Lung detection is attached much importance to in medical imaging to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the doctor’s work. Recently, it has become very popular among the researchers to explore deep medical technology. In our work, we present a new method of lung detection, which based on YOLOv3 Model. Our goal is to make a contribution to a lung detection system to make it more efficiency and accuracy for the doctor’s work. Infinite-Horizon Optimal Wireless control Over Shared State-Dependent Fading Channels for IIoT Systems

Heterogeneous systems consisting of a multiloop wireless control system (WCS) and a mobile agent system (MAS) are ubiquitous in Industrial Internet of Things systems. Within these systems, the positions of mobile agents may lead to shadow fading on the wireless channel that the WCS is controlled over and can significantly compromise its performance, requiring joint coordination between the WCS and MAS. Such coordination introduces different time steps and hybrid state spaces consisting of logical components and continuous components. This paper focuses on the infinite-horizon optimal control of MAS to ensure the performance of WCS while minimizing an average cost for the heterogeneous system subject to safety constraints. A state-dependent fading channel is modeled to capture interference among transmission links, as well as the effects of mobile agents’ movements on successful wireless transmission. In order to address the heterogeneous system dynamics, the optimal control problem is formulated as the optimal constrained set stabilization of the MAS by establishing a necessary and sufficient condition for the Lyapunov-like performance of WCS with the expected decay rates. Using the semi-tensor product of matrices, a constrained optimal state transition graph is constructed to encode the constrained system dynamics as well as objective function, which further reduces the problem into a minimum-mean cycle problem for the graph. By studying the properties of the graph, the feasibility is proven, and an effective algorithm is proposed for the construction of optimal input sequences. Safety-Aware Scheduling of Real-Time control Systems with Burst Computing Tasks

In industrial sites, multiple real-time control systems often share computing resources. However, burst computing tasks may lead to the dropping of control computing subtasks, resulting in potential hazards. To address this issue, we propose a safety-aware task scheduling scheme. When burst computing tasks are triggered, this scheduling scheme adaptively releases resources from low-criticality control computing subtasks, ensuring the timely completion of burst computing tasks and keeping the control system state deviation within a safe threshold. To achieve the scheduling scheme, we propose an efficient algorithm called ADP-Opt. It decouples the complex original problem into multiple subproblems, which greatly reduces the search space and improves the solution efficiency. In the suboptimization problem, safety is maintained by limiting the upper bound of the system state's deviation to below the threshold. By introducing a penalty term in the cost function related to computing resources, we aim to balance the impact of control computing subtasks on control performance and the consumption of computing resources. Consequently, the overall cost of the control system can be minimized while releasing enough resources for burst computing tasks. Simulation results show that the scheduling decisions made by ADP-Opt can approach the optimal decision by approximately 99% efficiently. © 2024, The Authors. All rights reserved.

High resolution range profiles (HRRP), which contain fine geometric structure information of targets, plays animportant role in the field of Radar automatic target recognition (RATR). In the actual application of RATR, radar may often capture targets that are non-cooperative, making it difficult to establish a comprehensive database, and traditional recognition algorithms are prone to misjudgment when facing unknown targets. Therefore, Open set recognition (OSR) is proposed to simultaneously recognize in-database and out-of-database targets. Considering the pose sensitivity of HRRP, minor changes in the target's pose can cause significant changes in the HRRP images, leading to a potentially dispersed distribution of samples from the same category in the feature space, which makes it difficult for traditional fixed decision boundaries in OSR to adapt. To address this, this paper proposes an HRRP open set recognition method capable of adaptively learning closed decision boundaries. Based on Hierarchical dirichlet processes (HDP), the method achieves adaptive clustering of subclasses under different categories according to the data distribution characteristics of each category, determining multiple small decision boundaries within each category, and allowing the decision boundaries to dynamically adjust according to the sample features. Finally, experiments with real HRRP data have verified the effectiveness of the proposed method. © 2024 IEEE.

Deep convolutional neural network (CNN) has been widely studied in radar target high resolution range profile (HRRP) recognition. However, the CNN with deep structure requires high storage and computational capabilities, thus restricting its applications with limited resources. In this paper, we propose a differentiable neural architecture search (NAS)-based channel pruning and multi-knowledge distillation (MKD) to prune and fine-tune the CNN for lightweight. In the pruning stage, NAS method is used to automatically find the good-performance pruning structure by optimizing channel preserve scores. After the search process, these scores are used for global pruning to derive the pruned model. In the fine-tuning stage, MKD method combine the physical scattering knowledge with the category knowledge from pretrained model to restore the pruned model performance. Experimental results on VGG-16 with HRRP dataset inversed from the MSTAR show that the recognition accuracy of the proposed method decreases 1.52% by using 5% model parameters. © 2024 IEEE.

In recent years, high-resolution range profiles (HRRPs) have played a significant role in radar target recognition. The pose sensitivity of HRRPs results in unsatisfactory target recognition capabilities under sparse viewing angles. However, for non-cooperative targets, obtaining full-view HRRPs is often challenging, leading to suboptimal performance in HRRP-based target recognition. To address the issue of target recognition under sparse viewing angles, we propose an end-to-end model DGR for sparse view recognition that integrates combined generation and recognition tasks. The DGR model extracts deep features of HRRPs through an attention mechanism and utilizes these features for both target recognition and the generation of adjacent-view HRRPs, with both tasks mutually reinforcing each other for improved performance in recognition and data generation. Furthermore, by employing domain adaptation methods, the model learns the variability of target HRRPs in the source domain and applies this knowledge to the target domain, enhancing its generalization ability. Experimental results demonstrate that the DGR model achieves optimal recognition and generation capabilities simultaneously. © 2024 IEEE.

In this paper, an insulator missing defect detection method is proposed based on unmanned aerial vehicles to solve the problem of glass insulator burst fault detection in high-voltage transmission lines. Firstly, the proposed method utilizes the improved Mask R-CNN (region-based convolutional neural network) algorithm to segment insulator strings in aerial images. Then, the constructed encoder-decoder network is used to extract and reconstruct features of the insulators, resulting in residual images. Finally, the residual images preserve the location information of the fault and obtains the result of missing insulators. The experiment shows that the proposed algorithm has high segmentation accuracy for insulators and high recognition accuracy for insulator missing faults.
