In this paper,we present a two-grid discretization scheme for semilinear parabolic integro-differential equations by H1-Galerkin mixed finite element *** use the lowest order Raviart-Thomas mixed finite elements and continuous linear finite element for spatial discretization,and backward Euler scheme for temporal ***,a priori error estimates and some superclose properties are ***,a two-grid scheme is presented and its convergence is *** the proposed two-grid scheme,the solution of the nonlinear system on a fine grid is reduced to the solution of the nonlinear system on a much coarser grid and the solution of two symmetric and positive definite linear algebraic equations on the fine grid and the resulting solution still maintains optimal ***,a numerical experiment is implemented to verify theoretical results of the proposed *** theoretical and numerical results show that the two-grid method achieves the same convergence property as the one-grid method with the choice h=H^(2).

Cloud-based AI services offer numerous benefits but also introduce vulnerabilities, allowing for tampering with deployed DNN models, ranging from injecting malicious behaviors to reducing computing resources. Fingerprint samples are generated to query models to detect such tampering. In this paper, we present Intersecting-Boundary-Sensitive Fingerprinting (IBSF), a novel method for black-box integrity verification of DNN models using only top-1 labels. Recognizing that tampering with a model alters its decision boundary, IBSF crafts fingerprint samples from normal samples by maximizing the partial Shannon entropy of a selected subset of categories to position the fingerprint samples near decision boundaries where the categories in the subset intersect. These fingerprint samples are almost indistinguishable from their source samples. We theoretically establish and confirm experimentally that these fingerprint samples' expected sensitivity to tampering increases with the cardinality of the subset. Extensive evaluation demonstrates that IBSF surpasses existing state-of-the-art fingerprinting methods, particularly with larger subset cardinality, establishing its state-of-the-art performance in black-box tampering detection using only top-1 labels. In smart factories, the wide application of a variety of intelligent manufacturing devices and advanced sensors leads to the increasing demand for data exchange between different devices. In order to realize the flexible forwarding of multi-source manufacturing data in heterogeneous networks and the optimal utilization of network resources, in this article, we combined smartphone manufacturing scenarios, referred to the data flow reconstruction algorithm in related documents, analyzed the high dynamics of the data flow and proposed a data flow reconstruction algorithm based on routing-protocol, according to the particularity of different data forwarding and processing procedures, redesigned and defined the data flow in the scene. Finally, the results of Mininet simulation experiments showed that our proposed algorithm reduces the average transmission delay. © 2022 IEEE

Despite significant progress in NeRF-based talking head generation, problems like poor lip synchronization and inefficient resource usage remain. To solve these, we propose KAN-Face, a lightweight framework. In preprocessing, we introduce a Lip-Sync Enhancement Module that uses Wav2Lip to extract high-resolution audio features and map them to an explicit intermediate representation, ensuring precise lip movement alignment with the speaker's identity. These predicted lip-sync features are combined with fundamental audio-extracted lip features and injected into the rendering module to improve synchronization. For rendering, we introduce FastKAN to map spatial points to color values. As a variant of KAN, FastKAN's sensitivity to 3D scenes and efficient structure enable precise, fast color prediction. Our framework reduces resource consumption while enhancing lip-sync accuracy and facial reconstruction, making it ideal for talking head generation tasks in resource-limited settings. Traditional knowledge distillation adopts one teacher model to instruct the training of a lightweight student model. To improve the performance of knowledge distillation, multi-teacher knowledge distillation utilizing multi-party knowledge to guide model learning was proposed. However, existing methods mainly use the summation-result of teacher models of a single sample to integrate multi-party knowledge directly, ignoring the relation knowledge among samples. In this paper, we propose a novel multi-teacher knowledge distillation method, which utilizes the data relation knowledge to allocate weights for teachers adaptively. To obtain the data relation knowledge, we design output-based strategy and feature-based strategy, which would help to allocate more weight for the teacher who has better learned the data relation knowledge. Extensive experiments have demonstrated the performance and efficiency of our proposed multi-teacher knowledge distillation method.

As the largest source of technical information around the world, patents are regarded as an essential crystallization and carrier of knowledge and technological innovation. Patent transformation is conducive not only to enhancing economic efficiency, but also to improving productivity and the rational utilization of resources. There is an imbalance between high patent ownership and low transformation rates. We try to predict the occurrence of transformation events from the patent assignment. However, there are some challenges in predicting patent transformation: (1) how to capture transformation features of patents, especially combined with the transfer time factor. (2) how to predict patent transfer time effectively. To address these challenges, a Patent Transfer Time Forecasting Model (PTTFM) is proposed. The model includes: (1) extraction of time-varying features of patents. (2) the patent transfer time is forecast using a Neural Temporal Point Process. By testing the model on patents under different classifications, the experimental results are obtained to show that the proposed model is applicable to predict the timing of patent assignment within a certain time frame, especially one month. Our work may facilitate patent transformation while interpretability is ensured for transformation events. © 2023 IEEE.

Maximum likelihood estimation (MLE) is a statistical method used to estimate the parameters of a probability distribution that best explain the observed data. In the context of text generation, MLE is often used to train generative language models, which can then be used to generate new text. However, we argue that MLE is not always necessary and optimal, especially for closed-ended text generation tasks like machine translation. In these tasks, the goal of model is to generate the most appropriate response, which does not necessarily require it to estimate the entire data distribution with MLE. To this end, we propose a novel class of training objectives based on convex functions, which enables text generation models to focus on highly probable outputs without having to estimate the entire data distribution. We investigate the theoretical properties of the optimal predicted distribution when applying convex functions to the loss, demonstrating that convex functions can sharpen the optimal distribution, thereby enabling the model to better capture outputs with high probabilities. Experiments on various text generation tasks and models show the effectiveness of our approach. It enables autoregressive models to bridge the gap between greedy and beam search, and facilitates the learning of non-autoregressive models with a maximum improvement of 9+ BLEU points. Moreover, our approach also exhibits significant impact on large language models (LLMs), substantially enhancing their generative capability on various tasks. Effective vulnerability detection of large-scale smart contracts is critical because smart contract attacks frequently bring about tremendous economic loss. However, code analysis requiring traversal paths and learning methods requiring many features training is too time-consuming to detect large-scale on-chain contracts. This paper focuses on improving detection efficiency by reducing the dimension of the features, combined with expert knowledge. We propose a feature extraction method Block-gram to form low-dimensional knowledgeable features from the bytecode. We first separate the metadata and convert the runtime code to opcode sequence, dividing the opcode sequence into segments according to some instructions (jump, etc.). Then, we mine extensible Block-gram features for learning-based model training, consisting of 4-dimensional block features and 8-dimensional attribute features. We evaluate these knowledge-based features using seven state-of-the-art learning algorithms to show that the average detection latency speeds up 25 to 650 times, compared with the features extracted by N-gram. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

Aspect-based sentiment analysis (ABSA) is a challenging subtask in the natural language processing community, which aims to determine the sentiment polarity about the corresponding specific aspect terms. In existing works, external knowledge has been proven effective to improve the ABSA tasks' performance. However, it is still essential to study further to find a universal method for ABSA tasks. Therefore, we propose an external knowledge-injected graph convolutional network (EKIGCN) to enhance the sentiment representation with commonsense. Specifically, Sentic Net is leveraged to provide external knowledge to construct an affective dependency graph. In order to fully exploit the effectiveness of affective knowledge, a shallow mutual interaction is utilized to fuse the learned contextual representation and the graph. Besides, to make EKIGCN sensitive to aspect terms, an aspect-aware multi-head attention module is also employed to enhance the corresponding relations between aspect and contextual words. Extensive experiments are conducted on three popular datasets to validate the effectiveness of our proposed model, and the results outperform the mentioned state-of-the-art methods in ABSA tasks. © 2023 IEEE.
