Collaborative filtering techniques have been applied to personalised recommendation systems in recommender systems. However, with the gradual increase in the number of platform users and goods, the user rating data on the entire project matrix is extremely sparse, resulting in the inaccuracy of the prediction results. DeepWalk, on the other hand, still performs well when the data is sparse. Therefore, DeepWalk is introduced into collaborative filtering, and a fusion recommendation algorithm based on DeepWalk and collaborative filtering is proposed to reduce the impact of cold start and sparsity on the recommendation results. Experiments show that the proposed fusion recommendation algorithm has higher recommendation accuracy when the data is sparse compared with other traditional algorithms, which improves the recommendation quality to a certain extent. © 2022 IEEE.

Artificial intelligence(AI) systems surpass certain human intelligence abilities in a statistical sense as a whole, but are not yet the true realization of these human intelligence abilities and behaviors. There are differences, and even contradictions, between the cognition and behavior of AI systems and humans. With the goal of achieving general AI, this study contains a review of the role of cognitive science in inspiring the development of the three mainstream academic branches of AI based on the three-layer framework proposed by David Marr, and the limitations of the current development of AI are explored and analyzed. The differences and inconsistencies between the cognition mechanisms of the human brain and the computation mechanisms of AI systems are analyzed. They are found to be the cause of the differences and contradictions between the cognition and behavior of AI systems and humans. Additionally, eight important research directions and their scientific issues that need to focus on braininspired AI research are proposed: highly imitated bionic information processing, a large-scale deep learning model that balances structure and function, multi-granularity joint problem solving bidirectionally driven by data and knowledge, AI models that simulate specific brain structures, a collaborative processing mechanism with the physical separation of perceptual processing and interpretive analysis, embodied intelligence that integrates the brain cognitive mechanism and AI computation mechanisms,intelligence simulation from individual intelligence to group intelligence(social intelligence), and AI-assisted brain cognitive intelligence.

In this paper, an optimized enhanced-mode p-GaN high electron mobility transistor (p-GaN HEMT) is proposed, in which the barrier layer is set into a composite structure with a lateral gradient of Aluminum component (LGC) from the drain edge under the gate towards both source and drain, respectively. By leveraging the polarization effects from different heterojunctions, a two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG) with gradually changing density is formed laterally in the channel layer, which more precisely modulates the electric field distribution in the gate-drain region, enhances the voltage resistance of it, and reduces leakage current, thereby enhancing the breakdown voltage of the device and improving the output performance. The breakdown voltage of the proposed optimized LGC-HEMT under simulation is 716.73V, which is 13.1 % higher than that of the conventional p-GaN HEMT (633.64V), while the specific on-resistance $(\mathrm{R}_{\mathrm{o}\mathrm{n},\mathrm{s}\mathrm{p}})$ is only 1.34 $m\Omega\cdot cm^{2}$ , and the Baliga's figure of merit (BFOM) changes from 216.42 to 382.68 $MW/cm^2$ , which is 76.82% higher, hinting at the promising potential of the proposed HEMT.

Airway extraction is paramount in the early diagnosis and treatment of respiratory diseases. As a tree-like structure, both topological-aware learning and voxel-wise classification are equally crucial for the airway. However, existing methods demonstrate insufficient topological learning, emphasizing only the supervision of individual key topological points. Consequently, this paper proposes a Explicit Topological Modeling (ExpTopo) approach to aid airway segmentation. It explicitly introduces topological metric space learning based on semantic segmentation, enhancing the model's structural perception by implementing global skeleton-level sparse topological learning (STL) and local voxel-level dense topological perception (DTP). Extensive experimental results demonstrate that the algorithm achieves competitive performance at both the topological and voxel levels. A broadband transmissive linear-to-circular polarization conversion metamaterial composed of 5-layer '-shaped units was designed, and it was placed directly above the ordinary linear polarization antenna so that the antenna can radiate circular polarization waves. The 3dB axial ratio bandwidth is 11.5GHz-14.5GHz, and the relative axial ratio bandwidth reaches 23%, which proves that the polarization conversion surface has good polarization conversion characteristics. © 2021 Applied Computational Electromagnetics Society (ACES).

A Multi-Layer Cyclic Predictive Reversible Hiding Scheme for Data Blind Extraction of Compressed Domain

Reversible data hiding in compressed sensing (CS) domains has been extensively studied in recent years. The proposal and development of reversible data hiding schemes in this domain have made it possible to hide large-capacity data in CS signals. However, existing reversible data hiding schemes in the CS domain face several challenges and limitations while realizing high-capacity data hiding. First, existing schemes usually lack directly usable measurements, which prevents the secret-carrying measurements from being directly used to reconstruct the original image, and thus can be easily detected during the transmission of the secret information. Second, some schemes generate auxiliary information when hiding the secret information, and these auxiliary information require an additional secure channel for transmission to ensure the correct extraction of the secret information, thus these schemes are unable to realize the blind extraction of the secret information. To address these problems, this paper proposes a new scheme, i. e., multi-layer cyclic predictive reversible hiding scheme for data blind-extraction of compressed domain. This new scheme utilizes the asymptotic recovery property of CS and the prediction error expansion technique to hide and extract data through multi-layer cyclic prediction. Specifically, this scheme performs cyclic prediction of CS measurements by CS multilayer cyclic prediction embedding technique and generates sharp histograms of prediction errors, which provide a large-capacity space for secret data embedding. Then, the additional information is embedded in the prediction error and then superimposed on the measurements by employing the histogram shifting method, and finally the auxiliary information is hidden in the lowest significant bit of the measurements in the specified region. Stress is an integral state that affects physical and mental health of individuals. Tissue Oxygen Saturation (StO2) is an emerging physiological signal and can reflect different stress states. Previous studies have simply extracted features of StO2 from specific regions of the face without exploring potential associations between them. In this paper, we analyze the facial Region of Interest (ROI) based on StO2, so as to explore the deep relationship between ROIs. Building upon this, we construct, for the first time, a StO2-based facial graph structure for stress recognition by using ROIs as nodes. In addition, we propose a new graph pooling method called FTPool which allows to measure node significance in terms of both node characteristics and graph topology. Finally, we further propose a dual-stream network (GCNet) combining GNN and CNN for the baseline-independent stress recognition. The experimental results show that the proposed GCNet can achieve state-of-the-art (SOTA) results with an accuracy of 78.57% on the original unbalanced database. © 2023 IEEE.

Hair editing is a critical image synthesis task that aims to edit hair color and hairstyle using text descriptions or reference images, while preserving irrelevant attributes (e.g., identity, background, cloth). Many existing methods are based on StyleGAN to address this task. However, due to the limited spatial distribution of StyleGAN, it struggles with multiple hair color editing and facial preservation. Considering the advancements in diffusion models, we utilize Latent Diffusion Models (LDMs) for hairstyle editing. Our approach introduces Multi-stage Hairstyle Blend (MHB), effectively separating control of hair color and hairstyle in diffusion latent space. Additionally, we train a warping module to align the hair color with the target region. To further enhance multi-color hairstyle editing, we fine-tuned a CLIP model using a multi-color hairstyle dataset. Our method not only tackles the complexity of multi-color hairstyles but also addresses the challenge of preserving original colors during diffusion editing. Extensive experiments showcase the superiority of our method in editing multi-color hairstyles while preserving facial attributes given textual descriptions and reference images. © 2024 Neural information processing systems foundation. An essential challenge in graph data analysis and mining is to simply and effectively deal with large-scale network data that is expanding dynamically. Although batch-based parallel graph computation frameworks have better accuracy, they cannot process incremental data on time and need to be recomputed. To process real-time data, stream processing applications need to be redeveloped, which increases the redundancy of work, and some existing dynamic graph computation schemes are not generalizable. This paper proposes a unified stream and batch graph computing model(USBGM). The model is compatible with both stream and batch graph computing. Graph operators and algorithms developed based on the model can handle stream and batch graph data in a unified manner.
