Some researchers have worked on intermittent control and alternate control. In both cases, the choice of the control was a constant quantity. But, in real life, this situation is hard to come by for the reason that control may vary with time and circumstances owing to machine or human errors or both. Hence is the need to employ a method in which the control matrix is rather uncertain as is obtainable in real life. In this paper, we consider a more general model of both intermittent and alternate control which allows the control matrix to be fuzzy (uncertain). It turns out that both the classical intermittent and classical alternate controls are recovered in this mode.

Supervised Enhanced Soft Subspace Clustering (SESSC) for TSK Fuzzy Classifiers

Fuzzy c-means based clustering algorithms are frequently used for Takagi-Sugeno-Kang (TSK) fuzzy classifier antecedent parameter estimation. One rule is initialized from each cluster. However, most of these clustering algorithms are unsupervised, which waste valuable label information in the training data. This paper proposes a supervised enhanced soft subspace clustering (SESSC) algorithm, which considers simultaneously the within-cluster compactness, between-cluster separation, and label information in clustering. It can effectively deal with high-dimensional data, be used as a classifier alone, or be integrated into a TSK fuzzy classifier to further improve its performance. Experiments on nine UCI datasets from various application domains demonstrated that SESSC based initialization outperformed other clustering approaches, especially when the number of rules is small. The appearance analysis and counting of peripheral blood leukocytes can assist the diagnosis of blood diseases such as leukemia. Therefore, it is necessary to automatically extract leukocytes from blood smear images. In this paper, we propose an end-to-end peripheral blood leukocyte image segmentation method based on fully convolutional neural network, which can not only encode multi-scale contextual information, but also capture clear boundary information through decoding. Specifically, the proposed method first utilizes the context-aware feature encoder with residual convolutions to extract a set of multi-scale features. Then, a refinement module of parallel dilated convolutions with multiple dilation rates for expanding the receptive field of the feature maps is introduced to aggregate contextual information. Finally, clear prediction results are reconstructed by the context-aware feature decoder and skip connections. We demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method on two publicly available datasets.

Background: Aiming at the problem of user information security authentication in cloud manufacturing, a user information security authentication model is proposed. The model is introduced in detail. Methods: In the security authentication model, the point set topology group fractal transformation algorithm is combined with the biometric identification technology to acquire the user biometric information to generate the secret key. Combined with the AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) encryption algorithm, the user biometric information is encrypted. Result: It provides a stronger guarantee for the user's security certification. We revised all patents relating to pharmaceutical formulations of applicability in authentication of user information in cloud manufacturing. Conclusion: Experiments show that the research has credibility and practicability, which improves the overall security performance of cloud manufacturing user information authentication and access. © 2019 Bentham Science Publishers.

Recently, multi-wavelength narrow linewidth random fiber laser has very interested for every researcher in this field, because of their useful advantages application, such as high-resolution spectroscopy and fiber optic sensing. In this paper, the standard single-mode fiber is used to form a half-opened cavity structure for generating the narrow linewidth random fiber laser and used the FBG-FP as a filter to form the narrow linewidth RFL into multi-wavelength. Firstly, we used the Rayleigh scattering that processed as well as in a standard single-mode fiber to provide random distribution feedback at the same time while using erbium-doped fiber (EDF) to provide the gain or amplification for achieving a broadband random laser output. Then, FBG-FP is added to the half-open cavity random laser structure. The multi-wavelength and narrow linewidth RFL can be achieved when the broadband RFL goes through the FBG-FP. In this paper we have generated the multi-wavelength narrow linewidth random fiber laser which has more than 10 wavelengths and the 3dB bandwidth is less than 0.01 nm and the mode separation of each wavelength is 0.04nm.

Redundancy makes soft manipulators manage to complete a variety of tasks in complex environments. However, a pseudo-inverse kinematics controller for redundant soft manipulators simply maximizes the manipulability while ignoring some material constraints, e.g., actuation saturation and control noise. As manipulability is the indicator for the dexterity of motion in all directions of the redundant soft manipulators, this work proposes an optimization based controller, where the manipulability and robustness are optimized for a cable-driven redundant soft manipulator to adapt actuation saturation and control noise. Experiments are conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed controller.

To realize the commercialization of SOFC, it must be ensured that it can work efficiently and stably. SOFC fault diagnosis becomes an essential part of the research. Due to the strong coupling of faults in the stack, this paper uses neural network algorithm to detect and diagnose faults. The simulation results verify that through the diagnosis of the test sample, the recognition rate of the test sample by the network is found to be 95%, which explains the neural network fault diagnosis model established in this paper on identifying the normal working state of the stack, the electrode stacking of the stack, and the gas leakage fault of the stack has good effectiveness and accuracy.

RTM3D: Real-time monocular 3D detection from object keypoints for autonomous driving

In this work, we propose an efficient and accurate monocular 3D detection framework in single shot. Most successful 3D detectors take the projection constraint from the 3D bounding box to the 2D box as an important component. Four edges of a 2D box provide only four constraints and the performance deteriorates dramatically with the small error of the 2D detector. Different from these approaches, our method predicts the nine perspective keypoints of a 3D bounding box in image space, and then utilize the geometric relationship of 3D and 2D perspectives to recover the dimension, location, and orientation in 3D space. In this method, the properties of the object can be predicted stably even when the estimation of keypoints is very noisy, which enables us to obtain fast detection speed with a small architecture. Training our method only uses the 3D properties of the object without the need for external networks or supervision data. Our method is the first real-time system for monocular image 3D detection while achieves state-ofthe-art performance on the KITTI benchmark. Code will be released at https://***/Banconxuan/RTM3D. An improved distributed nonlinear observer for leader-following consensus via differential geometry approach

This paper is concerned with the leader-following output consensus problem in the framework of distributed nonlinear observers. In stead of certain hypotheses on the leader system, a group of geometric conditions is put forward to develop a novel distributed observer strategy with less conservatism, thereby definitely improving the applicability of the existing results. To be more specific, the improved distributed observer can precisely handle consensus problems for some nonlinear leader systems which are invalid for the traditional strategies with the certain assumption, such as Elastic Shaft Single Linkage Manipulator (ESSLM) systems and most of first-order nonlinear systems. We prove the sufficient conditions for the exponential stability of our distributed observer's error dynamic by proposing two pioneered lemmas to show the relationship between the maximum eigenvalues of two matrices appearing in Lyapunov type matrices. Then, a partial feedback linearization method with zero dynamic proposed in differential geometry is employed to design a purely decentralized control law for the affine nonlinear multiagent system. With this advancement, the existing results can be regarded as a specific case owing to that the followers can be chosen as an arbitrary minimum phase affine smooth nonlinear system. At last, the novel distributed observer and the improved purely decentralized control law are applied in the distributed control framework to construct a closed-loop system. We also prove the stability of closed-loop system to achieve leader-following consensus, i.e., the distributed control framework is proved to satisfy certainty equivalence principle.
