Semi-supervised graph domain adaptation, as a branch of graph transfer learning, aims to annotate unlabeled target graph nodes by utilizing transferable knowledge learned from a label-scarce source graph. However, most existing studies primarily concentrate on aligning feature distributions directly to extract domain-invariant features, while ignoring the utilization of the intrinsic structure information in graphs. Inspired by the significance of data structure information in enhancing models' generalization performance, this paper aims to investigate how to leverage the structure information to assist graph transfer learning. To this end, we propose an innovative framework called TFGDA. Specially, TFGDA employs a structure alignment strategy named STSA to encode graphs' topological structure information into the latent space, greatly facilitating the learning of transferable features. To achieve a stable alignment of feature distributions, we also introduce a SDA strategy to mitigate domain discrepancy on the sphere. Moreover, to address the overfitting issue caused by label scarcity, a simple but effective RNC strategy is devised to guide the discriminative clustering of unlabeled nodes. Experiments on various benchmarks demonstrate the superiority of TFGDA over SOTA methods.

In this letter, a set of circularly polarized (CP) multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) cellphone frame antennas for mobile communication applications is proposed. The planar inverted-F antenna (PIFA) and monopole antenna operate at frequencies of 3.5 GHz and 5.5 GHz with impedance and axial ratio (AR) bandwidths overlapping at 11.4% (3.3-3.7 GHz) and 7.3% (5.2-5.6 GHz), respectively. To reduce the electromagnetic coupling between the two antennas, the V-shaped mental fence is added and different rectangular metasurface (RMS) arrays are adopted to enhance the CP radiation performances. This design not only covers 5G communication, LTE, and the 5 GHz Wi-Fi band. It also provides a communication strategy for future direct satellite communication from cellphones, enhancing efficient switching between satellite and cellular networks. © 2002-2011 IEEE.

This work proposes a high-performance broadband orbital angular momentum (OAM) beam-generating metasurface based on optically transparent media. A broadband polarization-converting transmissive metasurface, which operates in the 18 - 24 (28.57% fractional bandwidth) GHz range, has been realized by collaboratively designing dual C-split ring resonator structures and bidirectional lattice-patterned surface networks. The array structure demonstrates typical helical phase distribution features in the K-band, and experimental results verify simulation design. Innovatively employing a composite structure of quartz glass substrate and patterned conductive thin films, the design achieves compatible optimization of 77% visible-light transmittance and microwave broadband performance. This approach breaks through the mutually exclusive limitations of traditional metasurfaces’ optical/electromagnetic properties, providing a highly integrated solution for transparent antenna radomes in satellite communication systems and multi-mode beam multiplexing applications.

Semantic segmentation of remote sensing images (RSIs) is essential for applications such as environmental monitoring, urban planning, and disaster management. Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) and their variants struggle to capture comprehensive spectral context for learning discriminative representations. In this paper, we propose a Spectrum-Enhanced Network (SPENet) that leverages the Frequency Transformer Block (FTB) to capture rich spectral context. FTB integrates Spectrum-Enhanced Attention (SEA) with Multi-Head Frequency Self-Attention (MH-FSA), incorporating more informative contextual cues. Specifically, SEA aggregates spectral statistics through covariance matrix normalization before applying channel-wise attention. By projecting feature maps onto the frequency domain, MH-FSA provides the network with a broader context, extending beyond the low-frequency focus of standard self-attention mechanisms. Extensive experiments on the ISPRS Potsdam and LoveDA datasets show that SPENet significantly outperforms state-of-the-art methods. Besides, the proposed SEA module notably rises average F1-score/overall accuracy/mean insert over union wiht more than 2.5/2.6%/2.3%, as demonstrated by ablation study. © 2025 IEEE.

MRCN: A Novel Modality Restitution and Compensation Network for Visible-Infrared Person Re-identification

Visible-infrared person re-identification (VI-ReID), which aims to search identities across different spectra, is a challenging task due to large cross-modality discrepancy between visible and infrared images. The key to reduce the discrepancy is to filter out identity-irrelevant interference and effectively learn modality-invariant person representations. In this paper, we propose a novel Modality Restitution and Compensation Network (MRCN) to narrow the gap between the two modalities. Specifically, we first reduce the modality discrepancy by using two Instance Normalization (IN) layers. Next, to reduce the influence of IN layers on removing discriminative information and to reduce modality differences, we propose a Modality Restitution Module (MRM) and a Modality Compensation Module (MCM) to respectively distill modality-irrelevant and modality-relevant features from the removed information. Then, the modality-irrelevant features are used to restitute to the normalized visible and infrared features, while the modality-relevant features are used to compensate for the features of the other modality. Furthermore, to better disentangle the modality-relevant features and the modality-irrelevant features, we propose a novel Center-Quadruplet Causal (CQC) loss to encourage the network to effectively learn the modality-relevant features and the modality-irrelevant features. Extensive experiments are conducted to validate the superiority of our method on the challenging SYSU-MM01 and RegDB datasets. More remarkably, our method achieves 95.1% in terms of Rank-1 and 89.2% in terms of mAP on the RegDB dataset. Copyright © 2023, The Authors. All rights reserved.

In this paper, a dual-band antenna for 5G communication based on an antenna design with self-decoupling properties is *** antenna is composed of a self-decoupled antenna unit vertically placed on an 30×80 mm 2 ground plane and printed on 0.8 mm thick FR-4(εr = 4.4, tanδ = 0.02) substrate,and then added a pair of L-shaped coupling feeder structures on this *** shows that the antenna has two operating frequency bands of 3.3-4.2GHz and 4.8-5GHz, and has good transmission and isolation in the above two operating frequency ***,it also has the advantages of small size, self-decoupling,high isolation,simple structure and easy *** antenna can be used as 5G mobile phone communication antenna unit.

A simple broadband slotted circularly-polarized (CP) antenna (SBS-CP) is presented, which mainly consists of a ground structure with a modified slot and an asymmetric feeding structure. The two structures can give different CP characteristics in low and high frequencies. By etching rectangular slots in the ground structure, the coupling effect between feeding and ground structure will be improved and the bandwidth will be broadened. By modeling and optimizing the antenna, the proposed antenna impedance bandwidth (IBW) and axial ratio bandwidth (ARBW) are 113% (2.08~7.46 GHz) and 97% (2.5~7.24 GHz), respectively.

Accurate interpolation algorithms are highly desired in various theoretical and engineering scenarios. Unlike the traditional numerical algorithms that have exact zero-residual constraints on observed points, the neural network-based interpolation methods exhibit non-zero residuals at these points. These residuals, which provide observations of an underlying residual function, can guide predicting interpolation functions, but have not been exploited by the existing approaches. To fill this gap, we propose Hierarchical INTerpolation Network (HINT), which utilizes the residuals on observed points to guide target function estimation in a hierarchical fashion. HINT consists of several sequentially arranged lightweight interpolation blocks. The first interpolation block estimates the main component of the target function, while subsequent blocks predict the residual components using observed points residuals of the preceding blocks. The main component and residual components are accumulated to form the final interpolation results. Furthermore, under the assumption that finer residual prediction requires a more focused attention range on observed points, we utilize hierarchical local constraints in correlation modeling between observed and target points. Extensive experiments demonstrate that HINT outperforms existing interpolation algorithms significantly in terms of interpolation accuracy across a wide variety of datasets, which underscores its potential for practical scenarios.

In order to achieve more efficient and accurate DDoS detection while ensuring data privacy, this paper proposes a DDoS detection method based on FLAD. Firstly, this paper uses the FLAD algorithm to train a global DDoS detection model without leaving local traffic data, protecting the privacy and security of traffic data between different hosts, and improving aggregation efficiency by dynamically adjusting the aggregation weights to adapt to different sub-dataset increments. Secondly, a DDoS traffic detection method based on the integration of LSTM and CNN is proposed, which extracts and analyzes the temporal correlation of traffic data by calculating the statistical characteristics of traffic data within a time period, to achieve real-time detection of traffic feature data. Again, combined with the concept of SDN, real-time defense against DDoS based on ODL-API is implemented, and precise matching of DDoS detection results with network entity information is achieved, realizing the technology of real-time and precise issuance of multiple flow rules, effectively blocking DDoS malicious attack traffic, protecting important entities in the topology, and maintaining stable traffic in the topology. This paper focuses on solving the detection problem of DDoS traffic data increments and uneven data distribution through the FLAD algorithm. Experimental results show that the proposed method improves the accuracy of DDoS attack detection by more than 4% and the F1 Score by more than 7% compared to the FedAvg aggregation algorithm.

The use of anthropomorphic robotic hands for assisting individuals in situations where human hands may be unavailable or unsuitable has gained significant importance. In this paper, we propose a novel task called human-assisting dexterous grasping that aims to train a policy for controlling a robotic hand's fingers to assist users in grasping objects. Unlike conventional dexterous grasping, this task presents a more complex challenge as the policy needs to adapt to diverse user intentions, in addition to the object's geometry. We address this challenge by proposing an approach consisting of two sub-modules: a hand-object-conditional grasping primitive called Grasping Gradient Field (GraspGF), and a history-conditional residual policy. GraspGF learns 'how' to grasp by estimating the gradient from a success grasping example set, while the residual policy determines 'when' and at what speed the grasping action should be executed based on the trajectory history. Experimental results demonstrate the superiority of our proposed method compared to baselines, highlighting user awareness and practicality in real-world applications.
