According to Matlab/Simulink, the paper sets up appropriate and effective mathematical model of solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) based on its structure and mechanism, using theories of electrochemistry, hydrokinetic and thermodynamics. The output performance of SOFC is adjusted with good effect by PID controller tuned with decay-curve law. The results of numerical test demonstrate the effectiveness and advantage of this approach.

image fusion is an important tool in remote sensing, since many Earth observation satellites provide both high-resolution panchromatic (Pan) and low-resolution multispectral (MS) images. To date, many image fusion techniques have been developed. However, the available algorithms can hardly produce a satisfactory fusion result for IKONOS and QuickBird images. Among the existing fusion algorithms, the IHS technique is the most widely used one, and the wavelet fusion is the most frequently discussed one in recent publications because of its advantages over other fusion techniques. But the color distortion of these two techniques is often obvious. The support value fusion technique demonstrates some advantages over the conventional methods. This study presents a new fusion approach that integrates the advantages of both the IHS and the support value techniques to reduce the color distortion of QuickBird fusion results. Different QuickBird images have been fused with this new approach. Visual and statistical analyses prove that the concept of the proposed extended fast IHS (eFIHS) and support value integration is promising, and it does significantly improve the fusion quality compared to conventional IHS (eFIHS) and wavelet fusion techniques.

In traditional Direct Torque Control (DTC), speed regulator is widely based on conventional Proportional Integral Derivative (PID) controller, which has to depend on precise math model of the subject. However, PID cannot easily achieve swift response, small overshooting and fine speed control precision especially in low speed range. This paper introduces a nonlinear control technology-Auto Disturbance Rejection Controller (ADRC) into DTC to improve the speed adaptation capability and robustness, and a parameter design method of stator flux estimation is proposed. In this paper, a new genetic algorithm for solving multi-constrained optimization problems based on KS function is proposed. Firstly, utilizing the agglomeration features of KS function, all constraints of optimization problems are agglomerated to only one constraint. Then, we use genetic algorithm to solve the optimization problem after the compression of constraints. Finally, the simulation results on benchmark functions show the efficiency of our algorithm.

This software boasts versatile functions, from basic graphic drawing to input interface for files created in AutoCAD and CorelDRAW, Graphics and images showed in the user interface, which can be transformed by such methods as aligning, filling, node adjusting, are interpolated to discrete point data and then downloaded to control laser marking machine via PCI board card to accomplish total marking process. The technologies of intra prediction and MBAFF were introduced, and a new intra prediction mode based on the characteristics of spatial distribution in interlaced video was proposed. The spatial correlation of five luma intra prediction modes in AVS-P2 and the new mode were analyzed. From the analysis result, it can be concluded that the new mode can exploit the spatial correlation better and predict the samples more precisely than the existed ones. The experimental results showed that the average gain in peak signal to noise ratio was above 0.12dB and the average reduction in bit-rate was above 1.77%, so the proposed mode is an effective prediction mode for improvement of coding performance.
