Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) are now widely used in civil applications. Uncontrolled UAVs may cause some harm to the order of flight fields and other places. An adaptive UAV detection algorithm based on maximally stable extremal regions method is proposed for small target detection of UAV in video. By optimizing the MSER algorithm, this UAV detection algorithm can detect video in real time and has sufficient robustness. At the same time, we combined discriminative scale space tracker algorithm to test the existing video, and got good real-time performance. Considering the practical application scenarios, we use NVIDIA Jetson TX2 to test the algorithm and collate the results. The results show that our method performs well.

With the continuous development of optical remote sensing technology, the segmentation of high resolution remote sensing images has become a hot research field. The high resolution and complex remote sensing images make the general natural image segmentation become a challenge task. Here, Markov random field (MRF) can well combine the spatial information of remote sensing image with the domain information between pixels for image segmentation, which is currently a hot research direction. In this paper, the wavelet and MRF are combined to achieve multi-scale analysis and produce more accurate segmentation results, the extensive experiments demonstrated that proposed method is more suitable for remote sensing image segmentation, and it provides a good boundary local mapping results and is robust with image non-stationary signal. In addition, in view of the disadvantage of fixed potential function parameters of traditional MRF, we put forward the method of variable weight. On this basis, Kullback-Leibler (KL) divergence is proposed to calculate the similarity between the segmented regions to further optimize the segmentation results.

Nowadays, most of the data traffic on the Internet is audio and video content, such as streaming media, Internet TV and so on. High-quality interactive multimedia content requires a high-quality real-time network. The traditional network protocol cannot meet all of the low latency, reliability, and time deterministic requirements for real-time data transmission. Furthermore, the currently packet-switched network cannot avoid the disadvantages of delay, large overhead, and time uncertainty. Flexilink is a kind of new dynamic time division multiplexing protocol architecture that provides a low-latency, unified network infrastructure for real-time traffic and traditional best-effort traffic. Based on the Flexilink protocol, this paper proposes a new data flow scheduling model called 'Short Cycle Conversion (SCC)' to further ensure deterministic transmission and low latency. Experimental results show that SCC provides better real-time performance than the existing RMS and NP-RMS algorithms and can meet requirements of professional multimedia data transmission. © 2019 IEEE.

Nowadays, in the field of mobile and communication, with the rapid popularization and application of Internet and network, and the continuous expansion to the family field, the trend of integration of consumer electronics, computer and communication (3C) is becoming increasingly obvious, and embedded system naturally becomes a research hotspot. The embedded operating system Android has been widely used in mobile devices, such as smart phones, smart watches and so on. Our design is based on the Android platform to optimize and improve Camera HAL. This design is applied to the development of the Android system, the design of the Camera subsystem, the description of the Camera subsystem from the structure, function and data flow, and then proceed to structural optimization. This design uses TI AM335x as the hardware platform, based on Android system, designed and implemented the Android Camera hardware abstraction layer and Camera subsystem. At the end of the development, after the actual experimental test, the development of the system achieved the expected function and worked well. © 2019, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

The oversampling sigma-delta analog-to-digital converter (ADC) is widely used in digital audio systems for its low hardware cost and high precision. The digital filter part of the ADC is the primary source of the silicon and power cost. In this work, we proposed an economical multistage decimation filter architecture to meet the requirements of commercial ADC specifications with a further novel multi-objective optimization strategy. We took group delay and computational cost as objective functions and used annealing algorithm to readjust the stopband attenuation, stopband edge and passband ripple of each filter. Our multistage architecture combines cascaded integrator-comb (CIC) filters, compensating filters and equiripple finite impulse response (FIR) filters at the different stages to balance the overall performance. The experimental results showed that our design approach worked with multi-objective optimization strategy could achieve low group delay with lower cost compared to traditional designs.

Under the assumption of the point scattering model, traditional SAR imaging processing can depict the scattering features of the illuminated scene with a series of strong point scatterers. In the traditional SAR images, when the illuminated scene contains various line segment targets, only some line segment targets show line-segment-scattering features, whereas others are discretized into strong point scatterers. This discretization behaviour of line segment targets makes it difficult to interpret the factual geometrical structure of the line segment targets through SAR images. Unfortunately, neither the traditional point scattering model and imaging processing can provide a detailed analysis for the discretization behaviour of line segment targets. Hence, in this paper, we propose some detailed and comprehensible analyses for this problem from three aspects. First, by introducing the spatial spectrum analysis of SAR imaging, we provide an azimuth analysis for this problem from the perspective of the imaging system. Then, we analyse this problem from the range direction based on the high resolution range profile of received echo. Furthermore, through establishing a parametric model for the line segment targets, a comprehensive analysis for the problem is given based on the scattering features. Numerical simulation experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed analyses.

The oversampling sigma-delta based analog-to-digital converter and digital-to-analog converter (ADC/DAC) architecture can achieve high resolution with effective low hardware cost. It normally introduces latency due to the internal high-performance finite impulse response (FIR) digital filters. In this work, we proposed a novel approach to reduce latency and accurately predict latency caused by the group delay. We propose a filter structure applied to ADC, using the infinite impulse response (IIR) filter and half-band filter (HBF) to construct a hybrid half-band filter (HHBF). A novel modified Simulated Annealing (SA) algorithm is proposed to optimize the best distribution of passband ripple and transition bandwidth that is suitable for audio processing with low latency and computation cost. The experiments show that hybrid HBF proposed in this paper improves the efficiency of the filter in terms of filter cost and group delay comparing to traditional design.

Synthetic Aperture Radar(SAR) ship recognition is significant in marine applications and plays an important role in maritime traffic management, fisheries management, and maritime rescue, etc. A major difficulty in SAR ship recognition is that the SAR ships have a small size in images, which results in low recognition accuracy of the SSD. This paper first analyzes the reasons for the low recognition accuracy for small targets in SSD. First, the poor matching of the default boxes leads to a small number of positive samples. Second, the representation a bility of low-level feature map for recognizing small targets is weak. Then two strategies are proposed to improve the SSD. Firstly, a default box optimization design method based on Kmeans clustering is proposed, which improves the matching performance of the default boxes. Secondly, a feature fusion method based on deconvolution is proposed, which effectively improves the representation ability of low-level feature maps. The experimental results show that the proposed method can greatly improve the recognition accuracy of SSD for small targets in SAR ship images.

This paper mainly focuses on the literary genre of ancient poetry with a certain rhythm and cadence, and proposes a novel automatic generation model of ancient poetry. The model uses about 300,000 Tang poems and Song poems as training data, uses One-hot encoding to process data, and uses long short-term memory networks (LSTMs) to learn the semantics of ancient poetry texts and conduct research across a single RNN structure. According to the user's requirements, the model can automatically calculate the most relevant coherent words in the context of the selected context, and generate common ancient poetry and specified words. The method of BLEU automatic evaluation and manual evaluation finally demonstrates the effectiveness of the experiment.
