We perform decoy-state quantum key distribution between a low-Earth-orbit satellite and multiple ground stations located in Xinglong, Nanshan, and Graz, which establish satellite-to-ground secure keys with ~kHz rate per passage of the satellite Micius over a ground station. The satellite thus establishes a secure key between itself and, say, Xinglong, and another key between itself and, say, Graz. Then, upon request from the ground command, Micius acts as a trusted relay. It performs bitwise exclusive OR operations between the two keys and relays the result to one of the ground stations. That way, a secret key is created between China and Europe at locations separated by 7600 km on Earth. These keys are then used for intercontinental quantum-secured communication. This was on the one hand the transmission of images in a one-time pad configuration from China to Austria as well as from Austria to China. Also, a videoconference was performed between the Austrian Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Sciences, which also included a 280 km optical ground connection between Xinglong and Beijing. Our work points towards an efficient solution for an ultra-long-distance global quantum network, laying the groundwork for a future quantum internet. Copyright © 2018, The Authors. An intra-body communication (IBC) research platform based on virtual instrument was established for the hardware design of IBC transceiver. Firstly, the feasibility of constructing IBC research platform using optic-coupling circuit was verified via comparison of three kinds of measurement methods based on virtual instrument. Then, ASK, FSK and BPSK modulation-demodulation were realized via LabVIEW programming, and user interface of the platform was also designed. The platform could achieve signal transmission or recover under different coupling type, different channel distance and different modulation-demodulation method, etc., by means of dynamic adjusting of platform parameters. Experiment results of capacitive-coupling under the platform indicated the authenticity and feasibility of signal transmission. Finally, a full-floating IBC transceiver was designed aided by the parameters provided by the research platform under the scene of capacitive-coupling, FSK modulation and 180 cm channel distance. Moreover, Bit Error Rate (BER) of the transceiver was less than 1e-5, which meant that it is effective and convenient for the design of IBC transceiver aided by virtual instrument platform.

In view of the difficulty of automatic adjustment, the recovery lag and the major accident potential of the mine ventilation system, an experimental model of the pipe net was established according to the typical one mine and one working face ventilation system of Daliuta coal mine. Using the best uniform approximation method of Chebyshev interpolation to fit the fan performance curve, we experimentally determined fan characteristics with different frequencies and establish the data base for the curves. Based on ventilation network monitoring theory, we designed a monitoring system for ventilation network parameter monitoring and fan operating frequency automatic control. Using the absolute methane emission quantity to predict the air quantity requirement of branch and fan frequency, we established a f-ω regulation model based on fan frequency and absolute methane emission quantity. After analysing methane emission and distribution characteristics, using CO_2 to simulate the methane emission characteristics from a working face, we verified the correctness and rationality of the f-ω regulation model. The fan operation frequency is adjusted by the method of air adjustment change with methane emission quantity and the curve searching method after determining air quantity requirements. The results show that the air quantity in a branch strictly changes according to the f-ω regulation model, in the airincreasing dilution by fan frequency regulation, the CO_2 concentration is limited to the set threshold value. The paper verifies the practicability of a frequency regulation system and the feasibility of the frequency adjustment scheme and provides guidance for the construction of automatic frequency conversion control system in coal mine ventilation networks.

This paper considers the controller design problem for mean-square asymptotical synchronization of discrete-time neural networks with time-varying delay. By applying Lyapunov function method, a delay-dependent sufficient condition is proposed and formulated in the form of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Meanwhile, the feedback controller is derived to guarantee the asymptotical stability of the master-slave system. The nonlinearity in controller is taken into consideration during the process of controller design. A numerical example is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of proposed method.

Sentiment analysis in tourism domain has drawn much attention in past few years, which calls for more precise sentiment word embedding method. The article proposes a kernel optimization function for sentiment word embedding. And the method aims at integrating the semantic information, statistics information and sentiment information and maintains the similarity between sentiment words in terms of sentiment orientation. The experiment result shows that the optimal sentiment vectors successfully extract the features in terms of sentiment information and the difference between concretization and abstraction of a sentiment words.

This paper studies the problem of global stabilization of multiple integrator systems using event-triggered bounded controls. The linear system is described by a chain of integrators of arbitrary length n. A switching event-triggered bounded control law is constructed. This control law switches among a sequence of n event-triggered control laws. A switching strategy is designed for the selection of an individual event-triggered control law and an event-triggering strategy is designed for updating the control value of each of these control laws. This switching event-triggered control law is shown to achieve global asymptotic stabilization. The absence of the Zeno behavior is also established. Simulation results are given to illustrate the theoretical results.
