Research and Application of Prediction Model for Ecological Balanced Optimal Fertilization Amount for Three Crops

This paper analyzed the modeling principle,process and application process of the new ecological balanced fertilization model by data mining method based on the relationships among soil abundance-deficiency index,optimum fertilization amount and nutrient conversion rate of N,P,K for rice,wheat and maize in column *** results and conclusions were as follows:①on the basis of two ecological balanced fertilization models(available and total nutrients),a prediction model system of optimum fertilization amount based on nutrient conversion rate was established,including 3 *** first model predicted the optimum fertilization amount based on nutrient conversion rate,and the second model determined prediction difference value of optimum fertilization amount in the first amendment based on optimum yield,and the third model determined prediction difference value of optimum fertilization amount in the second amendment based on nutrient conversion rate.②Nutrient conversion rate and optimum yield were the common parameters of two models based on contents of available and total nutrients,and they were the core parameters of ecological balanced fertilization *** the specific application,the nutrient conversion rate and optimum yield were determined mainly based on the comprehensive comparison between the regional or similar plot or one plot and the experimental plot.③The two error amendments were due to the use of the fixed nutrient removal of 100 kg seeds,and underestimated the nutrient conversion rate when higher optimum production and overestimated the nutrient conversion rate when lower optimum production.④It was proposed that the nutrient conversion rate was regarded as a comprehensive nutrient index(abundance-deficiency)of ecological balanced *** was not only a parameter to measure fertilizer efficiency,but also a parameter to measure the abundance-deficiency of nutrients,and a parameter to guide fertilization.

This paper studied the index system of ecological balanced fertilization for maize by data mining method based on data of"3414 fertilizer field trials"of maize by published papers from national soil testing and recommendation since *** results and conclusions were as follows:①the optimum N,P and K fertilization amounts of maize were within the normal range,and the application of this standard could not cause obvious non-point source pollution.②The conversion rates of N,P and K of maize were respectively higher than their respective utilization ratios under the optimum fertilization amount.③At present,the soil N for maize was in an absence state,and soil P and K were in a state of not obvious lack.④Optimum N,P and K fertilization amounts were significantly negatively correlated with their respective conversion ratios,respectively,and it provided a quantitative scientific basis for calculating the optimum fertilization amount according to the nutrient conversion *** province can use this significant relationship to guide the determination of the average optimal fertilization amounts of N,P and K and the optimal production in the province.⑤The research results of nutrient conversion rate showed that any excessive application of N,P and K would reduce their own nutrient conversion rates,and may also reduce the conversion rates of other *** characteristics of crops absorbing N,P and K proportionally required that soil nutrients must be balanced in order to obtain high production,and fertilization was only the main means to regulate soil nutrient balance.

This paper studied the index system of ecological balanced fertilization for wheat by data mining method based on data of"3414 fertilizer field trials"of wheat by published papers from national soil testing and recommendation since *** results and conclusions were as follows:①the optimum N,P and K fertilization amounts of wheat were within the normal range,and the application of this standard could not cause obvious non-point source pollution.②The conversion rates of N,P and K of wheat were 58.78%,58.63%and 199.88%higher than the utilization ratios of N,P and K under the optimum fertilization amount,respectively.③At present,the soil N for wheat was in a low equilibrium stage,and soil P and K were in the middle and high levels,in which P was in the accumulation stage,and K was in the depletion stage.④The relationship between fertilizer effect or fertility and optimum production had *** fertilizer effect was negatively correlated with the optimum fertilization amounts of its own nutrient and other nutrients.N,P and K fertilizers had mutual promoting effects when they were *** nutrient played an inhibitory role in the fertilizer efficiency of its own nutrient.⑤The phosphorus and potassium utilization ratios were significantly positively correlated with the optimum phosphorus fertilization amount and the optimal potassium fertilization amount,which was the scientific basis for phosphorus and potassium concentrated fertilization of wheat.

This paper conducted comparative study of the index system of ecological balanced fertilization for rice,wheat and maize by data mining method based on data of"3414 fertilizer field trials"of rice,wheat and maize by published papers from national soil testing and recommendation since *** main conclusions of this paper were as follow:①since the three crops all belonged to Gramineae,they were consistent in variation trends of fertilizer utilization ratio,nutrient conversion rate,relative abundance-deficiency value of soil nutrient,optimum fertilization amount in most cases.②Due to the influence of the economic production,biological production,different water conditions in paddy field and dry farmland,length of growing season,cropping system(one year before and after the rotation)and so on,sometimes the laws of four aspects above mentioned for the three crops had opposite and gradient variations.

Variational inequality problems have been extensively studied and applied in the area of optimization theory, but much of it has been developed in a deterministic domain. In this paper, the uncertain variational inequality is studied. Under the compact uncertain event space, we establish an uncertain nonlinear expected residual minimization (UNERM) model. Considering that uncertain variable usually has no density function, we propose integration by parts method to solve UNERM model. Under reasonable assumptions and Slater’s constraint qualification, two kinds of convergence, such as convergence of global optimal solutions and convergence of stationary points, are investigated. © 2019, Politechnica University of Bucharest. Blockchain can be envisioned as an enabling framework in terms of cryptography and distributed computing to construct trusted data records among un-trusted users. It can be applied in two typical scenarios - historical process provenance and transaction tracing, by immutably sequentialized blocks. In the former there exists no tokens; but in the latter token handover among accounts should be cryptographically guaranteed. In some situations, above two applications may be both required. E.g., in the manufacture of a jewel, processing flow by different operators should be recorded for quality guaranteeing, and in its trading stage, the ownership handover should be recorded for value confirmation. To tackle above two requirements, two chains are usually thus demanded. In this paper, we propose a single chain solution to avoid cross-chain burden, by a hybrid block structure. The process data can be imported from the legacy (non-anonymous) information processing system, and transaction data stems from anonymous payment demand for ownership handover. We formally describe and prove token handover model with cryptographical authenticity. We also propose several security enhancements in the design for shortening the length of the chain, and protecting the data confidentiality in the chain. Our design is general and not limited to single application. The experimental results and extensive analysis justified that the performance and security of our proposed scheme is efficient.

In recent years, significant advancements have been made in the field of anomaly detection. Expanding anomaly detection tasks to new scenarios has become a development avenue. Anomaly detection for the outer packaging of supermarket goods is a challenging task due to the diversity of goods’ appearances, which results in some detection methods suffering from limited sensitivity to anomalies and inadequate target mining. To address these issues, we propose a novel unsupervised anomaly detection method based on multi-branch feature extraction and foreground cosine structure mining strategy. Firstly, we use anomaly synthesis technique to enhance the model’s perception of anomalies and construct more precise decision boundaries in the feature space. Secondly, a multi-branch feature extractor extracts and integrates multi-level and multi-scale features, providing rich texture and semantic information to improve the model’s adaptability in real-world scenarios. Finally, the foreground cosine loss focuses on target mining while supplementing local structural information, further enhancing the model’s ability to detect subtle anomalies. To validate the effectiveness of the proposed method, extensive experiments were conducted on the GoodsAD dataset, sampled from supermarket scenarios. Experimental results show that this method achieves significant performance in image-level detection and pixel-level localization.

It remains unclear how nitrogen(N) deposition affects aboveground biomass carbon accumulation of trees with different mycorrhizal types and diameter class sizes in temperate forests throughout stand successional *** this study,we conducted two eight-year N addition experiments(0,25,50 and 75 kg N ha-1 yr-1) in secondary(YHL) and old-growth forests(HSL) in northeast China,respectively,to explore the effects of enhanced in situ N deposition on the growth of trees with different mycorrhizal *** results indicated that N addition can accelerate stem growth rate(RGR) and aboveground biomass accumulation(ΔAGB),but only in the old-growth forest(i.e.,HSL).Specifically,the RGR of the overlapping species(i.e.,observed both in HSL and YHL) in HSL was 60.3% higher than that in YHL at the low N addition,while the ΔAGB of the overlapping species in HSL reached its peak under the medium N treatment and was 2.3-fold that of *** for the mycorrhizal types,although the RGR of both AM and Ec M mycorrhiza-associated tree reached the maximum value(AM:3.87%,Ec M:3.53%) at the low N addition treatment,only theΔAGB of Ec M mycorrhiza-associated peaked under the high N treatment and increased by 126.6% compared to the *** is because that understory small trees with a stem diameter at breast height(DBH) <15cm,including both AM and Ec M mycorrhiza-associated tree,contributed the most to growth rates(RGR);while new increased biomass(ΔAGB) came primarily from canopy large trees with a DBH≥15cm,which are most Ec M mycorrhiza-associated tree such as Pinus *** conclusion,our study showed that N addition increases tree stem growth rate and carbon sequestration mainly in temperate old-growth forests rather than in secondary forests,and the growth of Ec M mycorrhiza-associated tree in the canopy may contribute to forest aboveground carbon accumulation under N deposition.
