G-mixing and G-equicontinuity have an important significance in terms of theory and application. According to the definition of mixing and equicontinuity, we give the concept of G-mixing and G-equicontinuity in this paper. By inference, some conclusions of the hyperspace were extended to the hyperspace of topological group action. We have the following result: (1)Letbe the hyperspace ofandbe a pseudo equivariant map. All non-empty open set are invariable for. Ifis a G-mixing map, thenis a G-mixing map;(2)Letbe the hyperspace of andbe a equivariant map. Thenis a G-mild mixing map if and only ifis a G-mild mixing map;(3)Letbe the hyperspace ofandbe a equivariant map. Thenis a G-equicontinuity map if and only ifis a G-equicontinuity map. These results enriched the theory of the G-mixing and G-equicontinuity on the hyperspace of topological group action. © 2020 IEEE.

In this paper, a 15 dB asymmetric broadband directional coupler for 4G and 5G communication is designed. The physical size of the coupler is $13\ \text{mm}\times 60\ \text{mm}$ . The dielectric constant is 4.4 and the thickness of single layer plate is 2 mm. The couplers operate in the 0.8-3.7 GHz band. The coupler has the advantages of bandwidth width, convenient processing and installation. ANSYS HFSS 2019 simulation results shows that in the 0.8-3.7 GHz band, the return loss (S 11 ) is more than 16.4 dB, the insertion loss (S 21 ) is from 0.14 dB to 1.18 dB, the coupling degree (S 31 ) is about 15 dB, and the isolation degree (S 41 ) is more than 29 dB. The method of multi-section coupling line cascade is adopted, to achieve the requirements of bandwidth width. The directivity of the coupler is increased by loading the branches to meet the design requirements of the 15 dB coupler.

Knowledge processing is an important research field in AI. A lot of research practice has proved that it is necessary for a computer to really realize intelligence to have enough knowledge (i.e. knowledge base) and interconnections among knowledge. Otherwise, Johnson has advanced a famous three stage knowledge acquisition model, where knowledge is not isolated but mutually relevant. These sufficiently show that it is necessary and feasible to research knowledge interconnection in knowledge processing. We firstly introduce the CR (concept-relation) model and hierarchical concept graph (HCG), and then research knowledge interconnection in the National Knowledge Infrastructure (NKI).

Analysis of traffic condition is of great significance to urban planning and public administration. However, traditional traffic condition analysis approaches mainly rely on sensors, which are high-cost and limit their coverage. To solve these problems, we propose a semi-supervised learning method which uses the social network data instead and analyzes the traffic condition based on user’s emotion tendency. First we train the Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU) model to estimate the sentiment of microblog with traffic information, then using the emotional tendency to predict whether traffic jams happen or not. In order to reduce the data annotated by manpower, we propose a new idea to employ the Conditional Generative Adversarial Networks (CGAN) to generate samples which are as a supplement to the training set of GRU. Finally compared with the GRU model trained by solely the manual annotation data, our method improves the classification accuracy by 4.07%. We also use our model to predict the time and roads of traffic jams in 4 Chinese cities which is proved to be effective. © 2018, Springer International Publishing AG.

Two Heads Are Better Than One: Improving Fake News Video Detection by Correlating with Neighbors

The prevalence of short video platforms has spawned a lot of fake news videos, which have stronger propagation ability than textual fake news. Thus, automatically detecting fake news videos has been an important countermeasure in practice. Previous works commonly verify each news video individually with multimodal information. Nevertheless, news videos from different perspectives regarding the same event are commonly posted together, which contain complementary or contradictory information and thus can be used to evaluate each other mutually. To this end, we introduce a new and practical paradigm, i.e., cross-sample fake news video detection, and propose a novel framework, Neighbor-Enhanced fakE news video Detection (NEED), which integrates the neighborhood relationship of new videos belonging to the same event. NEED can be readily combined with existing single-sample detectors and further enhance their performances with the proposed graph aggregation (GA) and debunking rectification (DR) modules. Specifically, given the feature representations obtained from single-sample detectors, GA aggregates the neighborhood information with the dynamic graph to enrich the features of independent samples. After that, DR explicitly leverages the relationship between debunking videos and fake news videos to refute the candidate videos via textual and visual consistency. Extensive experiments on the public benchmark demonstrate that NEED greatly improves the performance of both single-modal (up to 8.34% in accuracy) and multimodal (up to 4.97% in accuracy) base detectors. Remote sensing images have important applications in many fields, but these images are often disturbed by noise, which will affect the subsequent application. Based on Gaussian noise removal of remote sensing images, this paper compares four deep learning image denoising algorithms, namely MPRNet, CBDNet, NAFNet and *** use the remote sensing image data set from Shandong Data and Application Center of National High Resolution Earth Observation System, and simulate the real application scenario by slicing and adding noise. Algorithm evaluation indexes PSNR and SSIM are used to compare the performance of each algorithm. In the experiment, we find that NAFNet has better effect on Gaussian noise removal than other algorithms. The main research results are to verify the effect of four algorithms on specific data sets, and summarize their advantages and disadvantages, so as to provide a reference for the application of image denoising algorithms. In addition, this paper is characterized by the use of remote sensing data set to analyze the specific scenario, which has a certain contribution to the research in this *** significance of this paper is to provide a more accurate and efficient algorithm for remote sensing image denoising to solve the interference of Gaussian noise to remote sensing image processing. In short, through the research in this paper, we found that NAFNet had the best effect on image Gaussian noise removal in the remote sensing data set in this paper, and its PSNR reached 28.49 and SSIM reached 0.9928. Among them, PSNR is an index to evaluate image quality, and the higher the value, the better the image quality. It is more conducive to the subsequent target detection of the image;SSIM is an index to measure image similarity. The larger the SSIM value is, the more similar the de-noised image is to the original image, indicating that the image retains the features of the original image to a great extent, and the subsequent target detection

Large amounts of data are produced in system operation, and how to extract effective information from these data has become an important research topic in the industrial application. Dimensionality reduction is a way to refine the data. Because of the low efficiency of the existing methods, these methods can't discover the internal structure of the data. Regarding these problems, a distributed method of dimensionality reduction based on clustering is proposed, which includes the following steps:(1) Clustering the data into some small classes according to the similarity between the data variables; (2) reducing the dimension of data in a small class after being clustered respectively; (3) merging the data after being reduced dimension; (4) classifying the data after being merged by support vector machine (SVM). The data in the simulation is the test data, and the results show that the methods proposed in this paper are better than the existing dimensionality reduction methods.

Video Question Answering (VideoQA) has emerged as a vital tool to evaluate agents' ability to understand human daily behaviors. Despite the recent success of large vision language models in many multi-modal tasks, complex situation reasoning over videos involving multiple human-object interaction events still remains challenging. In contrast, humans can easily tackle it by using a series of episode memories as anchors to quickly locate question-related key moments for reasoning. To mimic this effective reasoning strategy, we propose the Glance-Focus model. One simple way is to apply an action detection model to predict a set of actions as key memories. However, these actions within a closed set vocabulary are hard to generalize to various video domains. Instead of that, we train an Encoder-Decoder to generate a set of dynamic event memories at the glancing stage. Apart from using supervised bipartite matching to obtain the event memories, we further design an unsupervised memory generation method to get rid of dependence on event annotations. Next, at the focusing stage, these event memories act as a bridge to establish the correlation between the questions with high-level event concepts and low-level lengthy video content. Given the question, the model first focuses on the generated key event memory, then focuses on the most relevant moment for reasoning through our designed multi-level cross-attention mechanism. We conduct extensive experiments on four Multi-Event VideoQA benchmarks including STAR, EgoTaskQA, AGQA, and NExT-QA. Our proposed model achieves state-of-the-art results, surpassing current large models in various challenging reasoning tasks. The code and models are available at https://***/ByZ0e/Glance-Focus.

Cryo-Electron Microscopy(cryo-EM)has become a powerful method to study the structure and function of biological ***,in clustering tasks based on the projection angle of particles in cryoEM,the noise considerably affects the clustering *** denoising algorithms are ineffective due to the extremely low signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)of cryo-EM images and the complexity of noise *** noise of a single particle greatly influences the orientation estimation of the subsequent clustering task,and the result of the clustering task directly affects the accuracy of the 3D *** this paper,we propose a construction method of cryo-EM denoising dataset that uses U-Net to extract noise blocks from cryoEM images,superimpose the noise block with the projected pure particles to construct our simulated *** we adopt a supervised generative adversarial network(GAN)with perceptual loss to train on our simulated dataset and denoise the real cryo-EM single *** method can solve the problem of poor denoising performance caused by assuming that the noise of the Gaussian distribution does not conform to the noise distribution of cryo-EM,and it can retain the useful information of particles to a great *** compared traditional image filtering methods and the classic deep learning denoising algorithm DnCNN on the simulated and real *** results show that the method based on deep learning has more advantages than traditional image denoising *** is worth mentioning that our method achieves a competitive peak signal to noise ratio(PSNR)and structural similarity(SSIM).Moreover,visualization results,indicate that our method can retain the structure information and orientation information of particles to a greater extent compared with other state-of-the-art image denoising *** means that our denoising task can provide considerable help for subsequent cryo-EM clustering tasks.
