Reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS) emerges as maximization problem is formulated to facilitate RIS discrete an efficient and promising technology for the next wireless phase design and RIS placement optimization, which is subject generation networks and has attracted a lot of attention owing to coverage probability constraint. Simulation results validate to the capability of extending wireless coverage by reflecting that better coverage performance and higher travel distance signals toward targeted receivers. This research mainly uses the Wi-Fi module (ESP8266) microcontroller to implement the IoT-based smart home system. In this study of smart home system is able to power the circuit by the photovoltaic cell itself and then wirelessly switch to the required load. As technology is expanding every day, mobile, robotics, machines learning are advancing their technology then why our house is an exception. Today’s house moving slowly based on common/human input controlling to smart/IoT-enabled devices to be controlled remotely. Currently, use the existing smart home system technology that is limited to this device only. Because of this, IoT devices are now being applied in various fields, but unfortunately, low cost and simple IoT applications are still insufficient in smart home. However, this study is concerned with the Node MCU (ESP8266) microcontroller used to control the power switches remotely. The users can control witches using web application after authenticating based on low cost and simple IoT application systems;this study has important contributions to the development of smart homes with high price–performance ratio in future. © 2021, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Semi-supervised classification on data streams with recurring concept drift and concept evolution

mining non-stationary stream is a challenging task due to its unique property of infinite length and dynamic characteristics let alone the issues of concept drift, concept evolution and limited labeled data. Although more attention has been attracted on the issues of concept drift and evolution in data streams, however, most of existing methods are supervised in nature, which probably result in a worse classification performance and lower efficiency in the case with scarcity of labeled data. Thus, in this paper, we proposed a semi-supervised framework with recurring concept drift and novel class detection called ESCR, which aims to detect recurring concept drift and concept evolution in data streams with partially labeled data. It is firstly built on an ensemble model consisted of several clustering-based classifiers. In terms of this framework, we adopt Jensen–Shannon divergence based change detection technique on classifier confidence score instead of classification error rate to detect recurring concept drifts. Meanwhile, we take concept evolution into consideration by monitoring the outliers with strong cohesion. Moreover, we further improve the execution efficiency of our framework by exploiting the recursive function and dynamic programming. Finally, extensive experiments conducted on both benchmark and synthetic data sets demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of our proposed semi-supervised framework in the handling of data streams with recurring concept drifts and concept evolution, as compared to several well-known semi-supervised data stream classification methods. © 2021 Elsevier B.V.

Over the past few decades, the energy crisis has been one of the main problems in third world countries such as Pakistan. Among them, there is still a big gap between the amount of power generation and the actual social energy demand. For example, in Pakistan, as there is no electricity transmission and as a result, some scholars have suggested that renewable energy may be the only solution to this problem. Among all renewable energy sources, solar energy is one of the most efficient and easiest renewable energy sources to use. And can play an important role in resolving these crises. This can easily cause shadows and reduce power generation efficiency. The proposed method controls the power plant and cleans the photovoltaic surface if necessary. This work is divided into two parts, namely: hardware and software systems. On the hardware side, four light-related resistors (LDRs) are used to detect the best source of sunlight. Two servo motors were also used to move the solar panel to the maximum light source position detected by LDR. In the software part, this code is written in the programming language C. and transferred to the Arduino UNO controller. When the dust sensor detects dust in the air, the controller will be used to control the speed of the dust removal activity by the electric brush. In addition, the proposed method compares the characteristics of solar panels with and without the proposed method. The results show that the dual-axis rotation mechanism and the dust removal ability effectively maintain the performance of the solar cell panel and the effect of dust accumulation after the dual-axis rotation. © 2020 IEEE.

Ontology revision aims to seamlessly incorporate a new ontology into an existing ontology and plays a crucial role in tasks such as ontology evolution, ontology maintenance, and ontology alignment. Similar to repair single ontologies, resolving logical incoherence in the task of ontology revision is also important and meaningful, because incoherence is a main potential factor to cause inconsistency and reasoning with an inconsistent ontology will obtain meaningless answers. To deal with this problem, various ontology revision approaches have been proposed to define revision operators and design ranking strategies for axioms in an ontology. However, they rarely consider axiom semantics which provides important information to differentiate axioms. In addition, pre-trained models can be utilized to encode axiom semantics, and have been widely applied in many natural language processing tasks and ontology-related ones in recent years. Therefore, in this paper, we study how to apply pre-trained models to revise ontologies. We first define four scoring functions to rank axioms based on a pre-trained model by considering various information from an ontology. Based on the functions, an ontology revision algorithm is then proposed to deal with unsatisfiable concepts at once. To improve efficiency, an adapted revision algorithm is designed to deal with unsatisfiable concepts group by group. We conduct experiments over 19 ontology pairs and compare our algorithms and scoring functions with existing ones. According to the experiments, our algorithms could achieve promising performance. The adapted revision algorithm could improve the efficiency largely, and at most about 90% of the time could be saved for some ontology pairs. Some of our scoring functions like reliableOnt cos could help a revision algorithm obtain better results in many cases, especially for those challenging ontology pairs like OM8. As an advanced biomedical knowledge modeling technology, biomedical ontology models the biomedical domain. However, since the lack of uniform standards for constructing biomedical ontologies, the biomedical ontologies obtained by different construction methods for the same thing may be different, which is known as the biomedical ontology heterogeneity problem. To solve this problem, we need to execute the biomedical ontology matching process, where it is important to integrate different similarity measures to improve the quality of alignment. Evolutionary Algorithm (EA) is an effective algorithm to address the biomedical ontology meta-matching problem. However, the classical EA-based biomedical ontology meta-matching technique needs to traverse reference alignment to evaluate the individuals, which makes the algorithm have high running time. To overcome this drawback, we propose an Interpolation Model (IM) based Hybrid EA (IM-HEA), which combines EA with a problem-specific IM to evaluate the individual and execute the local search process. In particular, we use lattice design to divide the feasible domain into several uniform sub-regions, and on this basis, approximately evaluate the fitness of newly generated individual. In addition, to avoid the algorithm falling into the local optimum, we further introduce an IM-based local search process into EA’s evolving process. In the experiment, we test IM-HEA on OAEI’s Benchmark and Anatomy and compared them with classical EA in terms of alignment’s quality and running time. The experimental results show that IM-HEA greatly enhances the efficiency of EA with little sacrifice on the alignment’s quality.

Social Group Query Based on Multi-fuzzy-constrained Strong Simulation

Traditional social group analysis mostly uses interaction models, event models, or other methods to identify and distinguish groups. This type of method can divide social participants into different groups based on their geographic location, social relationships, and/or related events. However, in some applications, it is necessary to make more specific restrictions on the members and the interaction between members of the group. Generally, graph pattern matching (GPM) is used to solve this problem. However, the existing GPM methods rarely consider the rich contextual information of nodes and edges to measure the credibility between members. In this paper, a social group query problem that needs to consider the trust between members of the group is proposed. To solve this problem, we propose a Strong Simulation GPM algorithm (NTSS) based on the exploration of pattern Node Topological ordered sequence. Aiming at the inefficiency of the NTSS algorithm when matching pattern graph with multiple nodes with zero in-degree and the problem of repeated calculation of matched edges shared by multiple matching subgraphs, two optimization strategies are proposed. Finally, we conduct verification experiments on the effectiveness and efficiency of the NTSS algorithm and the algorithms with the optimization strategies on four social network datasets in real applications. Experimental results show that the NTSS algorithm is significantly better than the existing multi-constrained GPM algorithm, and the NTSS_Inv_EdgC algorithm, which combines two optimization strategies, greatly improves the efficiency of the NTSS algorithm. An MRC Framework for Semantic Role Labeling

Semantic Role Labeling (SRL) aims at recognizing the predicate-argument structure of a sentence and can be decomposed into two subtasks: predicate disambiguation and argument labeling. Prior work deals with these two tasks independently, which ignores the semantic connection between the two tasks. In this paper, we propose to use the machine reading comprehension (MRC) framework to bridge this gap. We formalize predicate disambiguation as multiple-choice machine reading comprehension, where the descriptions of candidate senses of a given predicate are used as options to select the correct sense. The chosen predicate sense is then used to determine the semantic roles for that predicate, and these semantic roles are used to construct the query for another MRC model for argument labeling. In this way, we are able to leverage both the predicate semantics and the semantic role semantics for argument labeling. We also propose to select a subset of all the possible semantic roles for computational efficiency. Research Purpose: The distributed, traceable and security of blockchain technology are applicable to the construction of new government information resource models, which could eliminate the barn effect and trust in government information sharing, as well as promoting the transformation of government affairs from management to service, it is also of great significance to the sharing of government information and construction of service-oriented e-government. Propose Methods: By analyzing the current problems of government information sharing, combined with literature research, this paper proposes the theoretical framework and advantages of blockchain technology applied to government information management and sharing, expounds the blockchain-based solution, it also constructs a government information sharing model based on blockchain, and gives implementation strategies at the technical and management levels. Results and Conclusion: The government information sharing model based on the blockchain solution and the transparency of government information can be used as a research framework for information interaction analysis between the government and users. It can also promote the construction and development of information sharing for Chinese government, as well as providing unified information sharing solution at the departmental and regional levels for e-government. © 2019 IEEE.
