With the development of wind power generation units towards the mega-scale, the blade root and tower have large load and vibration problems during the operation of wind turbines. In order to extend the operational life of wind turbines, a PI independent pitch control (IPC) strategy with fuzzy adaptive tuning (FAT) is introduced based on the existing wind turbine model and control strategy to achieve optimal control of wind turbine loads. Simulations are carried out by the FAST software of the US Renewable Energy laboratory to compare the independent pitch and the cooperative pitch. The results show that IPC reduces the load on the blade roots and improves the quality of the electrical energy. © 2023 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The scarcity of public resources and environmental pollution caused by rapid urbanization highlight the practical significance of parks in ensuring the sustainable development of a ***,the social equity of parks warrants further *** paper proposes a fine-grained comprehensive evaluation framework that combines geographic accessibility models,geo-statistical analysis,and machine learning algorithms to explore social inequity in Taiyuan,*** this framework,gini coefficient and lorentz curve express spatial equality,accessibility shows spatial equity,and ridge regression model handles the interdependence of variables with different dimensions to quantify the relative effects of local participants on changes in park *** this basis,the imbalance between vulnerable groups and park supply is analyzed to further understand the core concept of social *** highlight serious spatial inequality in all three types of parks allocation of six urban areas,especially in commu-nity *** actual access level of people to parks is also stratified by their demographic and socioeconomic characteristics,revealing the social inequity in access to *** distribution is indeed not conducive to some social vulnerable groups,whose contradiction between supply and demand is highly prominent in urban-rural junctions and new urban *** paper also confirms the unfair layout of public facilities can be observed in second-tier cities of China by highlighting the social inequity of parks in *** findings of this work have profound implications for urban planning and sustainable development.

In this paper, we design an end-to-end adaptive feature normalization network (AFN-Net) for single image dehazing. In order to fit the function that can recover haze-free images from haze images more effectively, an Adaptive Normalization module (AN) is designed, which can unify the input into the same feature space. A large number of experimental evaluations show that the proposed method is superior to the state-of-the-art (SOTA) method on the benchmark datasets. © 2021 Institute of Physics Publishing. Typhoon Siamba made landfall in Western Guangdong on July 2, 2022, causing great losses to crops in western Guangdong. Radar remote sensing can penetrate through clouds and fog, is suitable for identifying flooded areas before or after typhoons and in rainy weather. However, radar flooded waterbody mapping faces two major problems: distinguishing between flooded areas and natural waterbody, and the other is noise interference from confusing ground objects. Aiming at these problems, the study proposes a method of high-precision cropland information combined with waterbody identification. Based on GF-3 and Mapbox data, this paper first uses watershed semantic segmentation to extract initial waterbody, then uses SegFormer deep learning technology to identify cropland, finally realizes flooded cropland mapping based on cropland information. This study concluded that the affected cropland in Zhanjiang and Maoming City, Guangdong Province, China is 75.437 km2 and 31.175 km2 respectively. The cropland extraction accuracy and Intersection over Union (IoU) are 96.65% and 92.64% respectively. The study shows that flood monitoring combined with cropland identification information can effectively avoid noise interference and accurately extract the flood range, and achieve high-precision flooded cropland mapping. © 2023 SPIE.

Recently, many scholars have shown a strong interest in weak-supervised multi-label learning, to solving which idealizing label information is a common approach. However, in real life, we cannot obtain the complete labels of instances. In addition, the obtained labels may contain noise, which can reduce the performance of the algorithms. To address the above issues, we introduce MLML, a novel multi-label learning method which is designed specifically to handle missing labels and noisy labels simultaneously. Our method involves the following several steps. Firstly, we utilize the global information of multi-label data to construct a label correlation matrix. Through this matrix, we can better understand the association and influence between different labels. Secondly, in order to mitigate the impact of noisy labels, we introduce label popularity normalization, which improves the performance of the algorithm by considering the frequency of labels in the data. Finally, we improve the method by integrating positive and negative label information. We also consider the relationship between feature similarity and label similarity, which ensures that our method not only considers the information of a single label, but also the mutual influence between labels and the association between features and labels. Based on extensive experiments conducted on multiple datasets, our algorithm MLML has demonstrated comparable performance to state-of-the-art algorithms.

Recently, 5G wireless communication have been rapidly adopted for maritime applications. As a result, significant progress has been made in the ocean digitalization. 5G features with low latency, high reliability, and a large bandwidth, which satisfies the requirements of maritime applications. Due to significant differences between land and marine radio propagation environments, the maritime communication encounters a large challenge for providing maritime users with reliable data communication service. In order to solve the abovementioned challenge, we designed a maritime 5G terminal and tested it on an unmanned surface vehicle (USV) in the Lanyue Lake of Zhejiang Ocean University. The test data were collected, and the corresponding data analysis are presented, which includes signal strength, signal reception quality, upload and download data rate. The received signal level (RSL) and transmission data rate obtained by the maritime 5G terminals demonstrate great potential of meeting the communication requirements of the maritime users. It is also can be found that the RSL and the data transmission rate of the maritime 5G can be used for the remote control of the unmanned ships, with the signal strength at sea up to -89.45 dBm, and maximum rate up to 226 Mbps. © 2023 Institute of Physics Publishing. This article investigates the impact of various regional technical profiles on local economies’ resistance to external shocks. It uses panel assessments of level information from 2015 to 2020 to conduct an empirical investigation of the causes of resilience. It begins by developing a calculable broad balance prototype that integrates key features of financing and the time-path of the financial system. Using a dynamic, calculable broad balance prototype recuperates with and without vibrant business adaptability. An adaptive resilience of the regional economic model (ARREM) is suggested in this paper. That integrates key features of financing and vestiges the economic growth time-path as it recuperates with and without vibrant economic adaptability. The findings show that areas with technically integrated – rather than just diverse – knowledge sets are better suited to weather adversity and exhibit adaptive resiliency. Furthermore, even while businesses’ net entrance doesn’t contribute considerably to durability, the domestic economy is more flexible if they develop in industries with the best development prospects. The iterative simulation results of the ARREM are examined in terms of correlation and regression. An increase in the number of iterations is made from a lower level to a higher level by 10 iterations. Because of this, the proposed ARREM’s simulation results improve with increasing iteration size. © 2022 River Publishers.

With the development of smart cities, 3D city models have expanded from simple visualization to more applications. However, the data volume of 3D city models is also increasing at the same time, which brings great pressure to data storage and visualization. Therefore, it is necessary to simplify 3D models. In this paper, a three-step simplification method is proposed. Firstly, the geometric features of the building are used to extract the walls and roof of the building separately, and then the ground plan and the single-layer roof are extracted by the K-Means clustering algorithm. Finally, the ground plan is raised to intersect with the roof polygon to form a simplified three-dimensional city model. In this paper, experiments are carried out on a certain number of 3D city models of CityGML format. The compression ratio of model data is 92.08%, the simplification result shows better than others. © Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd 2020.

China is an agricultural country. Agricultural production is an import part of the Chinese economic system. With the advent of the information age, plenty of data have been produced in a series of links about harvest and after-harvest, such as harvest, processing, transportation, and consumption. With proper use of these data, we can dig out more and more valuable information from the data. In this paper, the relevant algorithm of machine learning is adopted and improved to predict the grain loss after extracting the data of harvesting link. Machine learning is the core of Artificial Intelligence, and its application covers all fields. In this paper, the performance of models based on decision trees and improved random forest is explored for the fish classification problem. Through comparative experiments, the differences in performance in terms of accuracy between these two models are studied. The experiments utilize fish datasets from different ecological environments and geographic regions, containing rich morphological feature information. Firstly, we construct a fish classification model based on decision trees and train and test it on the dataset. This model demonstrates a decent performance in terms of accuracy, achieving a classification accuracy of 79.16%. However, to further enhance classification performance, we introduce the random forest model, which integrates predictions from multiple decision trees. Through cross-validation and parameter tuning, an improved random forest classifier is built. The experimental results illustrate a significant improvement in fish classification tasks with the improved random forest model. Its accuracy reaches 91.88%, showing a 7.5-percentage-point increase compared to the random forest model. Furthermore, we test the generalization performance of the model and find that the improved random forest model also exhibits good classification ability on unseen samples. In summary, this research, by contrasting and analyzing the performance of decision tree models and the improved random forest model, validates the effectiveness and superiority of the random forest in the fish classification problem. This provides essential insights for fields such as ecological environment monitoring and fish resource management, while also offering inspiration for further exploration of the application of other machine learning methods to similar problems. ©2023 IEEE.
