The ontology matching technique aims at establishing the correspondence between two ontologies’ entities to solve their heterogeneity problem. In the matching process, the quality of the single matcher’s alignment can not be ensured. Usually, multiple matches are required to work together to increase the evidence of potential matches or mismatches. Selecting, combining, and adjusting these ontology matches to obtain high-quality ontology comparisons is one of the main challenges in ontology matching. This paper proposes an Argumentation Framework (A.F.) based on the ontology extracting technique to address this challenge. First, the proposed approach obtains the alignments obtained by different ontology matches. It extracts the final alignment by debating the disputed entity correspondences with A.F. The experiment is conducted on the Bibliographic track provided by Ontology Alignment Evaluation Initiative (OAEI), and the statistical comparison with the state-of-the-art ontology matching techniques shows the effectiveness of the proposed approach. © 2021, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

The position and velocity estimation of underwater moving targets is an important part of the application of underwater sensor networks. The commonly used fusion of time difference of arrival (TDOA) and angle of arrival (AOA) can only roughly estimate the target position, but also has some limitations for nonlinear problems. So in order to overcome the nonlinear problem and improve the accuracy of underwater target *** on TDOA and AOA, this paper adopts a three-step location method which combines frequency difference of arrival (FDOA).At the same time, the whale algorithm is used to optimize the measurement error based on the weighted least square method (Tswls). Finally, the experimental results show that compared with TDOA location method and tdoa/aoa hybrid location algorithm, this method is superior to the above methods in the accuracy and bias of position and velocity estimation.

This paper presents one-bit supervision, a novel setting of learning from incomplete annotations, in the scenario of image classification. Instead of training a model upon the accurate label of each sample, our setting requires the model to query with a predicted label of each sample and learn from the answer whether the guess is correct. This provides one bit (yes or no) of information, and more importantly, annotating each sample becomes much easier than finding the accurate label from many candidate classes. There are two keys to training a model upon one-bit supervision: improving the guess accuracy and making use of incorrect guesses. For these purposes, we propose a multi-stage training paradigm which incorporates negative label suppression into an off-the-shelf semi-supervised learning algorithm. In three popular image classification benchmarks, our approach claims higher efficiency in utilizing the limited amount of annotations.

The rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) has brought the AI threat theory as well as the problem about how to evaluate the intelligence level of intelligent products. Both need to find a quantitative method to evaluate the intelligence level of intelligence systems, including human intelligence. Based on the standard intelligence system and the extended Von Neumann architecture, this study proposes General intelligence quotient (IQ), Service IQ and Value IQ evaluation methods for intelligence systems, depending on different evaluation purposes. Among them, the General IQ of intelligence systems is to answer the question of whether 'the artificial intelligence can surpass the human intelligence', which is reflected in putting the intelligence systems on an equal status and conducting the unified evaluation. The Service IQ and Value IQ of intelligence systems are used to answer the question of 'how the intelligent products can better serve the human', reflecting the intelligence and required cost of each intelligence system as a product in the process of serving human. © 2020 Institution of engineering and Technology. Relation extraction is an important information extraction task in many Natural Language Processing (NLP) applications, such as automatic knowledge graph construction, question answering, sentiment analysis, etc. However, relation extraction suffers from inappropriate associations between entities when the background knowledge of corpus is insufficiency. Despite the preprocessed external word vector bases can ease this problem, how to find a single word vector base as domain knowledge that contains all the required knowledge features is a huge challenge, and relation extraction with background knowledge is still open to further optimization. To address this problem, in this paper, we propose Relation Extraction method with Proactive Domain Adaptation Strategy (REPDAS for short) to introduce more knowledge features from different knowledge bases. More specifically, firstly, a convolutional network with a parameter-sharing layer is introduced for relation extraction, and word seeds that are important to relational feature exploitation are proactively picked by an attention mechanism during training. Secondly, the proactively-chosen word seeds and the previous parameter-sharing layer are utilized to establish a map between different domains. Our proposed method selectively avails both background knowledge and contextual features for relation extraction by incorporating the convolutional neural network with the proactively domain adaptation strategy. Experiments show that our method effectively enhances the performance of relation extraction compared with other baselines. © 2020 IEEE.

Multi-fuzzy-objective graph pattern matching with big graph data

Big graph data is different from traditional data and they usually contain complex relationships and multiple attributes. With the help of graph pattern matching, a pattern graph can be designed, satisfying special personal requirements and locate the subgraphs which match the required pattern. Then, how to locate a graph pattern with better attribute values in the big graph effectively and efficiently becomes a key problem to analyze and deal with big graph data, especially for a specific domain. This article introduces fuzziness into graph pattern matching. Then, a genetic algorithm, specifically an NSGA-II algorithm, and a particle swarm optimization algorithm are adopted for multifuzzy-objective optimization. Experimental results show that the proposed approaches outperform the existing approaches effectively. © 2019,IGI Global.

Recent progress in material data mining has been driven by high-capacity models trained on large ***,collecting experimental data(real data)has been extremely costly owing to the amount of human effort and expertise ***,we develop a novel transfer learning strategy to address problems of small or insufficient *** strategy realizes the fusion of real and simulated data and the augmentation of training data in a data mining *** a specific task of grain instance image segmentation,this strategy aims to generate synthetic data by fusing the images obtained from simulating the physical mechanism of grain formation and the“image style”information in real *** results show that the model trained with the acquired synthetic data and only 35%of the real data can already achieve competitive segmentation performance of a model trained on all of the real *** the time required to perform grain simulation and to generate synthetic data are almost negligible as compared to the effort for obtaining real data,our proposed strategy is able to exploit the strong prediction power of deep learning without significantly increasing the experimental burden of training data preparation.

Recommending courses in MOOCs for jobs: An auto weak supervision approach

The proliferation of massive open online courses (MOOCs) demands an effective way of course recommendation for jobs posted in recruitment websites, especially for the people who take MOOCs to find new jobs. Despite the advances of supervised ranking models, the lack of enough supervised signals prevents us from directly learning a supervised ranking model. This paper proposes a general automated weak supervision framework (AutoWeakS) via reinforcement learning to solve the problem. On the one hand, the framework enables training multiple supervised ranking models upon the pseudo labels produced by multiple unsupervised ranking models. On the other hand, the framework enables automatically searching the optimal combination of these supervised and unsupervised models. Systematically, we evaluate the proposed model on several datasets of jobs from different recruitment websites and courses from a MOOCs platform. Experiments show that our model significantly outperforms the classical unsupervised, supervised and weak supervision baselines. Copyright © 2020, The Authors. All rights reserved.

In scenarios where multiple parties such as the Internet of Things and Supply Chains participate in data sharing and computing, when accessing data, users not only need to accept the forward access control of the data owner, but also needs to perform reverse access control on the data, so as to realize two-way access control. In the traditional blockchain, all users can participate in accounting and view transaction data, and only protect user privacy through “pseudo-anonymity”. The access rights of different users cannot be distinguished, which cannot meet the user's two-way access control needs. However, most of the existing blockchain-based access control schemes are one-way access control, which cannot meet the needs of users for two-way access control in scenarios such as the Internet of Things and Supply Chains. Therefore, it is particularly important to design a two-way access control mechanism suitable for application in the blockchain. On this basis, this paper proposes a dual strategy attribute-based encryption (ABE) scheme for distributed outsourcing. This scheme combines two existing schemes, ciphertext-policy ABE and key-policy ABE, and proposes two access structures and a structure of attribute sets. The primary access structure and the secondary attributes are stored in the ciphertext, and the secondary access structure and the primary attributes are stored in the user's private key. Only when the primary attribute set satisfies the primary access structure and the secondary attribute set satisfies the secondary access structure can the user unlock the ciphertext. This scheme has no single authorization center; instead, blockchain nodes jointly participate in authorization. In addition, the proposed scheme outsources the encryption and decryption of the ciphertext to blockchain nodes to reduce the computing pressure on users and can adapt to the decentralized environment of the blockchain and provide users with two-way access control services.
