The performance of the classical clustering algorithm is not always satisfied with the high-dimensional datasets, which make clustering method limited in many application. To solve this problem, clustering method with Projection Pursuit dimension reduction based on Immune Clonal Selection Algorithm (ICSA-PP) is proposed in this paper. Projection pursuit strategy can maintain consistent Euclidean distances between points in the low-dimensional embeddings where the ICSA is used to search optimizing projection direction. The proposed algorithm can converge quickly with less iteration to reduce dimension of some high-dimensional datasets, and in which space, K-mean clustering algorithm is used to partition the reduced data. The experiment results on UCI data show that the presented method can search quicker to optimize projection direction than Genetic Algorithm (GA) and it has better clustering results compared with traditional linear dimension reduction method for Principle Component Analysis (PCA).

Tissue P systems are distributed parallel and non-deterministic computing models in the framework of membrane computing, which are inspired by intercellular communication and cooperation between neurons. Recently, cell separation is introduced into tissue P systems, which enables systems to generate an exponential workspace in a polynomial time. In this work, the computational power of tissue P systems with cell separation is investigated. Specifically, a uniform family of tissue P systems with cell separation is constructed for effciently solving a well-known NP-complete problem, the partition problem.

The sufficient and necessary conditions for Lyapunov stability of the zero equilibrium point of Lorenz system are discussed, and some brief criteria are presented for globally exponential stability, globally asymptotical stability and instability. Furthermore, the behavior of the non-zero equilibrium point of Lorenz system is also investigated, and several sufficient and necessary conditions are provided for locally exponential stability and instability. The established theorems in this paper develop and extend the existing achievements on Lyapunov stability of Lorenz system. In conclusion, by applying the obtained results, some less conservative feedback-control laws are derived to guarantee the globally exponential stability of the chaos control of Chen system, Lu¨ system, Yang-Chen system and Yu-Xia Li system.

The degradation of AlGaN/GaN high electron mobility transistors (HEMTs) has a close relationship with a model of traps in AlGaN barriers as a result of high electric field. We mainly discuss the impacts of strong electrical field on the AlGaN barrier thickness of AlGaN/GaN HEMTs. It is found that the device with a thin AlGaN barrier layer is more easily degraded. We study the degradation of four parameters, i.e. the gate series resistance RGate, channel resistance R channel, gate current IG,off at VGS=-5 and VDS=0.1 V, and drain current ID,max at VGS=2 and VDS=5 V. In addition, the degradation mechanisms of the device electrical parameters are also investigated in detail.

Railway point machines(RPMS) are one of the key equipments in the railway system to switch different routes for the *** monitoring for RPMs is a vital measure to keep train operation safe and *** convenience and low cost into consideration, a novel intelligent condition monitoring method for RPMs based on sound analysis is ***-domain and frequency-domain features are obtained,and normalized using z-score standardization method to eliminate the influences of different *** particle swarm optimization(BPSO) is utilized to select the most significant discrimination feature *** effects of the selected optimal features are verified using Support vector machine(SVM), 1-Nearest neighbor(1 NN), Random forest(RF), and Naive Bayes(NB).Experiment results indicate SVM performs best on identification accuracy and computing cost compared with the other three *** identification accuracies on normal switching and reverse switching processes reach100% and 99.67%, respectively, indicating the feasibility of the proposed method.

A new restoration algorithm based on double loops and alternant iterations is proposed to restore the object image effectively from a few frames of turbulence-degraded images, Based on the double loops, the iterative relations for estimating the turbulent point spread function PSF and object image alternately are derived. The restoration experiments have been made on computers, showing that the proposed algorithm can obtain the optimal estimations of the object and the point spread function, with the feasibility and practicality of the proposed algorithm being convincing.
