PointCLIP shows that transferring 2D knowledge to zero-shot 3D shape classification tasks can be effective, even without incorporating 3D-specific knowledge. However, the absence of 3D knowledge limits the model’s performance, leading to efforts focused on improving 3D-to-2D projection algorithms. This work advances previous methods by introducing a learnable fine-tuning strategy, called MDT-Net, for Contrastive Language-Image Pre-training (CLIP) on 3D datasets. MDT-Net freezes the CLIP encoder to keep view features aligned with semantic information and incorporates a shape decoder with masked view consistency and attention-guided fusion, enabling more effective fine-tuning of CLIP for 3D tasks. The decoder receives both raw view features and masked view features. In the shallow layers, a mask consistency constraint is utilized between two types of view features to enhance the model’s generalization and robustness. In the deeper layers, attention-guided fusion is introduced to better capture the contextual information between views and compact all view features into one. MDT-Net is evaluated on different benchmarks of 5 datasets for zero-shot classification, achieving a competitive classification accuracy on ModelNet10, ModelNet40, McGill, and ZS3D datasets. The precise detection and segmentation of tumor lesions are very important for lung cancer computer-aided ***,in PET/CT(Positron Emission Tomography/Computed Tomography)lung images,the lesion shapes are complex,the edges are blurred,and the sample numbers are *** solve these problems,this paper proposes a Multi-branch Cross-scale Interactive Feature fusion Transformer model(MCIF-Transformer Mask RCNN)for PET/CT lung tumor instance segmentation,The main innovative works of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the ResNet-Transformer backbone network is used to extract global feature and local feature in lung *** pixel dependence relationship is established in local and non-local fields to improve the model perception ***,the Cross-scale Interactive Feature Enhancement auxiliary network is designed to provide the shallow features to the deep features,and the cross-scale interactive feature enhancement module(CIFEM)is used to enhance the attention ability of the fine-grained ***,the Cross-scale Interactive Feature fusion FPN network(CIF-FPN)is constructed to realize bidirectional interactive fusion between deep features and shallow features,and the low-level features are enhanced in deep semantic ***,4 ablation experiments,3 comparison experiments of detection,3 comparison experiments of segmentation and 6 comparison experiments with two-stage and single-stage instance segmentation networks are done on PET/CT lung medical image *** results showed that APdet,APseg,ARdet and ARseg indexes are improved by 5.5%,5.15%,3.11%and 6.79%compared with Mask RCNN(resnet50).Based on the above research,the precise detection and segmentation of the lesion region are realized in this *** method has positive significance for the detection of lung tumors.

Sketch-based 3D shape retrieval has become a prominent area of research in computer vision, confronting challenges related to the inherent diversity and abstraction of sketches, as well as inter-domain discrepancies. This paper introduces a novel approach called Dual Knowledge Distillation Dynamic Learning (DKD 2 L) aimed at enhancing the extraction of spatio-temporal features for sketch-based 3D shape retrieval. We develop a temporal feature extraction network to effectively capture the dynamic temporal characteristics of sketches and improve retrieval efficiency through temporal knowledge distillation. Additionally, to tackle intra-class variation and inter-class imbalance, we apply semantic knowledge distillation, enabling the 3D shape network to guide the sketch network in capturing common semantic information. This approach facilitates precise cross-modal alignment and enhances retrieval accuracy. Extensive experiments on two benchmark datasets demonstrate that DKD 2 L surpasses existing state-of-the-art methods.

Authorship verification is a crucial task in digital forensic investigations,where it is often necessary to determine whether a specific individual wrote a particular piece of *** Neural Networks(CNNs)have shown promise in solving this problem,but their performance highly depends on the choice of *** this paper,we explore the effectiveness of hyperparameter tuning in improving the performance of CNNs for authorship *** conduct experiments using a Hyper Tuned CNN model with three popular optimization algorithms:Adaptive Moment Estimation(ADAM),StochasticGradientDescent(SGD),andRoot Mean Squared Propagation(RMSPROP).The model is trained and tested on a dataset of text samples collected from various authors,and the performance is evaluated using accuracy,precision,recall,and F1 *** compare the performance of the three optimization algorithms and demonstrate the effectiveness of hyperparameter tuning in improving the accuracy of the CNN *** results show that the Hyper Tuned CNN model with ADAM Optimizer achieves the highest accuracy of up to 90%.Furthermore,we demonstrate that hyperparameter tuning can help achieve significant performance improvements,even using a relatively simple model architecture like *** findings suggest that the choice of the optimization algorithm is a crucial factor in the performance of CNNs for authorship verification and that hyperparameter tuning can be an effective way to optimize this ***,this paper demonstrates the effectiveness of hyperparameter tuning in improving the performance of CNNs for authorship verification in digital forensic *** findings have important implications for developing accurate and reliable authorship verification systems,which are crucial for various applications in digital forensics,such as identifying the author of anonymous threatening messages or detecting cases of plagiarism.

The production process of keycaps may result in surface character defects. The existing keycap character defect detection technology has low efficiency and accuracy, hindering the automation of keycap manufacturing. Addressing the challenge of extracting the entire keyboard from illuminated regions, this paper proposes a method using image feature points for template matching to extract the region of interest. Subsequently, leveraging prior knowledge, the paper addresses character segmentation and extraction on the keyboard. For character detection, the paper preprocesses images and classifies them by using an S-VGG network, yielding corresponding labels. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Drug-target interaction (DTI) prediction has an important role in drug discovery, significantly expediting the drug design and development process. This paper proposes a new model, ERW-BiAN, that seamlessly integrates graph embedding representations with deep learning network. Specifically, we utilize an improved graph embedding model, ERW, to generate comprehensive feature vectors for each node within the knowledge graph. Subsequently, these feature vectors are fed into the BiAN model, which leverages an attention mechanism to assign precise weights to sequences. Experimental results demonstrate the superior accuracy and predictive prowess of ERW-BiAN in DTI prediction tasks. Furthermore, the case about COVID-19 shows that ERW-BiAN has the better application potential for predicting drug-target interactions. © 2024 IEEE.

The anchor-free object detection method avoids the complex hyper-parameter setting problem of the traditional anchor-based method, and has more advantages in accuracy and speed. However, it still has some problems such as low precision of small-scale object detection and poor detection result under complex background. To solve this problem, an improved anchor-free object detection method based on FCOS is proposed in this paper. By adding an efficient channel attention mechanism module to the feature extraction network and using a local cross-channel interaction strategy without dimensionality reduction, the 1D convolution kernel size is adaptively selected to obtain useful dependencies between channels and improve feature extraction capability. A context extraction module is designed in feature fusion network to explore context information from multiple receptive fields and improve classification accuracy. In the training stage, DIoU loss is used to make the regression of the border more stable and accurate, and the training process converges faster. The proposed method is evaluated on COCO2017. The experimental results show that compared with the baseline FCOS method, the average accuracy of the proposed method is improved by 1.3%, which has advantages in comprehensive performance. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

With the rapid advancement of computer vision and artificial intelligence, point clouds have become a pivotal representation of 3D data. However, practical applications of point clouds are hindered by challenges such as noise, structural sparsity, and information occlusion, which complicate computations and degrade the performance of high-precision analyses. While self-supervised learning has proven effective in reducing reliance on annotated data, existing methods predominantly focus on local features, often neglecting global structures and the balance between geometric and semantic information. This paper introduces the Multi-level Consistency Network (MCNet), a novel framework designed to comprehensively explore multi-level feature information in point clouds. MCNet integrates geometric, structural, and high-order semantic supervisory signals, fostering alignment and complementarity of features through self-supervised learning. We propose the Global-Local Synergistic Noise Module (GLSNM), which combines Principal Component Analysis-based Non-Local Noise Addition (PCA-NLNA) with Mask-based Local Noise Injection (Mask-LNI) to balance the preservation of global structures and local details. Additionally, we develop the Multi-level Information Reconstruction Module (MIRM), which employs an attention fusion mechanism to dynamically balance geometric and high-order semantic information, thereby enhancing the model's feature extraction capabilities in complex environments. Extensive experiments demonstrate that MCNet consistently outperforms existing methods across multiple tasks, including meta-classification, few-shot classification, real-world scene classification, fine-grained classification, and segmentation. These results validate the effectiveness of MCNet and its significant contribution to the field of point cloud processing. © 2025, The Authors. All rights reserved.
