OLAP)的不足和图形处理器(graphics processing unit,GPU)的发展,研制了GOOLAP(GPU oriented OLAP)系统.GOOLAP系统利用GPU的高并行性和高存储带宽,把计算密集型运算转移到GPU端执行,加运OLAP处理性能.GOOLAP系统主要由3部分组成：1)表示层,以Excel作为用户输入前端并展示结果,加强系统的易用性;2)OLAP服务器层,负责把多维表达式(multi-dimensional expression,MDX)语句解析成SQL语句并根据自定义启发式规则向GPU传递适合计算的SQL语句,最后再将GPU返回结果与CPU原始结果合并;3)存储层,提供GPU显存和关系数据库两种存储结构.

EnIter: Enhancing Iterative Multi-View Depth Estimation with Universal Contextual Hints

Iterative inference approaches have shown promising success in the task of multi-view depth estimation. However, these methods put excessive emphasis on the universal inter-view correspondences while neglecting the correspondence ambiguity in regions of low texture and depth discontinuous areas. Thus, they are prone to produce inaccurate or even erroneous depth estimations, which is further exacerbated cumulative errors especially in the iterative pipeline, providing unreliable information in many real-world scenarios. In this paper, we revisit this issue from the intra-view Contextual Hints and introduce a novel enhancing iterative approach, named EnIter. Concretely, at the beginning of each iteration, we present a Depth Intercept (DI) modulator to provide more accurate depth by aggregating neighbor uncertainty, correlation volume of reference and normal. This plug and play modulator is effective at intercepting the erroneous depth estimations with implicit guidance from the universal correlation contextual hints, especially for the challenging regions. Furthermore, at the end of each iteration, we refine the depth map with another plug and play modulator termed as Depth Refine (DR). It mines the latent structure knowledge of reference Contextual Hints and establishes one-way dependency using local attention from reference features to depth, yielding delicate depth in details. Extensive experiment demonstrates that our method not only achieves state-of-the-art performance over existing models but also exhibits remarkable universality in popular iterative pipelines, e.g., CasMVS, UCSNet, TransMVS, UniMVS.

With the development of the internet technology, a large amount of softwares have emerged to meet users' increasing needs. At the mean time, software systems have been faced with a problem that they must adapt to the dynamic network environment. It is obvious that a variety of software development models have been proposed in the past few decades. However, the majority of these methods are gradually unadaptable to new circumstances. In this paper, we proposed a new software development model integrating collective intelligence, service and ecosystem. On the one hand, we have introduced the model in detail. On the other hand, We took a practical example to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed model.

In large-scale disaster events, the planning of optimal rescue routes depends on the object detection ability at the disaster scene, with one of the main challenges being the presence of dense and occluded objects. Existing methods, which are typically based on the RGB modality, struggle to distinguish targets with similar colors and textures in crowded environments and are unable to identify obscured objects. To this end, we first construct two multimodal dense and occlusion vehicle detection datasets for large-scale events, utilizing RGB and height map modalities. Based on these datasets, we propose a multimodal collaboration network for dense and occluded vehicle detection, MuDet for short. MuDet hierarchically enhances the completeness of discriminable information within and across modalities and differentiates between simple and complex samples. MuDet includes three main modules: Unimodal Feature Hierarchical Enhancement (Uni-Enh), Multimodal Cross Learning (Mul-Lea), and Hard-easy Discriminative (He-Dis) Pattern. Uni-Enh and Mul-Lea enhance the features within each modality and facilitate the cross-integration of features from two heterogeneous modalities. He-Dis effectively separates densely occluded vehicle targets with significant intra-class differences and minimal inter-class differences by defining and thresholding confidence values, thereby suppressing the complex background. Experimental results on two re-labeled multimodal benchmark datasets, the 4K-SAI-LCS dataset, and the ISPRS Potsdam dataset, demonstrate the robustness and generalization of the MuDet. In this paper, an idea of utilizing the directional information to guide the artificial agents in the searching process is led in to the Evolved Bat Algorithm (EBA). By properly using the directional information, the guided artificial agents can present higher searching accuracy than the agents in the conventional EBA. The advantage of our proposed method guides the artificial agent to cruise along the gradient information from the known near best solutions. It results in that the searching accuracy is increased with only a slight addition to the calculation. To test the accuracy on finding the near best solutions, 2 benchmark functions, whose global optimum are known, with different dimensional criteria are used in the experiments. The experimental results are compared with the conventional EBA under the same experimental conditions. The experimental results indicate that our proposed method improves the accuracy on finding the near best solution. According to the experimental results, our proposed Directional guided Evolved Bat Algorithm (DgEBA) is significantly improved compared with the conventional EBA. © 2016, ICIC Express Letters Office. In this paper, we design an end-to-end adaptive feature normalization network (AFN-Net) for single image dehazing. In order to fit the function that can recover haze-free images from haze images more effectively, an Adaptive Normalization module (AN) is designed, which can unify the input into the same feature space. A large number of experimental evaluations show that the proposed method is superior to the state-of-the-art (SOTA) method on the benchmark datasets.

Multi-behavioral recommender systems have emerged as a solution to address data sparsity and cold-start issues by incorporating auxiliary behaviors alongside target behaviors. However, existing models struggle to accurately capture varying user preferences across different behaviors and fail to account for diverse item preferences within behaviors. Various user preference factors (such as price or quality) entangled in the behavior may lead to sub-optimization problems. Furthermore, these models overlook the personalized nature of user behavioral preferences by employing uniform transformation networks for all users and items. To tackle these challenges, we propose the Disentangled Cascaded Graph Convolutional Network (Disen-CGCN), a novel multi-behavior recommendation model. Disen-CGCN employs disentangled representation techniques to effectively separate factors within user and item representations, ensuring their independence. In addition, it incorporates a multi-behavioral meta-network, enabling personalized feature transformation across user and item behaviors. Furthermore, an attention mechanism captures user preferences for different item factors within each behavior. By leveraging attention weights, we aggregate user and item embeddings separately for each behavior, computing preference scores that predict overall user preferences for items. Our evaluation on benchmark datasets demonstrates the superiority of Disen-CGCN over state-of-the-art models, showcasing an average performance improvement of 7.07% and 9.00% on respective datasets. These results highlight Disen-CGCN’s ability to effectively leverage multi-behavioral data, leading to more accurate recommendations. Copyright © 2024, The Authors. All rights reserved.

High-quality underwater images play an important role in obtaining and understanding underwater information. However, raw underwater images have many problems, such as low contrast, chromatic aberration, blur and low light, which seriously restrict the progress of other underwater tasks. In this paper, we propose an Underwater Mixed Spatial Attention Network (UMSAN) for underwater image enhancement. The evaluation on the EUVP dataset and some other real underwater images demonstrates that our network is sufficient against several of the advanced models.
