In this paper, we propose a novel convolutional neural network based on boundary-guided and region-aware (BGRA-Net) for breast tumor segmentation in ultrasound images. In particular, in the encoding stage, we propose a boundary-guided module (BGM) to guide the learning of boundary features in the decoding stage by explicitly strengthening the extracted boundary information. Meanwhile, in the decoding stage, we propose a region-aware module (RAM) to integrate different levels of detailed and semantic features to improve the comprehensive representation of tumor regional features. Besides, a scale-adaptive module (SAM) is further proposed to capture the characteristics of tumors with different sizes between the encoding and decoding stages. To evaluate the effectiveness of our BGRA-Net, we conduct extensive experiments on the UDIAT dataset and compare it with eight state-of-the-art methods. The experimental results show that our BGRA-Net outperforms the state-of-the-art methods and can achieve accurate segmentation of breast tumors with ambiguous boundaries.

A UWB MIMO antenna based on angle diversity technology is proposed in this paper. This antenna integrates Vivaldi antenna and UWB slot antenna with a compact size of 26×26mm 2 , the difference of radiation pattern can realize lower coupling between different antenna units. Less than -19 dB isolation between different ports can be obtained through the whole UWB band (3.1-10.6GHz). In addition, the combination of one C-Shaped structure and two L-Shaped structures (CLL) avoids the interference of WLAN (5.125-5.825GHz) band. The proposed antenna has good performance, which is suitable for UWB communication system.

Existing heuristic evolutionary approaches are effective to solve the multi-module satellite packing problem. But for them, payload allocation and packing optimization are achieved in two different stages. And for their heuristics there are faults of weaker generality and less candidate location. So, a biased random key heuristic genetic approach is proposed for the collaborative payload allocation and packing for multi-module satellite (MSRKHGA). The firstly, by coding and decoding the random key individual and using GA operator, the organic combination of the payload allocation and packing optimization is achieved. Secondly, by region-positioning it can avoid the time-consuming overlapping calculation between individuals and dynamically generate more candidate regions for payloads to be packed. Numerical experiments show that all index of the proposed MSRKHGA approach are superior obviously to those of existing approaches.

A novel structure based on the coplanar electromagnetic band-gap (EBG) power plane is proposed to realize the ultrawideband suppression of simultaneous switching noise (SSN). The proposed EBG structure is realized with a combination of L-shaped Bridge and slit EBG structure which is inserted by a complementary split ring resonator (CSRR). From the simulated results of the proposed EBG structure, a wideband suppression of SSN ranges from 340 MHz to 20 GHz is achieved with a high mitigation level of -40 dB. Compared with the earlier published structures, the suppression effect is greatly improved.

This paper presents an ultra-wideband (UWB) multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) antenna with a small size of 41×41×1.6mm 3 . Double notched bands are obtained by introducing C-shaped slot and L-shaped slot. The proposed antenna exhibits good UWB performance, it achieves impedance bandwidth from 3.1GHz to 10.8GHz, and better than -15dB of isolation over the entire operating band, with adaptable double band rejection to avoid interference caused by two narrow frequency bands WLAN (5.15-5.85 GHz) and X-band satellite communication systems (7.25-7.75 GHz).

In this paper, a novel broadband Coplanar Waveguide(CPW)-fed slot antenna working at Ka-band is presented. A wideband performance is realized by slot coupling between the rectangular stub and the surrounding ground plane for millimeter wave applications. Meanwhile, an asymmetric CPW structure is introduced to improve the antenna bandwidth, by adjusting the width of the rectangular stub, two different resonance frequencies of the narrow slots around the stub are generated close to the center frequency to achieve a wider band-width. The designed CPW slot antenna exhibits a wide impedance bandwidth over 42.4% and an average gain of 3 dBi.
