Typical synthetic aperture radar (SAR) images are two-dimensional, providing range and azimuth information, but furnish few details with respect to elevation. First of all, one approach to extend SAR to three-dimensional imaging is considered. The simplest implementation of this would replace the single antenna element by a linear array oriented vertically. Secondly, the outlining data and image processing for a three-dimensional application is introduced in detail in the paper. Finally, simulation results show that the proposed algorithm is effective, while maintaining good image quality in terms of the reconstructed target response.

A hybrid lifting wavelet-like transform scheme is successfully applied to the solution of electric field integral equation using Rao-Wilton-Glisson basis functions. To speed up the matrix transform process, the lifting scheme is adopted. Numerical examples of different three-dimensional perfectly electric conducting objects are considered. Due to the dynamic nature of the network topology and restricted resources, quality of service (QoS) and stability routing in mobile ad hoc network (MANET) is a challenging task. This paper presents fuzzy controllers based QoS routing algorithm (FQRA). The performance of this scheduler is studied using NS2 and evaluated in terms of quantitative metrics such as path success ratio, average end-to-end delay and throughput. The simulation results shows that the FQRA approach provide an accurate and efficient method of estimating and evaluating the route stability in dynamic mobile networks.

A fast algorithm for computing analysis window of real discrete Gabor transforms based on DCT in order to realize real discrete Gabor transforms efficiently was introduced. The original biorthogonal condition expression of computing analysis window functions was predigested by using the orthogonality of discrete cosine functions, and then divided the original equations set into a set of independent subsystems. Thus this algorithm can save a considerable computation. Some numerical experiments were given to demonstrate the efficiency and advantages of the proposed algorithm. It decreases the computational time compared to the original algorithm.
