In this paper, the control issue of the semiconductor silicon monocrystalline growth process is studied through an event triggered model prediction approach. Firstly, a state-space model of silicon monocrystalline growth process is developed to describe the energy conversion and the dynamics and the geometry of the isodiametric stage silicon monocrystalline via the Czochralski method. Secondly, a small perturbation linearization is used to obtain a linear continuous model, which is translated into a linear discrete model under zero-order retainers. Finally, an event triggered model prediction controller is established to decrease the calculation of model prediction in the rolling optimization process. Based on experimental results, the event-triggered model prediction control algorithm is confirmed to be an effectively control scheme for the silicon monocrystalline growth process. © 2022 IEEE.

Reversible solid oxide cells (rSOC) can operate in both electrolysis mode and in fuel cell mode with high efficiency and reduced cost using the same device for both functions. When used in dynamic operation with intermittent electrical power sources, rSOC system switches from the fuel cell (SOFC) to electrolyzer (SOEC) and vice versa depending on load and grid peculiarities. This can lead to temperature profiles within the stack that can potentially lead to the failure of the stack and eventually the system. In the present work, a system-level dynamic model of rSOC is established and validated against experimental data. Subsequently, detailed dynamic thermal behavior of stack during the switching between the two modes is analyzed, and a temperature management controller based on Model Predict control method (MPC) is proposed. Gas flow and temperature at the stack inlet are controlled by air flow and bypass valves, avoiding problems associated with temperature overshoot during transient operation. The simulation results show that the temperature controller has the ability to follow fast thermal changes while maintaining thermal safety, which indicates the competitiveness of the controller.

When Epipolar Constraint Meets Non-local Operators in Multi-View Stereo

Learning-based multi-view stereo (MVS) method heavily relies on feature matching, which requires distinctive and descriptive representations. An effective solution is to apply non-local feature aggregation, e.g., Transformer. Albeit useful, these techniques introduce heavy computation overheads for MVS. Each pixel densely attends to the whole image. In contrast, we propose to constrain non-local feature augmentation within a pair of lines: each point only attends the corresponding pair of epipolar lines. Our idea takes inspiration from the classic epipolar geometry, which shows that one point with different depth hypotheses will be projected to the epipolar line on the other view. This constraint reduces the 2D search space into the epipolar line in stereo matching. Similarly, this suggests that the matching of MVS is to distinguish a series of points lying on the same line. Inspired by this point-to-line search, we devise a line-to-point non-local augmentation strategy. We first devise an optimized searching algorithm to split the 2D feature maps into epipolar line pairs. Then, an Epipolar Transformer (ET) performs non-local feature augmentation among epipolar line pairs. We incorporate the ET into a learning-based MVS baseline, named ET-MVSNet. ET-MVSNet achieves state-of-the-art reconstruction performance on both the DTU and Tanks-and-Temples benchmark with high efficiency. Code is available at https://***/TQTQliu/ET-MVSNet. The growth of Czochralski(CZ) monocrystalline silicon is a nonlinear dynamic time-varying system with complex physical changes and multi-field and multi-phase coupling. In order to meet the needs of information development, it is urgent to develop large-scale, high-quality monocrystalline silicon. However, it is extremely difficult to establish an accurate control system model. Therefore, this paper considers the complex physical changes of multi-field coupling and non-linear processes in the growth of CZ monocrystalline silicon, a lumped parameter model for the growth of monocrystalline silicon is established based on energy balance model, fluid mechanics model, and geometry model, according to the internal mechanism of the monocrystalline silicon growth and the transfer mechanism of internal material flow. According to the model, a CZ monocrystalline silicon growth simulation control system is established under the Matlab/Simulink environment, and the real-time simulation data of each state variable of crystal growth is obtained. So that the control characteristics of each state variable in the crystal growth process can be analyzed. Finally, the validity of the established model is checked by the records evaluation of the semiconductor industry production process. Finally, the validity of the established model is verified based on the data analysis of the semiconductor industry production process. The results show that the model has high accuracy and can better describe the dynamic behavior of the actual monocrystalline silicon growth system. © 2022 IEEE.

Network reciprocity has been recognized as a crucial mechanism for promoting the evolution of cooperation. However, prior studies on network reciprocity have predominantly focused on isolated networks, neglecting the interconnected nature of real-world systems. In reality, many large-scale systems are closely coupled, where the interaction patterns between systems differ significantly from those within individual networks. Motivated by this observation, we construct a strategy evolution model on coupled networks to explore the effects of such interconnections. Our findings reveal that coupled networks foster cooperation more effectively than isolated networks. This advantage persists across various network structures, suggesting the universality of this phenomenon. Interestingly, we discover that the strength of the coupling plays a pivotal role: weaker coupling between networks is more conducive to the emergence and stability of cooperation compared to stronger coupling. These results high-light the importance of considering cross-system interactions in understanding and designing mechanisms to enhance cooperative behavior.

LiDARs and cameras, commonly used sensors on autonomous vehicles and robots, require precise calibration for accurate joint environmental perception. Current calibration methods, capable of adjusting both intrinsic and extrinsic parameters, often depend on physical targets or human intervention, making them unsuitable for automatic online calibration. Moreover, these methods are primarily optimized for dense point clouds, as they are often tuned on open datasets featuring high-quality point cloud data. However, low-resolution LiDARs, preferred for their cost-effectiveness, are prevalent in practical applications. To automate the calibration process while maintaining high precision on sparse point clouds, multi-modal image registration techniques are leveraged to develop an end-to-end, cross-attention-based neural network for automatic calibration of low-resolution LiDARs and Cameras. Specifically, given an initial perturbation on point clouds, our network is capable of recovering the true extrinsic parameters without manual intervention. Additionally, specialized input preprocessing and training strategies are incorporated to enhance performance with sparse point clouds. Promising results are achieved on both open datasets and custom sensor acquisitions, highlighting the effectiveness and adaptability of our network to diverse scenarios.

Research on feature classification method of network text data based on association rules

Due to the large number of features, sparse data, low precision of feature extraction, and long time-consuming. Using the current method to classify the text data features, it is difficult to achieve better results. A method of feature classification of network text data based on association rules is proposed. A single word is used as a classification feature to extract the association feature item of text data. The feature item after dimension reduction is to construct classifier. Through the support vector machine algorithm, the network text data feature classification is realized. The highest precision ratio of Hangxia et al.’s study [Hangxia Z, Jiajun Y, Huan R. Text categorization based on deep belief network. Comput Eng Sci. 2016;38(5):871–876] is 69%, the highest precision ratio of Wenjuan et al.’s study [Wenjuan S, Shun L, Fei Y. Iterative text classification framework based on background learning. Comput Eng Applic. 2015;51(9):129–134] is 85%, and the highest precision ratio of the proposed method is 93%. The precision of this method is higher, which shows that the method can accurately reflect the feature class information of text data and reduce the error rate of text classification. This paper examines the cluster consensus problem of higher-order interaction networks on switching networks. The matrix-valued inter-agent coupling mechanism is employed to capture the higher-order interactions amongst neighboring agents. Specifically, for a higher-order interaction network with both positive definite and positive semi-definite coupling matrices, we examine the scenario in which the nullspace of positive semi-definite coupling matrices is constructed by a set of orthogonal basis vectors. From the perspective of the lower-order component graph -the projection of network structure onto the direction of each orthogonal basis–results on the explicit characterization of cluster consensus of higher-order interaction networks are provided. Moreover, for time-varying higher-order interaction networks, necessary and sufficient conditions are provided to ensure that a time-varying network shares the same steady-state values as the integral time-invariant network. Simulation results are provided to demonstrate the theory.

Mixture-of-Experts for Open Set Domain Adaptation: A Dual-Space Detection Approach

Open Set Domain Adaptation (OSDA) copes with the distribution and label shifts between the source and target domains simultaneously, performing accurate classification for known classes while identifying unknown class samples in the target domain. Most existing OSDA approaches, depending on the final image feature space of deep models, require manually-tuned thresholds, and may easily misclassify unknown samples as known classes. Mixture-of-Experts (MoE) could be a remedy. Within an MoE, different experts handle distinct input features, producing unique expert routing patterns for various classes in a routing feature space. As a result, unknown class samples may display different expert routing patterns to known classes. This paper proposes Dual-Space Detection, which exploits the inconsistencies between the image feature space and the routing feature space to detect unknown class samples without any threshold. A Graph Router is further introduced to better make use of the spatial information among the image patches. Experiments on three datasets validated the effectiveness and superiority of our approach. © 2020 IEEE.
