Membrane contact site (MCS)-mediated organelle interactions plays essential roles in the cell. Quantitative analysis of the MCS reveals vital clues for cellular responses under various physiological and pathological conditions. However, an efficient tool is lacking. Here, we developed "DeepContact", a deep learning protocol for optimizing organelle segmentation and contact analysis based on label-free electron microscopy(EM).

The dissemination of public opinion has a considerable impact on people's social lives, and the question of how both the government and the media can correctly guide public opinion and restore social stability is an issue that requires urgent attention. Combining the characteristics of public opinion dissemination in the network society leads to individual interaction. Considering the interaction between individual views and network topology, this paper combines the collaborative network model with the distance-constrained Hegselmann-Krause (HK) model to propose a consensus-guided strategy based on interaction constraints. It does this by changing the network topology and limiting the scope of individual interactions, thereby affecting the spread of public opinion. Based on the small-world network, the collaborative network model introduces the two parameters of Connection edge probability p and broken edge probability q, while also proposing a collaborative network model for Connection edge's breaking of the network based on the difference of individual opinion values. This paper designs simulation experiments by changing p, q, and the interaction distance, while also analyzing the results of public opinion's evolution from the perspectives of timeliness and the diversity of viewpoints. The experimental results show that when individuals are restricted from interacting with the surrounding environment and the scope of interaction between individuals is restricted, this will slow down the evolution of public opinion and increase the number of opinion clusters. By contrast, when it is encouraged, the interaction between individuals and the surrounding environment will make the entire system communicate more effectively within a short period of time, promoting the evolutionary benefits of public opinion considerably, shortening the convergence time of public opinion evolution to reach a steady state, and reducing the number of opinion clusters. Hyperchaotic system is a very useful tool in secure and encrypted communications. But situations arise when engineers and scientists seek to synchronize two hyperchaotic systems. This gives another (error) system. The goal is to minimize the error as much as can be in order to make one system look like the other by synchronization. This is a particularly challenging situation. In this paper, two hyperchaotic systems are synchronized by impulsive control. Also, the condition for uniform asymptotic stability of the synchronized error system was given. AMCF-Net: A Novel Adaptive Multi-Channel Fusion Network for Computer-Aided Diagnosis of Lung Nodules in Chest Computed Tomography

Malignant lung nodules can significantly affect patients' normal lives and, in severe cases, threaten their survival. Owing to the heterogeneity of computed tomography scans and the varying sizes of nodules, physicians often face challenges in diagnosing this condition. Therefore, a novel adaptive multi-channel fusion network (AMCF-Net) is proposed for computer-aided diagnosis of lung nodules. First, a Multi-Channel Fusion Model module is designed, which divides the channels into two parts in specific proportions, effectively extracting multi-scale channel information while reducing network parameters. After the feature maps output at each layer of the AMCF-Net, a novel adaptive depth-wise separable convolution with a squeeze-and-excitation module is designed to adaptively integrate the feature maps of various stages of the AMCF-Net, ensuring that the key lesions of lung nodules are not lost during classification. Finally, a hybrid loss scheme based on an adaptive mixing ratio is proposed to solve the problem of an imbalanced number of positive and negative nodule samples in the dataset. The model achieved the following test results: an accuracy of 90.22%, a specificity of 98.19%, an F1-score of 86.57%, a sensitivity of 86.49%, and a G-mean of 87.72%. Compared with other advanced networks, AMCF-net delivers high-precision lung nodule classification with minimal inference cost. Related codes have been released at: https://***/GuYuIMUST/AMCF-net .

Most conventional crowd counting methods utilize a fully-supervised learning framework to establish a mapping between scene images and crowd density maps. They usually rely on a large quantity of costly and time-intensive pixel-level annotations for training supervision. One way to mitigate the intensive labeling effort and improve counting accuracy is to leverage large amounts of unlabeled images. This is attributed to the inherent self-structural information and rank consistency within a single image, offering additional qualitative relation supervision during training. Contrary to earlier methods that utilized the rank relations at the original image level, we explore such rank-consistency relation within the latent feature spaces. This approach enables the incorporation of numerous pyramid partial orders, strengthening the model representation capability. A notable advantage is that it can also increase the utilization ratio of unlabeled samples. Specifically, we propose a Deep Rank-consistEnt pyrAmid Model (DREAM), which makes full use of rank consistency across coarse-to-fine pyramid features in latent spaces for enhanced crowd counting with massive unlabeled images. In addition, we have collected a new unlabeled crowd counting dataset, FUDAN-UCC, comprising 4,000 images for training purposes. Extensive experiments on four benchmark datasets, namely UCF-QNRF, ShanghaiTech PartA and PartB, and UCF-CC-50, show the effectiveness of our method compared with previous semi-supervised methods. Small vehicle detection in aerial images is a challenge in computer vision because small vehicles occupy less pixels and the environment around the small vehicles is complex. To improve the detection performance for the vehicles in aerial images, we propose an improved YOLO V3. The main contributions of our work include:(1)We redesign the backbone of YOLO V3 to select suitable scales for small vehicle detection in aerial images;(2) To make the improved YOLO V3 much stronger, we redesign the loss function of original YOLO V3 by GIOU loss and Focal loss;(3) To verify the performance of improved YOLO V3, we do the comparative experiments on VEDAI dataset. The experimental results show that the proposed method has obtained better performance than original YOLO V3 for small vehicle detection in aerial image.

With the development of technology, precision guided weapon is becoming more and more important in modern war. In order to launch our recent guidance system on medium and small guided weapons, we propose a method to obtain the LOS rate by combining information from both camera and gyroscope. To be specific, we firstly calculate the body LOS angle through transforming the image pixel coordinate system into the image physical coordinate system according to camera internal parameters;then subtract the missile motion information contained in the measurement signal of the seeker and finally the LOS rate is deduced. Comparing with traditional gimballed seekers, our strap-down seekers with camera have significantly reduced costs and influences caused by external environments on platform. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Configuration optimization of electricity-hydrogen-fuel energy system considering waste heat recovery mechanism

To address the challenges of low energy efficiency and economic viability in the electricity-hydrogen-fuel energy system, this study proposes an innovative green methanol production system incorporating waste heat recovery and configuration optimization. This paper establishes a heat transfer pathway integrating methanol synthesis, thermal storage tank, and electrolyzer, repurposing reaction heat from methanol synthesis to enhance electrolyzer performance. A comprehensive collaborative optimization framework is developed for system capacity planning and operation coordination. Results demonstrate that waste heat recovery strategy can increase daily average hydrogen and methanol production by 3.66 % and 7.14 % while enhancing overall system energy and exergy efficiency by 2.65 % and 2.13 %. Economic analysis reveals that allowing 10 % renewable energy curtailment reduces electrolyzer capacity by 22.35 %, hydrogen and oxygen storage tank capacity by 19.78 % and 16.67 %, achieving a 16.16 % reduction in total system investment cost compared to full renewable energy utilization scenario.

Millimeter-wave(MMW) radar sensing is one of the most promising technologies to provide safe navigation for autonomous vehicles due to its expected high-resolution imaging capability However, driverless cars have higher request for different environment and light conditions. Therefore, millimetre-wave imaging is of paramount importance for complex load scenario. In this paper, we have built models of pavement pits and bulges and analysed their with differences ways of antennas. The purpose of this work is to extend the study of the commutative rings whose lattice of ideals can be a structure of BL-algebra as carry out by Heubo et al in 2018, to non commutative rings appointed in the work as pseudo BL-rings. We study and characterize rings whose ideals form a pseudo BL-algebra, we describe them in terms of their subdirectly irreductible factors.
