Optimizing Model-Driven Federated Learning for Rational and Data-Efficient in Social Mobile Network

With the rise of data-intensive services in mobile networks, the demand for intelligent and efficient learning frameworks has grown exponentially. Federated Learning (FL), as an emerging paradigm, enables decentralized edge devices to collaboratively train large models without sharing raw data, ensuring privacy preservation. However, deploying FL in resource-constrained mobile environments faces significant challenges, such as free-riding and malicious behavior. These challenges hinder model performance and raise concerns about data integrity and inter-user cooperation. To address these issues, we propose a layered dynamic framework for social mobile networks, called FedSMN, which aims to enhance the generalization ability of collaboratively trained large models in FL environments. FedSMN leverages Bayesian inference to evaluate user behavior and employs evolutionary game theory to simulate dynamic interactions, thereby optimizing cooperation strategies and reducing communication overhead. Unlike traditional approaches that assume fully rational actors, FedSMN accounts for irrational behavior and fluctuating resources, designing an efficient incentive mechanism to improve data utilization. Extensive experiments on large-scale datasets demonstrate that FedSMN increases model accuracy by 21% and reduces communication overhead by 49%, paving the way for scalable, intelligent mobile networks powered by large models. © 1986-2012 IEEE.

In this paper, a circularly polarized annular slit antenna with a center frequency of 2.15 GHz realized through a metasurface was designed. The metasurface is made up of 5×5 periodic units. The impedance bandwidth of annular slit antenna is 2.08-2.5 GHz and after loading the metasurface the frequency range in which the axis ratio of the antenna is less than 3dB is 2.12-2.18 GHz and the gain reaches 3.5 dBi. The linear polarization antenna can be directly converted into circular polarization antenna by loading the metasurface. Reserch show that antenna loaded with metasurface can be widely used in electronic communication field.

This paper presents a low-profile broadband circularly polarized metasurface antenna based on CPW feed. The antenna works in the 3.9-8.5 GHz frequency band, the metasurface consists of $5\times 5$ square cut corner metal patches printed on the upper surface of the dielectric substrate. In order to make the metasurface have the same characteristics for X polarization and Y polarization, the structure is designed to be symmetric in the slant -45° direction, and the size of the cut angle is changed to generate a circularly polarized wave. According to the phase of the incident wave at different positions on the metasurface, the distance between the 9 radiation elements at the center of the metasurface is 0.3 mm, and the distance between the 16 radiation elements in the outermost layer is 0.4 mm, so as to obtain a more suitable phase compensation. The lower surface of the dielectric substrate adopts a CPW coupling aperture structure as a feed source, and the coupling aperture adopts a stair-shape structure to achieve broadband impedance matching, and the stair-shape aperture is attached to the end of the CPW. The proposed antenna has a simple structure and a low profile, which can be realized by a single-layer printed circuit board (PCB) substrate. To verify the simulation results, a model antenna with an overall size of 0.9$\lambda_{0}$× 0.9$\lambda_{0}$× 0.06$\lambda_{0}$, where $\lambda_{0}$ is the free-space wavelength at 5 GHz, is fabricated. The measurement results show that the -10dB return loss bandwidth reaches 72.8%, the circular polarization axis ratio (AR) is less than 3 dB with a bandwidth of 21.6%, and the highest gain reaches 8.34 dBi, which is almost consistent with the simulation results.

The problem book drawing with a bounded number of crossings per edge asks, given a graph G= (V, E) and two integers k, b, whether there is a k-page book drawing of G such that the maximum number of crossings per edge is at most b. In this paper, we study this problem from a parameterized complexity viewpoint. Specifically, we investigate the problem parameterized by both the maximum number b of crossings per edge and the vertex cover number τ of G, and show that this parameterized problem admits a kernel of size (3 b+ 1 ) · 2O(τ) and admits a fixed-parameter tractable algorithm running in time O((3b+1)·2(3b+2)·2O(τ)+τ·|V| ). Together with our previous result for fixed-order book drawing with a bounded number of crossings per edge (COCOA 2020), our result provides a more complete answer to a question posed by Bhore et al. This brief proposes a recursive constrained sine second-order error promoting adaptive (RCSSOEPA) algorithm. Compared with classical recursive method, the RCSSOEPA algorithm can achieve better steady state performance in impulsive noise. In general, the sine second-order error (SSOE) is constructed to devise a new recursive constrained adaptive-filtering within the least-squares framework for solving linear constrained optimization problems. The mean-square (MS) stability of the RCSSOEPA and its theoretical instantaneous MS deviation under Gaussian and non Gaussian noise are analyzed, numerically investigated and discussed in detail. Simulated results are reported to give a comfirmation of the theoretical analysis, and show that the RCSSOEPA outperforms recent developed constrained adaptive filtering algorithms in the estimation misalignment and when used for system identification under impulsive-noise. © 2023, CC BY.

Dear editor,Polar codes, along with a low complexity successive cancellation(SC) decoding, were discovered in [1] by Ar?kan. It is shown in [2] that the bit errors with the SC decoding are correlated. To improve the performance, other decoding techniques [3, 4] and concatenation schemes [5, 6] were studied. In this study, the theoretical aspects of the error correlation are investigated to improve the decoding performance of polar codes. This is the first attempt to utilize the error correlation to improve the performance of polar codes.

This paper proposes a miniaturized bandpass filter (BPF) based on hexagonal resonator. Compared with the rectangular filter structure the hexagonal structure is compact, which can realize the miniaturization of the filter. The Y-shape branches are added to the three inner corners of the hexagon which are not adjacent to each other. At the same time, the input/output ports (I/O ports) position of is changed, two transmission zeros (TZs) are introduced at the high frequency band, and the size of the filter is reduced to achieve further miniaturization. In order to obtain better selectivity at low frequency, a split-ring resonator (SRR) is etched on the ground plane, and a TZ is introduced at low frequency. The simulation results show that the filter designed in this paper has a center frequency of 7.3 GHz along with a fractional bandwidth of 7.8%, which achieves a minimum insertion loss of 0.43 dB in the passband and a return loss better than 20 dB, three transmission zeros are introduced at 6.61 GHz, 8.06 GHz and 10.04 GHz, respectively. The final size of this filter is $0.23\lambda_{g}*0.29\lambda_{g}$, a reduction of 48.2%.

High-resolution point clouds (HRPCD) anomaly detection (AD) plays a critical role in precision machining and high-end equipment manufacturing. Despite considerable 3D-AD methods that have been proposed recently, they still cannot meet the requirements of the HRPCD-AD task. There are several challenges: i) It is difficult to directly capture HRPCD information due to large amounts of points at the sample level;ii) The advanced transformer-based methods usually obtain anisotropic features, leading to degradation of the representation;iii) The proportion of abnormal areas is very small, which makes it difficult to characterize. To address these challenges, we propose a novel group-level feature-based network, called Group3AD, which has a significantly efficient representation ability. First, we design an Intercluster Uniformity Network (IUN) to present the mapping of different groups in the feature space as several clusters, and obtain a more uniform distribution between clusters representing different parts of the point clouds in the feature space. Then, an Intracluster Alignment Network (IAN) is designed to encourage groups within the cluster to be distributed tightly in the feature space. In addition, we propose an Adaptive Group-Center Selection (AGCS) based on geometric information to improve the pixel density of potential anomalous regions during inference. The experimental results verify the effectiveness of our proposed Group3AD, which surpasses Reg3D-AD by the margin of 5% in terms of object-level AUROC on Real3D-AD. A miniaturized ultra-wideband (UWB) antenna with excellent performance is designed in this paper. The antenna is based on hexagonal metal patch, and a circular arc structure is added on the top of the antenna, which widens the effective frequency band of the antenna. The current path is changed by opening rectangular slots on the surface and bottom of the antenna, which greatly improves the in-band characteristics of the antenna. The size of the antenna is 29mm × 31 mm × 1.5 mm after continuous optimization with HFSS. The final test results show that the impedance bandwidth of the antenna less than -10 dB is 3.5 GHz ∼ 19.5 GHz, and it has good radiation characteristics in this frequency band range. The antenna achieves the design goal of miniaturization and UWB, and has a good application prospect in communication system.

In this paper, a wide stopband bandpass filter with high selectivity is designed, which uses three stepped impedance resonators to form the main body of the filter, which improves the stopband width of the filter, and has a wide stopband to 3f 0 . The parasitic passband of the filter is suppressed by etching the double T-shaped defected ground structure that changes the current distribution on the floor, generate a band gap with band-stop characteristics, the stopband width is over 4f 0 . Transmission zero is introduced by cross coupling resonance. There are two coupling paths for the signal from the input to output, one transmission zero is obtained on the upper stopband, then the selectivity of the filter is improved obviously. The simulation results show that the return loss of the filter can reach 46 dB and the insertion loss is less than 0.5 dB in the passband of 4.8 GHz-5.0 GHz. The stopband attenuation of 5.8 GHz-20 GHz is better than 20 dB. The rectangular coefficient of 30 dB/3dB is 3.72, and the size is 12 * 45.9 mm 2 .
