Intelligent performance creativity is a new research direction of the intersection of technology and art. At present, the cutting-edge technologies such as computer simulation, emotional computing and machine learning have been applied to the evaluation and enhancement of intelligent performance creativity. The application of these technologies has greatly increased the diversity of performance forms and the complexity of performance content. For the traditional stage performance, due to the lack of timely feedback from the audience, it is difficult for the director to enhance the creativity effec-tively. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes concentration level enhancement method (CLEM). The CLEM extracts and analyzes the physiological and emotional characteristics of the audience by collecting the multimodal physiological signal data of the audience. Through the analysis of the features, the concentration information of the audience is obtained and the concentration level (CL) is defined. Based on the physiological and emotional induction mechanism, a performance creativity enhancement strategy is proposed, which enhances the performance creativity in two aspects: " Visual-based" and " Content-based". Through the concentration level enhancement method, compare the audience’s performance attention changes before and after the performance creativity enhancement, select the effective strategies to enhance the performance creativity, and provide the director with quantifiable performance creativity enhancement feedback results. The experimental results show that the CLEM proposed in this paper can effectively induce significant changes in the audience’s emotion, and the selected creative enhancement strategy can significantly improve the audience’s concentration and achieve the purpose of enhancing the creativity of the performance. © 2023, Journal of Network Intelligence.

Nitrosamines are a class of carcinogens which have been detected widely in food,water,some pharmaceuticals as well as *** objectives of this paper include reviewing the basic information on tobacco consumption and nitrosamine contents,and assessing the health risks of tobacco nitrosamines exposure to Chinese *** searched the publications in English from“Web of Science”and those in Chinese from the“China National Knowledge Infrastructure”in 2022 and collected 151 literatures with valid *** content of main nitrosamines in tobacco,including 4-(methylnitrosoamino)-1-(3-pyridyl)-1-butanone(NNK),N-nitrosonornicotine(NNN),N-nitrosoanatabine(NAT),N-nitrosoanabasine(NAB),total tobacco-specific nitrosamines(TSNA),and N-nitrosodimethylamine(NDMA)were *** information of daily tobacco consumption of smokers in 30 provinces of China was also ***,the intakes of NNN,NNK,NAT,NAB,TSNAs,and NDMA via tobacco smoke were estimated as 1534ng/day,591 ng/day,685 ng/day,81 ng/day,2543 ng/day,and 484 ng/day by adult smokers in30 provinces,*** cancer risk(CR)values for NNN and NNK inhalation intake were further calculated as 1.44×10^(-5)and 1.95×10^(-4).The CR value for NDMA intake via tobacco smoke(inhalation:1.66×10^(-4))indicates that NDMA is similarly dangerous in tobacco smoke when compared with the *** China,the CR values caused by average nitrosamines intake via various exposures and their order can be estimated as the following:smoke(3.75×10^(-4))>food(1.74×10^(-4))>drinking water(1.38×10^(-5)).Smokers in China averagely suffer 200%of extra cancer risk caused by nitrosamines in tobacco when compared with non-smokers.

Recently,magnesium(Mg)alloys have attracted extensive attention as biodegradable implant ***,cyclic loading and the corrosive environment of the body are significant challenges for the practical use of alloys,and there are few studies on this *** this study,we conducted a four-point bending fatigue test for 86,400 cycles(12 h)in simulated body fluid(SBF),plasma,and whole blood with an AZ series alloy Mg-9Al-0.5Zn-0.27Mn-0.12Ag,to examine the effects of inorganic ions,organic particles,blood cells,and cyclic loading on Mg alloy *** Mg^(2+)concentration and solution pH were measured before and after experimentation,and the sample surfaces were characterized by 3D digital microscopy,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS),Fourier-transform infrared(FTIR)spectroscopy,Raman spectroscopy,and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).Our results showed that in the non-loading condition,a porous and weak inorganic product layer(mainly Mg/Ca phosphate and carbonate)formed on the surface of the Mg alloy sample immersed in SBF,which hardly had a protective effect on Mg alloy *** the samples immersed in plasma,the organic particles promoted the formation of an organic and more compact product layer,which protected the Mg alloy from severe *** the sample immersed in whole blood,the blood cells affected organic particle deposition on the product layer and thus interfered with the formation of an organic compact product layer,which slightly accelerated the corrosion ***,cyclic loading damaged the layer integrity and significantly increased the corrosion rates of all the studied materials compared to the samples not subjected to cyclic ***,under cyclic loading,blood cells adsorbed on the Mg alloy surfaces,and formed films,which protected the Mg alloy substrate and delayed Mg alloy corrosion.

Distributed Robust Safety-Critical Predefined-Time Control for Target Spherical Surrounding of UAVs

This paper develops a distributed safety-critical predefined-time control method for the 3-dimensional (3D) moving target surrounding problem of multiple UAVs. A new 3D surrounding shape is first formulated for multiple UAVs to distribute on a moving spherical surface around the target. To reduce the communication and load burden, a predefined-time distributed estimator is designed for a subset of UAVs without any access to the target, so that the target's motion information can be accurately estimated within a predefined time. Subsequently, a robust safety-constrained predefined-time control law is designed with a twofold structure, where the nominal control term guarantees the predefined-time convergence under the safety constraints, and the adjunctive control term overcomes the influence of disturbances. A new dynamic parameter-based predefined-time control method is proposed, which can relax the unnecessary requirement of control design for achieving predefined-time convergence. The corresponding dynamic parameter-based predefined-time control Lyapunov function (DPP-CLF) is constructed together with second-order control barrier function (SCBF) to map the convergence requirement and safety constraints on states to constraints on control inputs. The nominal control term is obtained by minimizing the control inputs under constraints with linear programming. The adjunctive control term is acquired by combining a filter-based estimator and an integral sliding mode surface design, providing an accurate compensation for the disturbances. The theoretical analysis and simulation results demonstrate the predefined-time stability and collision avoidance performance of the multi-UAV system. IEEE

Thermally chargeable supercapacitors can collect low-grade heat generated by the human body and convert it into electricity as a power supply unit for wearable ***,the low Seebeck coefficient and heat-to-electricity conversion efficiency hinder further *** this paper,we designed a high-performance thermally chargeable supercapacitor device composed of ZnMn_(2)O_(4)@Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene composites(ZMO@Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene)electrode and UIO-66 metal–organic framework doped multichannel polyvinylidene fluoridehexafluoro-propylene ionogel electrolyte,which realized the thermoelectric conversion and electrical energy storage at the same *** thermally chargeable supercapacitor device exhibited a high Seebeck coefficient of 55.4 mV K^(−1),thermal voltage of 243 mV,and outstanding heat-to-electricity conversion efficiency of up to 6.48%at the temperature difference of 4.4 *** addition,this device showed excellent charge–discharge cycling stability at high-temperature differences(3 K)and low-temperature differences(1 K),*** two thermally chargeable supercapacitor units in series,the generated output voltage of 500 mV further confirmed the stability of *** a single device was worn on the arm,a thermal voltage of 208.3 mV was obtained indicating the possibility of application in wearable electronics.

Unique rapid solidified structure and nanocrystallization mechanism enable the Fe-based nanocrystalline alloys with high Cu content excellent soft magnetic properties and good manufacturability,and also results in unusual phenomena in terms of alloying *** the present work,we systematically studied the influence rules of early transition elements on the rapid solidified structure and nanocrystallization behaviors of Fe-Si-B-Cu soft magnetic alloys with high Cu content and explored the related *** terms of rapid solidified structure,the additions of early transition elements always inhibit the for-mation of pre-existingα-Fe crystals even eliminate them,and the additions that could produce larger atomic mismatch parameter(δ)and negative mixing enthalpy(△H_(mix))show stronger *** terms of nanocrystallization behaviors,the increases inδand negative△H_(mix) weaken the competitive growth between the pre-existing nanocrystals during annealing and then coarsen the nanostructure of the an-nealed alloys and deteriorate their magnetic softness,while the excessive increases inδand negativeHmix could significantly suppress the growth ofα-Fe crystals by diffusion inhibition during annealing and thus remarkable refine the nanostructure of the annealed alloys and improve their magnetic softness.

The cylindrical virtual cathode reflex triode is a new type of pulsed hard X-ray load,which has the advantages of simple structure,high radiation conversion efficiency,and simplicity in seriesparallel *** paper presents a method to reduce the impedance of the triode using a multiring *** average electric field on the ring-cathode emission surface is enhanced due to edge effect,and the beam intensity is greatly increased in proportion to the square of the electric field ***-ring cathode is used to enlarge the emission ***,the reflex triode can work at lower impedance and generate a stronger beam under the same anode-cathode *** addition,the electric field enhancement of the cathode reduces the cathode emission stabilization time and enhances the operation stability of the *** effects of parameters such as ring width and ring gap on the triode impedance are simulated and *** cathode emission stabilization time and the X-ray conversion efficiency are *** design basis of cathode structure parameters and the impedance control method of the cylindrical virtual cathode reflex triode are given according to the simulations.

Hydrophilic polymer coatings on artificial implants generate excellent tribological *** friction properties of polymer coatings are affected by salt ion ***,the atomic force microscopy(AFM)was used to show that the superlubricity was achieved between poly(vinylphosphonic acid)(PVPA)-modified Ti6Al4V and polystyrene(PS)microsphere probe lubricated with monovalent salt solutions(LiCl,NaCl,KCl,and CsCl).Considering that adhesion is an important cause of friction changes,the AFM was further utilized to obtain adhesion between friction pairs in different salt *** results indicated that the larger the cation radius in the lubricant,the smaller the adhesion,and the lower the friction coefficient of the PVPA *** electrostatic interaction between the PVPA and one-valence cations in lubricants was analyzed by the molecular dynamics(MD)simulation as it was found to be the main influencing factor of the *** analysis results of friction and adhesion indicated that by adjusting the size of cation radius in lubricant,the adhesion between the tribo-pairs can be changed,and eventually the magnitude of friction can be *** study opens up a new avenue for analyzing the friction characteristics of hydrophilic polymer coatings from the perspective of intermolecular forces.

Bi-Directional and Triangular Circulation Fusion Neural Networks for Small Object Detection

Deep learning-driven object detection models are capable of accurately identifying and localizing objects. However, small objects contain limited information relative to global features, resulting in the fact that detection models often do not learn small object features adequately. To enhance the precision in detecting small objects, we propose a bi-directional and triangular circulation fusion neural network (BTFN). First, to selectively strengthen the position features of small objects, we propose a feature circulation extraction module composed of a bi-directional triangular densely nested convolutional network (BTF), thus achieving repetitive multi-layer feature fusion. Second, to fill up the semantic gaps between different scales of features, we design a mixed dual attention module (MDA) in the bi-directional triangular densely nested network. Third, to mitigate the lost information in the neural networks with deep layers as well as improve the inference time, we design a re-parameterization bi-directional composite feature fusion module (Rep-BFM) that fuses the features of multiple scales. The proposed model is evaluated extensively on the MS COCO, Tsinghua-Tencent 100k, and Haier dismantled parts of used home appliances datasets. The experiment results show that the proposed model improves the AP on MS COCO by 4%, especially the APS of small objects is improved by 7.7% compared with SOTA models. © 2024 institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Inc..
