Many existing methods of forecasting the state- of-health(SOH) assume that training and testing data follow the same distribution. The model based on dataset under one working condition may be ineffective for the dataset under another working condition due to the distribution discrepancy. In order to meet this challenge, this paper proposes an improved method Mutual Information Domain-Adversial Neural Networks (DANN) based on domain adaptation, which improves the domain discriminator to better extract domain invariant features. In addition, to avoid the loss of target information, the mutual information among target features, source features, and original target data is calculated to fix the features on the target site during the migration process. Different from the traditional methods, we only use 40% of the data sets for training, and the rest are used for prediction, so we can complete the prediction of more scenes. Experimental results show that this method can accurately and stably predict SOH.

Multi-intent spoken language understanding joint model can handle multiple intents in an utterance and is closer to complicated real-world scenarios, attracting increasing attention. However, existing research (1) usually focuses on identifying implicit correlations between utterances and one-hot encoding while ignoring intuitive and explicit original label characteristics; (2) only considers the token-level intent-slot interaction, which results in the limitation of the performance. In this paper, we propose a Label-Aware Graph Interaction Model (LAGIM), which captures the correlation between utterances and explicit labels’ semantics to deliver enriched priors. Then, a global graph interaction module is constructed to model the sentence-level interaction between intents and slots. Specifically, we propose a novel framework to model the global interactive graph based on the injection of the original label semantics, which can fuse explicit original label features and provide global optimization. Experimental results show that our model outperforms existing approaches, achieving a relative improvement of 11.9% and 2.1% overall accuracy over the previous state-of-the-art model on the MixATIS and MixSnips datasets, respectively.

In order to achieve more efficient and accurate DDoS detection while ensuring data privacy, this paper proposes a DDoS detection method based on FLAD. Firstly, this paper uses the FLAD algorithm to train a global DDoS detection model without leaving local traffic data, protecting the privacy and security of traffic data between different hosts, and improving aggregation efficiency by dynamically adjusting the aggregation weights to adapt to different sub-dataset increments. Secondly, a DDoS traffic detection method based on the integration of LSTM and CNN is proposed, which extracts and analyzes the temporal correlation of traffic data by calculating the statistical characteristics of traffic data within a time period, to achieve real-time detection of traffic feature data. Again, combined with the concept of SDN, real-time defense against DDoS based on ODL-API is implemented, and precise matching of DDoS detection results with network entity information is achieved, realizing the technology of real-time and precise issuance of multiple flow rules, effectively blocking DDoS malicious attack traffic, protecting important entities in the topology, and maintaining stable traffic in the topology. This paper focuses on solving the detection problem of DDoS traffic data increments and uneven data distribution through the FLAD algorithm. Experimental results show that the proposed method improves the accuracy of DDoS attack detection by more than 4% and the F1 Score by more than 7% compared to the FedAvg aggregation algorithm. © 2024 IEEE.

Dynamic graphs (DG) represent evolving interactions between entities in various real-world scenarios. Many existing DG representation learning models employ a combination of graph convolutional networks and sequence neural networks to capture spatial-temporal dependencies. However, this hybrid approach often fails to effectively capture the spatial-temporal continuity inherent in DGs. In this paper, we propose a novel approach called the Tensor Graph Convolutional Network (TGCN) to learn DG representations within a unified convolution framework based on tensor products. Our approach is founded on two key principles: (a) representing DG information in tensor form, and (b) leveraging tensor product operations to design a graph convolutional network that simultaneously models spatial and temporal features. Experimental results on three real-world DG datasets demonstrate that our proposed model achieves state-of-the-art performance. © 2024 IEEE.

Anomaly detection refers to the identification of data objects that deviate from the general data distribution. One of the important challenges in anomaly detection is handling high-dimensional data, especially when it contains a large number of redundant attributes. Although traditional Isolation Forest (iForest) and Extended Isolation Forest (EIF) have performed well in anomaly detection, the detection accuracy is still extremely influenced by redundant attributes. In this paper, we propose a two-tier architecture named RS-EIF, to alleviate the negative impact of redundant attributes. Specifically, the RS-EIF combines the rough set theory and EIF algorithm and provides an effective basis for the EIF-based anomaly detection method by removing redundant attributes with rough set theory. Experimental results show that the RS-EIF algorithm performs better than the iForest and EIF algorithms in terms of anomaly detection rate, and the results of the combination of rough set theory and EIF are more prominent compared to the other combination methods. © 2023 IEEE.

Strong noise is one of the biggest challenges in controlled-source electromagnetic (CSEM) exploration, which severely affects the quality of the recorded signal. We develop a novel and effective CSEM noise attenuation method that integrates a deep convolutional neural network (DCNN) with a high-quality sounding curve screening mechanism. This method first uses a DCNN to learn the large-scale noise characteristics of CSEM measured data and build a DCNN denoising model for attenuating the noise. Because some impulse noise remains after DCNN denoising, the high-quality sounding curve screening mechanism is innovatively applied to optimize the DCNN denoised data. The core of this method is the smoothness value (SV), which quantitatively evaluates the smoothness of the sounding curve (apparent resistivity curve). In effect, the mechanism segments the overall DCNN denoised data and calculates the corresponding sounding curve and its SV for each segment. The highest-quality sounding curve can be screened out by comparing the SVs of all curves as well as obtaining the highest-quality data segment present in the overall DCNN denoised data. Finally, our method is validated with synthetic and field data, demonstrating its feasibility and effectiveness in attenuating large-scale CSEM noise. The quality of CSEM data, which is heavily affected by noise, is significantly improved after processing by our method. © 2025 Society of Exploration Geophysicists. All rights reserved.

Knowledge Graph (KG) is an essential research direction that involves storing and managing knowledge data, but its incompleteness and sparsity hinder its development in various applications. Knowledge Graph Reasoning (KGR) is an effective method to solve this limitation via reasoning missing knowledge based on existing knowledge. The graph Convolution Network (GCN) based method is one of the state-of-the-art approaches to this work. However, there are still some problems, such as the insufficient ability to perceive graph structure and the poor effect of learning data features which may limit the reasoning accuracy. This paper proposes a KGR architecture based on a graph sequence generator and multi-head self-attention mechanism, named GaM-KGR, to improve the above problems and enhance prediction accuracy. Specifically, the GaM-KGR first introduces the graph generation model into the field of KGR for graph representation learning to obtain the hidden features in the data so that enhancing the reasoning effect and then embeds the generated graph sequence into the multi-head self-attention mechanism for subsequent processing to improve the graph structure perception ability of the proposed architecture, so that it can process the graph structure data more appropriately. Extensive experimental results show that the GaM-KGR architecture can achieve the state-of-the-art prediction results of current GCN-based models. © 2023 IEEE.

In this paper we extend our previous research on coherent observer-based pole placement approach to study the synthesis of robust decoherence-free (DF) modes for linear quantum passive systems, which is aimed at preservation of quantum information. In particular, DF modes can be generated by placing the poles on the imaginary axis via a coherent feedback design scheme, and these modes can further be simultaneously made robust against perturbations to the system parameters by minimizing the condition number associated with imaginary poles. We develop explicit algebraic conditions for the existence of such a coherent quantum controller, with the corresponding deign procedure provided. Examples are given to illustrate the process of tuning the DF modes towards perfect robustness via the proposed pole placement technique. © 2024 IEEE.
