A High-Quality and Efficient Bus-Aware Global Router

As advanced technology nodes enter the nanometer era, the complexity of integrated circuit design is increasing, and the proportion of bus in the net is also increasing. The bus routing has become a key factor affecting the performance of the chip. In addition, the existing research does not distinguish between bus and non-bus in the complete global routing process, which directly leads to the expansion of bus deviation and the degradation of chip performance. In order to solve these problems, we propose a high-quality and efficient bus-aware global router, which includes the following key strategies: By introducing the routing density graph, we propose a routing model that can simultaneously consider the routability of non-bus and the deviation value of bus;A dynamic routing resource adjustment algorithm is proposed to optimize the bus deviation and wirelength simultaneously, which can effectively reduce the bus deviation;We propose a layer assignment algorithm consider deviation to significantly reduce the bus deviation of the 3D routing solution;And a depth-first search (DFS)-based algorithm is proposed to obtain multiple routing solutions, from which the routing result with the lowest deviation is selected. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithms can effectively reduce bus deviation compared with the existing algorithms, so as to obtain high-quality 2D and 3D routing solutions considering bus deviation.

Folk songs take language as the carrier, and the singing tune and cultural connotation of singing are the important research contents of many music scholars, ethnologists, and linguists. In the process of folk song singing, the vocalization of the singing voice has an important influence on the singing voice and artistic performance. The state of the singing pronunciation can be carefully observed through the acoustic analysis of the voice. This paper will introduce the specific application of voice acoustic analysis method in the research of folk song singing. Combined with the singing characteristics of folk songs, the vocal type of singing voice can be obtained through the parameters of voice acoustic analysis. The significance and the feasibility of the application of voice acoustic analysis in folk song research will be further explored. Self-Supervised Semantic Segmentation, aiming to leverage masses of unlabeled data for boosting semantic segmentation, has been rapidly emerging as an active task in recent years. However, existing self-supervised semantic segmentation approaches mainly focus on planar images, leaving multiple distorted objects encountered in panoramic images unexplored due to the formidable challenge of handling heterogeneous degrees of distortions across different locations. In this paper, we propose a novel Self-Supervised Panoramic Semantic Segmentation model, termed DASC-SPT, built upon the mainstream contrastive learning framework. Towards distortions in panoramic images, we present two structures to better learn from distorted features by applying planar images. For the input images of self-supervision, we design a Spherical Projection Transformation (SPT) strategy that involves randomly projecting planar images onto various locations of the sphere to introduce the distortions. For pixel-wise distorted features, we construct a Deformation-aware Sampling Consistency (DASC) framework to further utilize the shared content and discrepancies caused by different distortions of paired views, where the deformation-aware consistency can be quantified on pixel-wise features. Both of the two components facilitate the model to adapt to distortions and boost panoramic semantic segmentation. Extensive comprehensive experiments on three panoramic datasets demonstrate the effectiveness and superiority of DASC-SPT approach. © 2025 IEEE.

Singing speech synthesis is a method to convert the information of lyrics and music score into singing speech. It usually uses statistical parametric synthesis, hidden Markov model-based method, and deep learning method. The naturalness of the synthesized singing voice has been significantly improved, but the naturalness of the special singing method for folk songs is low. Special singing methods are important methods for expressing the artistic characteristics of various folk songs, and it is also an important content in the study of folk song’s ontology. At present, in the field of artificial intelligence, singing speech recognition and synthesis has gradually become a hot research field. In the research of folk song speech recognition and synthesis, the research of special singing method is the key and difficult point. Through the method of phonetic and acoustic analysis, we can quantify and refine the study of special singing methods in folk songs. Taking the folk song "The Precious Horse on the Prairie", which is from the eastern of Yugur nationality in China as an example. Based on the speech signal acquisition, this paper performs an acoustic analysis by using Praat software to extract the fundamental frequency, intensity, jitter, shimmer, the first formant, and the third formant from the segments of drag cavity in this song. What’s more it also summarizes the acoustic characteristics of the drag cavity, in order to provide some method and data reference for the study of special singing methods of folk songs and singing speech synthesis. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

A compact, wideband circularly polarized (CP) patch antenna based on the metasurface (MS) is presented. The antenna composed of a truncated corner square patch with four L-shaped axial ratio (AR) tuning stubs is sandwiched between the metasurface (MS) and the ground plane. The MS is composed of a lattice of 4 × 4 periodic metal plates. When surface waves on the MS are stimulated within the antenna structure, it will broaden the impedance bandwidth and AR bandwidth of the antenna. The proposed antenna adopts a stacked layout with an overall size of 40mm × 40mm × 4.5mm (0.71λ 0 × 0.71λ 0 × 0.08λ 0 , at 5.3 GHz). The simulation results show a |S 11 | < -10 dB bandwidth of 4.24-6.38 GHz (40.3%) and 3 dB AR bandwidth of 4.42-5.45 GHz (20.9%). Additionally, it achieves a peak gain of 8.67 dBi.

In order to reconfigure its structure from the static state in the vision odd ball task, so as to realize the intention recognition based on the characteristics of the brain functional network. The thesis proposes the intention recognition method based on resting state and P300 task state dynamic brain functional network features. First, the brain connectivity in each time window is constructed into a brain functional network using phase lock value (PLV). Then, extract the global features (global efficiency, transitivity) of the brain functional network, and use Louvain algorithm to obtain the brain functional network community. The experimental results show that in the (100-200) ms of P300 task status, the core nodes are mainly concentrated in the forehead region and the central region, while in the (300-500) ms of P300, the core nodes are concentrated in the temporal lobe. The recognition accuracy based on this method reaches 93%. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

We address the problem of learning new classes for semantic segmentation models from few examples, which is challenging because of the following two reasons. Firstly, it is difficult to learn from limited novel data to capture the underlying class distribution. Secondly, it is challenging to retain knowledge for existing classes and to avoid catastrophic forgetting. For learning from limited data, we propose a pseudo-labeling strategy to augment the few-shot training annotations in order to learn novel classes more effectively. Given only one or a few images labeled with the novel classes and a much larger set of unlabeled images, we transfer the knowledge from labeled images to unlabeled images with a coarse-to-fine pseudo-labeling approach in two steps. Specifically, we first match each labeled image to its nearest neighbors in the unlabeled image set at the scene level, in order to obtain images with a similar scene layout. This is followed by obtaining pseudo-labels within this neighborhood by applying classifiers learned on the few-shot annotations. In addition, we use knowledge distillation on both labeled and unlabeled data to retain knowledge on existing classes. We integrate the above steps into a single convolutional neural network with a unified learning objective. Extensive experiments on the Cityscapes and KITTI datasets validate the efficacy of the proposed approach in the self-driving domain. Complex lighting is one of the most challenging problems in automatic guided vehicle (AGV) vision recognition system. In order to overcome the influence of uneven illumination on the accuracy and robustness of path recognition, this paper proposes the LCS based visual recognition for AGV guide paths under complex illumination conditions method, which converts the collected image into an invariant image through logarithmic chromaticity space (LCS) to eliminate the influence of illumination, and the minimum average entropy angle is used as the projection angle to generate the invariant image to improve the speed of image conversion to the invariant image. Experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the robustness of AGV vision recognition system under complex lighting conditions. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

This paper proposes a metasurface-based left-handed circularly polarized (CP) sequential rotating metasurface-based (MTS) antenna array for C-band. The array comprises a cluster of 4 × 4 periodically aligned MTS cells, which exhibit excellent performance at a low profile of 0.08 λ 0 . The antenna array is constructed on a Rogers RO4003 dielectric board in two layers. The upper surface of the upper layer is the MTS, the floor has a gap between the upper and lower layers, and the lower surface of the lower layer is the sequential feed network. The simulation conducted in HFSS software yielded an integrated bandwidth (IBW) of 95% (3.79-8.54 GHz) and an antenna radiation bandwidth (ARBW) of 49.8% (3.77-6.26 GHz), respectively. The dimensions of the antenna are 1.33λ 0 × 1.33λ 0 × 0.08λ 0 . This configuration results in a miniaturized, compact, and low-profile antenna array. This antenna configuration is applicable to satellite communications using circularly polarized waves through MTS units.

In this paper, a SIR-coupled dual-band bandpass filter is proposed, which has lower insertion loss, better out-of-band rejection. The bandpass characteristics of the dual-band are obtained by bending the SIR and coupling it, and loading the shaped branches. By changing the shape of the shaped branches, a transmission pole is added in the first passband, which reduces the insertion loss of the filter and improves the rejection effect of the stopband. The simulation results show that the dual-frequency bandpass filter has a center frequency of 6.26GHz, an insertion loss of 0.17dB, a return loss of less than -27.8dB, and a relative bandwidth of 15.5% for the low band, and an insertion loss of 0.67dB, a return loss of less than -15.8dB, and a relative bandwidth of 11.6% for the high band, at a center frequency of 9.26GHz.
