To enhance the reliability of launch vehicle attitude control systems and prevent the control invalidation caused by swing engine deadlock, a control reconfiguration of fault-tolerant control is proposed. Firstly, the coupling identity between the channels is discussed based on the dynamic model of the vehicle. Then, under the assumption of no rolling motion, we study the swing angles reconfiguration method based on the moment balance principle, and then deduce the relationship between the swing angle of the deadlocked engines and the engines still operate well. From the rationality analysis, the safe bound of the deadlocked engine and reconfiguration conditions are proposed under several assumptions. Finally, the numerical simulation of rocket attitude control based on the discussed reconfiguration strategy is given to demonstrate that the variance of the control affect by the deadlocked engine could be rectified by other booster-engines effectively.

The sufficient and necessary conditions for Lyapunov stability of the zero equilibrium point of Lorenz system are discussed, and some brief criteria are presented for globally exponential stability, globally asymptotical stability and instability. Furthermore, the behavior of the non-zero equilibrium point of Lorenz system is also investigated, and several sufficient and necessary conditions are provided for locally exponential stability and instability. The established theorems in this paper develop and extend the existing achievements on Lyapunov stability of Lorenz system. In conclusion, by applying the obtained results, some less conservative feedback-control laws are derived to guarantee the globally exponential stability of the chaos control of Chen system, Lu¨ system, Yang-Chen system and Yu-Xia Li system.

Real-world optimization involving multiple objectives in changing environment known as dynamic multi-objective optimization (DMO) is a challenging task, especially special regions are preferred by decision maker (DM). Based on a novel preference dominance concept called sphere-dominance and the theory of artificial immune system. (AIS), a sphere-dominance preference immune-inspired algorithm (SPIA) is proposed for DMO in this paper. The main contributions of SPIA are its preference mechanism and its sampling study, which are based on the novel spheredominance and probability statistics, respectively. Besides, SPIA introduces two hypermutation strategies based on history information and Gaussian mutation, respectively. In each generation, which way to do hypermutation is automatically determined by a sampling study for accelerating the search process. Furthermore, The interactive scheme of SPIA enables DM to include his/her preference without modifying the main structure of the algorithm. The results show that SPIA can obtain a well distributed solution set efficiently converging into the DM's preferred region for DMO. Copyright 2010 ACM.
