In this paper, we explore and establish several necessary and sufficient conditions that are instrumental in achieving consensus within second-order discrete-time multi-agent systems (SDMAS). Different with previous research, this study addresses the more intricate scenario where the velocity coupling matrix is distinct from the position coupling matrix. We introduce a novel eigenvector condition tailored to this challenge. Furthermore, in response to the burgeoning interest in multiweighted networks, this study is extended to SDMAS with multiple weights. We employ a technique, that rearranges the order of variables, to effectively simplify the analysis of multiweighted networks by transforming them into single-weighted equivalents. The efficacy of our method is substantiated through three numerical examples, which illustrate the practical value in elucidating consensus dynamics within SDMAS featuring diverse coupling matrices. © 2024 IEEE.

In traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) diagnosis,a patient may be associated with more than one syndrome tags,and its computer-aided diagnosis is a typical application in the domain of multi-label learning of high-dimensional *** is common that a great deal of symptoms can occur in traditional Chinese medical diagnosis,which affects the modeling of diagnostic *** selection entails choosing the smallest feature subset of relevant symptoms,and maximizing the generalization performance of the *** present there are rare researches on feature selection on multi-label data.A hybrid optimization technique is introduced to symptom selection for multi-label data in TCM diagnosis in this paper,and modeling is made by means of four multi-label learning algorithms like k nearest neighbors,*** compare the performance of the algorithm with the current popular dimension reduction algorithms like MEFS(embedded feature selection for multi-Label learning),MDDM(multi-label dimensionality reduction via dependence maximization) on the UCI Yeast gene functional data set and an inquiry diagnosis dataset of coronary heart disease(CHD).Experimental results show that the algorithm we present has significantly improved the *** particular,the improvement on the average precision for the classifier is up to 10.62% and 14.54%.Syndrome inquiry modeling of CHD in TCM is realized in this paper,providing effective reference for the diagnosis of CHD and analysis of other multi-label data.

With the development of online payment, electronic transaction fraud events also take place often and result in huge financial losses. Recently, DenseNet as one of the most prominent Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) has achieved a remarkable success in many applications such as image recognition. However, when we apply DenseNet to the electronic transaction fraud detection in which the original data is directly as the input of DenseNet, a perfect performance cannot be obtained since the transaction data is different from the image data and the features of the original transaction data are not rich. The Inception module used in GoogLeNet (a kind of CNN) has different convolution kernels of different sizes and thus can enhance the feature mining ability. In this paper, we improve DenseNet (iDenseNet for short) in order to suit electronic transaction data and then propose two integration patterns of iDenseNet and Inception module. Experiments are done on two large datasets with millions of transaction records and compare our methods with CNN, DenseNet and Random Forest that are the state-of-the-art methods used in electronic transaction fraud detection. Results illustrate better performances of our methods. © 2019 IEEE.

As a matter of fact, it is usually taken for granted that the occurrence of unauthorized behaviors is necessary for the fraud detection in online payment services. However, we seek to break this stereotype in this work. We strive to design an ex-ante anti-fraud method that can work before unauthorized behaviors occur. The feasibility of our solution is supported by the cooperation of a characteristic and a finding in online payment fraud scenarios: The well-recognized characteristic is that online payment frauds are mostly caused by account compromise. Our finding is that account theft is indeed predictable based on users' high-risk behaviors, without relying on the behaviors of thieves. Accordingly, we propose an account risk prediction scheme to realize the ex-ante fraud detection. It takes in an account's historical transaction sequence, and outputs its risk score. The risk score is then used as an early evidence of whether a new transaction is fraudulent or not, before the occurrence of the new transaction. We examine our method on a real-world B2C transaction dataset from a commercial bank. Experimental results show that the ex-ante detection method can prevent more than 80% of the fraudulent transactions before they actually occur. When the proposed method is combined with an interim detection to form a real-time anti-fraud system, it can detect more than 94% of fraudulent transactions while maintaining a very low false alarm rate (less than 0.1%). © 2020 Inst. In the initialization of the traditional semi-supervised k-means, the mean of some labeled data belonging to one same class was regarded as one initial center and the number of the initial centers is equal to the number of clusters. However, this initialization method using a small amount of labeled data also called seeds which are not appropriate for the semi-supervised k-harmonic means clustering insensitive to the initial centers. In this paper, a novel semi-supervised k-harmonic means clustering is proposed. Some seeds with one same class are divided into several groups and the mean of all data is viewed as one initial center in every group. Therefore, the number of the initial centers is more than the number of clusters in the new method. To investigate the effectiveness of the approach, several experiments are done on three datasets. Experimental results show that the presented method can improve the clustering performance compared to other traditional semi-supervised clustering algorithms. © 2013 Springer Science+Business Media New York.

Cough Recognition is a valuable classification problem in healthcare. Generally, feature representation contributes a lot to the overall classifying performance. In this paper, a novel feature extraction method, Gammatone Cepstral Coefficients (GTCC), is investigated for cough recognition. The accuracy of GTCC comparing with MFCC is evaluated on a designed cough dataset following a 10 fold cross-validation schemes. Considering the imbalance of that dataset, weighted SVM is applied as the base classifier. The results indicate that GTCC surpass MFCC in modeling cough signals. With combination of GTCC and MFCC, a better performance is achieved. This paper provides a better feature representation prototype in cough recognition. © 2013 IEEE.

High-Ievel programming and programmable data paths are two key capabilities of software-defined networking (SDN). A fundamental problem linking these two capabilities is whether a given high-level SDN program can be realized onto a given low-level SDN datapath structure. Considering all high-level programs that can be realized onto a given datapath as the programming capacity of the datapath, we refer to this problem as the SDN data path programming capacity problem. In this paper, we conduct the first study on the SDN datapath programming capacity problem, in the general setting of high-level, datapath oblivious, algorithmic SDN programs and state-of-art multi-table SDN data path pipelines. In particular, considering datapath-oblivious SDN programs as computations and datapath pipelines as computation capabilities, we introduce a novel framework called SDN characterization junctions, to map both SDN programs and datapaths into a unifying space, deriving the first rigorous result on SDN datapath programming capacity. We not only prove our results but also conduct realistic evaluations to demonstrate the tightness of our analysis. © 2018 IEEE.

77GHz Automotive radar based on SiGe technique is the hot topics. The optimal matching in the RF part of the automotive radar should be solved and considered firstly. Left hand material(LHM) has special properties such as low loss, negative phase velocity. The paper focus on designing a new transmission line which is made by LHM and RHM (right hand material) together. We analysis the theory of the TL (transmission line) based on compositing LHM and RHM together, then design the match circuits based on the TL. Moreover, the simulating results of the circuit based on the special TL are shown. Lastly, the possibility of using the TL to match at the automotive radar system is valued. © 2011 DGON.

Real-Time Communication Method for mHealth Base on Extended XMPP Protocol

Considering characteristic of mHealth communication and problems of existing methods, this paper presents a real-time communication method for mHealth based on extended XMPP protocol. The method can maintain the role status efficiently and reduce data latency during the communication process. Meanwhile, it can be extended flexibly to meet increasing communication demands of mHealth services. Furthermore, a system framework is presented to support telemonitoring scene. Finally, system implementation and feasibility tests verify the effectiveness of the method and framework.
