The development of network has imposed higher requirements on QoS (Quality of Service) for routing, and the emergence of traffic classification techniques, software defined networking (SDN), and programmable network devices has made it possible to quickly identify user needs and route for service traffic requirements. Deep reinforcement learning routing algorithms for existing QoS compliant routing algorithms perform poorly in terms of generalizability. A deep graph reinforcement learning intelligent routing algorithm DDGL applied to SDN scenarios is proposed, which uses GNN to extract the link feature information of SDN data plane for deep reinforcement learning routing decision making, and comprehensively takes into account the performance metrics such as latency, packet loss, throughput, and bandwidth, to improve the algorithm generalization ability and enhance the SDN routing performance.

Cloud storage services have been used by most businesses and individual users. However, data loss, service interruptions and cyber attacks often lead to cloud storage services not being provided properly, and these incidents have caused financial losses to users. Second, traditional and single-cloud model disaster recovery services are no longer suitable for the current complex cloud storage systems. Therefore, a scheme to provide disaster recovery for cloud storage services in a multi-cloud storage environment is needed in real production. In this paper, we propose a disaster recovery scheme based on blockchain technology. The proposed scheme outlined in this study aims to address the issue of data availability within the cloud storage landscape. The proposed scheme achieves this goal by dividing data into hot and cold categories, verifying the integrity of copy data via blockchain technology, and utilizing blockchain networks to manage multi-cloud storage systems. Experimental findings demonstrate that the proposed scheme yields superior results in terms of computation and time overheads. © 2023 IEEE.

This study derived a solution method for Doppler shift positioning of low Earth orbit (LEO) satellites and built a simulation environment for satellite constellation. Addressing the numerical instability and convergence issues of the Gauss-Newton (G-N) iterative algorithm in the solution process, an improved solution method based on the Levenberg-Marquardt (LM) algorithm was proposed. By conducting experiments with different error terms introduced and comparing the experimental results of various methods, it was found that the LM algorithm exhibited superior positioning accuracy in both single-error and mixed-error scenarios. Furthermore, to tackle the sensitivity of the Doppler shift positioning algorithm for low Earth orbit satellites to initial values, a grid search-based method for determining initial values was proposed, thereby reducing the impact of initial values on the positioning results.

With the development of the internet and film industry, filmgoers have published a large amount of review texts in many areas such as film analysis, film sharing, and social media. The interpretation of review texts is diverse and strongly environmentally dependent, which adds more difficulty to the task of text classification. How to quickly and accurately judge the sentiment tendency of review texts and classify them accurately, and improve the application value of review text data has become one of the popular research directions in natural language processing (NLP). This article proposes a film review sentiment analysis model RALT, which combines a text convolutional neural network (TextCNN) with a self-attention mechanism and a fused long short-term memory (LSTM). The model uses the RoBERTa Employing a pre-trained model to produce dynamic textual word embeddings addresses the intricacies associated with polysemy. Sentiment classification experiments were conducted on the IMDB dataset. The experiments were conducted by comparing BERT and RoBERTa with TextCNN, RNN, LSTM, BI-LSTM and other models, and it was found that the proposed model achieved the best accuracy and F1-score in the classification *** experiment showed that the model is suitable for the field of film review sentiment classification.

The development of Large Language Model (LLM) has reached a bottleneck, and in order to solve these problems it is necessary to continue to increase the complexity of the model. The parameters of LLM become larger and larger with the practical requirements of different application scenarios, which increases the difficulty of training as well as inference. One of the approaches to deal with the question is also known as Mixture-of-Experts (MoE), which is based on gated networks. The Mixture-of-Experts is a sparse gate-controlled deep learning model that mainly consists of a set of expert models and a gated model. The basic idea of the Mixture-of-Experts is to partition the input data into multiple regions based on the task type and assign one or more expert models to the data in each region. It is able to achieve excellent performance in complex tasks and flexibly adapt to different input distributions and task scenarios. Its high sparsity improves computational efficiency, and its specialized design enhances the ability to model complex data structures.

Capturing the root cause and propagation path of the fault is critical to ensuring the safety and efficiency of industrial processes, especially those that inadequately utilize process knowledge and data. To address this issue, a unified framework integrating knowledge and data for collaborative root cause identification is proposed. First, the knowledge causal graph (KCG) is constructed using expert knowledge and industrial flow charts, providing a preliminary reference for subsequent causality analysis. Next, by replacing the traditional vector autoregression (VAR) model in Granger Causality (GC) with the gated recurrent unit (GRU), a more reliable causal relationship between variables is obtained. Additionally, a causality fusion propagation path identification method (CF-PPI) is designed to identify the root cause and propagation path of the fault, so that the obtained fault propagation path has less redundancy and higher accuracy. Finally, the method is validated using data from the ASHRAE RP-1043 centrifugal chiller.

Anomaly detection refers to the identification of data objects that deviate from the general data distribution. One of the important challenges in anomaly detection is handling high-dimensional data, especially when it contains a large number of redundant attributes. Although traditional Isolation Forest (iForest) and Extended Isolation Forest (EIF) have performed well in anomaly detection, the detection accuracy is still extremely influenced by redundant attributes. In this paper, we propose a two-tier architecture named RS-EIF, to alleviate the negative impact of redundant attributes. Specifically, the RS-EIF combines the rough set theory and EIF algorithm and provides an effective basis for the EIF-based anomaly detection method by removing redundant attributes with rough set theory. Experimental results show that the RS-EIF algorithm performs better than the iForest and EIF algorithms in terms of anomaly detection rate, and the results of the combination of rough set theory and EIF are more prominent compared to the other combination methods. © 2023 IEEE.

Self-dual codes have been studied actively because they are connected with mathematical structures including block designs and lattices and have practical applications in quantum error-correcting codes and secret sharing schemes. Nevertheless, there has been less attention to construct self-dual codes from self-orthogonal codes with smaller dimensions. Hence, the main purpose of this paper is to propose a way to expand any self-orthogonal code over a ring Z4 to many self-dual codes over Z4. We show that all self-dual codes over Z4 of lengths 4 to 8 can be constructed this way. Furthermore, we have found five new self-dual codes over Z4 of lengths 27, 28, 29, 33, and 34 with the highest Euclidean weight 12. Moreover, using Construction A applied to our new Euclidean-optimal self-dual codes over Z4, we have constructed a new odd extremal unimodular lattice in dimension 34 whose kissing number was not previously known. © 2024, CC0.

Remote Sensing Image Segmentation Using Vision Mamba and Multi-Scale Multi-Frequency Feature Fusion

As remote sensing imaging technology continues to advance and evolve, processing high-resolution and diversified satellite imagery to improve segmentation accuracy and enhance interpretation efficiency emerg as a pivotal area of investigation within the realm of remote sensing. Although segmentation algorithms based on CNNs and Transformers achieve significant progress in performance, balancing segmentation accuracy and computational complexity remains challenging, limiting their wide application in practical tasks. To address this, this paper introduces state space model (SSM) and proposes a novel hybrid semantic segmentation network based on vision Mamba (CVMH-UNet). This method designs a cross-scanning visual state space block (CVSSBlock) that uses cross 2D scanning (CS2D) to fully capture global information from multiple directions, while by incorporating convolutional neural network branches to overcome the constraints of Vision Mamba (VMamba) in acquiring local information, this approach facilitates a comprehensive analysis of both global and local features. Furthermore, to address the issue of limited discriminative power and the difficulty in achieving detailed fusion with direct skip connections, a multi-frequency multi-scale feature fusion block (MFMSBlock) is designed. This module introduces multi-frequency information through 2D discrete cosine transform (2D DCT) to enhance information utilization and provides additional scale local detail information through point-wise convolution branches. Finally, it aggregates multi-scale information along the channel dimension, achieving refined feature fusion. Findings from experiments conducted on renowned datasets of remote sensing imagery demonstrate that proposed CVMH-UNet achieves superior segmentation performance while maintaining low computational complexity, outperforming surpassing current leading-edge segmentation algorithms. Unsupervised domain adaptation (UDA) attracts extra attention in medical image processing because no additional labels are required when adapting to different distributions. In this work, we propose a novel unsupervised domain adaptation framework named as Domain Expansion and PseudoLabeling (DEPL). We extend the domain of a labeled source domain data to four different distributed domains and use adversarial learning to align the image appearance level and feature level from the four different domains to the unlabeled target domain. In addition, we propose a selective pseudolabeling mechanism, namely using strong confidence pseudolabeling to boost model performance. We evaluate our model for the MR to CT adaptation segmentation task on the public dataset MMWHS. Compared to seven other state-of-the-art segmentation methods, our DEPL achieves the best Dice similarity coefficient by 82.4%, which is at least 3.9% higher than the other UDA segmentation methods.
