In emergency decision making(EDM),it is necessary to generate an effective alternative ***-based reasoning(CBR)has been applied to EDM;however,choosing the most suitable case from a set of similar cases after case retrieval remains *** study proposes a dynamic method based on case retrieval and group decision making(GDM),called dynamic casebased reasoning group decision making(CBRGDM),for emergency alternative *** the proposed method,first,similar historical cases are identified through case similarity ***,evaluation information provided by group decision makers for similar cases is aggregated based on regret theory,and comprehensive perceived utilities for the similar cases are ***,the most suitable historical case is obtained from the case similarities and the comprehensive perceived utilities for similar historical *** method is then applied to an example of a gas explosion in a coal company in *** results show that the proposed method is feasible and effective in *** advantages of the proposed method are verified based on comparisons with existing *** particular,dynamic CBRGDM can adjust the emergency alternative according to changing *** results of application of dynamic CBRGDM to a gas explosion and comparison with existing methods verify its feasibility and practicability.

The smart and automatic bag-changing trash can is controlled by a circuit chip and consists of an infrared detection device and a mechanical, electronic drive system. As long as an object approaches the sensing area, the lid will automatically open, and the lid will automatically close after a few seconds after the object or hand leaves the sensing area. It does not require an external power source. It is powered by a battery and has low power consumption. The exquisite streamlined appearance sensor flip design, which combines infrared sensors and microcomputers, is flexible and convenient, and it can easily throw away garbage without manual or foot stepping. It is also convenient and hygienic and has reliable performance, which helps you effectively prevent contact infections. It comprises functional modules such as ultrasonic distance measurement, photoelectric sensor modules, motor drive modules, and voice alarm modules. It takes an ultrasonic sensor, RPR220 photoelectric sensor, and single-chip computer as the core. Distance information is collected through the sensor, and then the single-chip computer sends instructions through AD conversion. When the ultrasonic sensor detects that the distance between the person and the trash can is less than the set distance, the trash can automatically flip the lid. If the RPR220 photoelectric detects the full trash can, the system will give a voice prompt. This system has a simple structure, stable performance, convenient operation, and low cost. This paper designs multifunctional trash can control system based on STC89C52RC. In many applications such as maritime surveillance and autonomous derivation, specific target tracking has become extremely important, and the characteristics of the research target will come from various distributed sources in different spaces and their noise measurements. We provide a new idea based on mobile submarine prediction data and ion pair measurement in this study, using Kalman filter based on accurate two-dimensional to approximate the results. However, we proposed to minimize the error covariance to calculate the total uncertainty measurement using the gain matrix K of Kalman filter. The actual measurement ix(k) of Kalman filter will be incorporated into each previously estimated sampling time. According to the correction equation to further improves the estimated value. The research results can be ground, the method can quickly converge to the true value, and its accuracy is better than the current passive omnidirectional sonar buoy submarine. In the field of crowd counting, the current mainstream CNN-based regression methods simply extract the density information of pedestrians without finding the position of each person. This makes the output of the network often found to contain incorrect responses, which may erroneously estimate the total number and not conducive to the interpretation of the algorithm. To this end, we propose a Bi-Branch Attention Network (BBA-NET) for crowd counting, which has three innovation points. i) A two-branch architecture is used to estimate the density information and location information separately. ii) Attention mechanism is used to facilitate feature extraction, which can reduce false responses. iii) A new density map generation method combining geometric adaptation and Voronoi split is introduced. Our method can integrate the pedestrian's head and body information to enhance the feature expression ability of the density map. Extensive experiments performed on two public datasets show that our method achieves a lower crowd counting error compared to other state-of-the-art methods.

The operation efficiency of the power station mainly depends on power generation. Therefore, under the constraints of water level, water amount, and output of hydropower station, generation flow in each period can be reasonably controlled according to the initial operating conditions of reservoir and inflow runoff, maximize the power generation of cascade power station within the operation cycle. Grey wolf algorithm (GWO) is easy to implement, simple in structure, requires few parameters to be changed, and has a simple operating principle. The gray wolf algorithm’s solution process simulated wolves’ hunting behavior, and the prey was regarded as the optimal global solution. All the candidate solutions were regarded as a gray wolf population. As shown from the above results, the GWOs algorithm has a more vital exploration ability and development ability to optimize single-peak and multi-peak functions better than the other two algorithms. © 2021, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

As the current computer design level continues to improve, the process equipment and production line management levels are relatively stable. The intelligent and automatic 3D garage-type has shown a diversified development trend. Several garage types are currently in everyday use, including vertical lifting type, vertical lifting type, simple lifting type, horizontal shifting circulation type, channel stacking type, etc. The 3D lifting garage has a simple structure, small floor space, low operating cost, and the most extensive application requirements. However, this study summarizes the application status and development prospects of smart lifting 3D garages first. Then the system analyzes the working principle and mechanical structure characteristics of the smart lifting 3D garage, analyzes the control requirements, and designs the semi-automatic control system of the 3D garage S7–1200—it including the PLC control program and the man-machine interface. Finally, the overall system control effect is verified through simulation. Travel safety represents whether sightseeing activities can proceed smoothly and satisfy customers. The current travel business management system platform mainly focuses on the five main aspects of channels, products, funds, data, and supervision. There is still a serious lack of on-site safety. In this study, it is designed by the on-site tourism safety management system. The system is mainly composed of IoT smart bracelets and RFID cards provided by travel agencies to each participant. This study applied ILCA, which improves the quality of control by repeatedly applying the information obtained from previous experiments to obtain the control input that produces the desired output trajectory. This study shows that the total output error iterations of the ILCA method used in the study show that although the speed has not been significantly accelerated, the stability after iteration is significantly better than other methods. The simulation results are consistent with expectations. A massive number of vehicles are used everywhere in the world, which is continuous to caused serious problems that are effective both for human life and the environment. Air smog, global boiling, and rapid reduction of earth petroleum incomes are now serious problems. To overcome these problems shortly, Hybrid Electrical Vehicles and Electrical Vehicles are proposed with interleaved DC/DC boost converters to replace conventional vehicles to get rid of the above-discussed problems. DC/DC converters are used to interface between input voltages supplied by the battery and output. DC/DC converters are used for chopping or boosting the voltage level. The power converter structure becomes lightweight, reliable, small volume, high efficiency, low current, and voltage ripples due to vehicle limitations. In power grids and towers of tens of kilometers, it is impractical to use only one drone for inspection and cleaning operations. The joint operation of multiple UAVs complies with the effectiveness and efficiency arrangements. However, in the case of joint flight and operation of multiple UAVs, GOS becomes important, which is also the important core of this research. This study mainly applies the combined optimization of hyperbolic partial differential equations through the mathematical wave vibration model to achieve the GOS of multi-unit UAV collaborative power grids and towers detection and cleaning system. This study analyzed the flight position convergence, and found that the OCS of multi-unit UAV collaborative power grids and towers detection and cleaning system in this study is more capable of controlling the flight position than the previous method, and the data is similar to 90 m. Also, the time delay error is also compared. The result can also be seen that the OCS of this study is better than the traditional method by about 0.2 under the same iteration steps. To sum up the foregoing, This study believes that the OCS of multi-unit UAV collaborative power grids and towers detection and cleaning system in this study has better tracking and matching capabilities of position and flight speed of UAV, with less delay error and better convergence, so it can provide The robustness and reliability of OCS that meet our needs. © 2021, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

This study suggests a new metaheuristic algorithm for global optimization, based on parallel hybridizing the swarm optimization (PSO) and Gravitational search algorithm (GSA). Subgroups of the population are formed by dividing the swarm’s community. Communication between the subsets can be developed by adding strategies for the mutation. Twenty-three benchmark functions are used to test its performance to verify the feasibility of the proposed algorithm. Compared with the PSO, GSA, and parallel PSO (PPSO), the findings of the proposed algorithm reveal that the proposed PPSOGSA achieves higher precision than other competitor algorithms. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2021.
