For the requirements of the laser temperature in additive manufacturing, there is a high precision and high heat need in the industry. The method is proposed to estimate the temperature of laser point, which is based on CNN. In this method, a model of CNN is carried out. The collected laser thermal radiation images are used to train the model. image recognition and isotherm estimation can be obtained by the trained model. The conclusion can be verified by the experiment. The isotherm and temperature of the laser can be measured efficiently in this method.

Aiming at the high demands of temperature and precision in the aspect of additive manufacturing, a method based on CNN was proposed for estimating measurement. The network was trained through the collected laser thermal radiation images for image recognition and isotherm estimation after modeling a CNN. The experimental conclusion verifies that the isotherm detection and temperature estimation of the laser point can be efficiently implemented in proposed method.

The rapid development of data centers (DCs) leads to a huge challenge in their energy consumption and environmental impact. It is promising to establish data center microgrid (DCMG) with renewable energy generation and waste heat recovery system to address these issues. However, the efficient energy management of DCMG is to be pursued. In this paper, we propose a multi-criteria optimal operation framework for the DCMG, considering coordinated scheduling of energy supply and demand. In this framework, multiple criteria are comprehensively considered via a multi-criteria optimization (MCO) approach. Then, we adopt the augmented e-constraint algorithm to address the corresponding MCO problem. Afterwards, a balanced decision making method is further proposed to determine the optimal scheduling solution. Finally, case study and results analysis verify the effectiveness of proposed multi-criteria optimal operation framework for the DCMG.

Complex networked systems, which range from biological systems in the natural world to infrastructure systems in the human-made world, can exhibit spontaneous recovery after a failure; for example, a brain may spontaneously return to normal after a seizure, and traffic flow can become smooth again after a jam. Previous studies on the spontaneous recovery of dynamical networks have been limited to undirected networks. However, most real-world networks are directed. To fill this gap, we build a model in which nodes may alternately fail and recover, and we develop a theoretical tool to analyze the recovery properties of directed dynamical networks. We find that the tool can accurately predict the final fraction of active nodes, and the prediction accuracy decreases as the fraction of bidirectional links in the network increases, which emphasizes the importance of directionality in network dynamics. Due to different initial states, directed dynamical networks may show alternative stable states under the same control parameter, exhibiting hysteresis behavior. In addition, for networks with finite sizes, the fraction of active nodes may jump back and forth between high and low states, mimicking repetitive failure-recovery processes. These findings could help clarify the system recovery mechanism and enable better design of networked systems with high resilience.
