Voltage traveling wave sensor is one of the key equipment for accurate detection of traveling wave signal. The existing traveling wave sensor has the problems of poor transmission characteristics of traveling wave signal and inconsistent traveling wave shapes on the primary side and secondary side. Aiming at the problem of abnormal distortion of existing sensors in high-frequency signal transmission, this paper first analyzes the working principle of traveling wave sensor, then analyzes the theoretical model of voltage traveling wave sensor and the transmission and variation characteristics of traveling wave sensor for high-frequency signal, reasonably selects the function model suitable for traveling wave signal detection, and finally through simulation analysis, it is concluded that the centralized equivalent simulation model can be selected as the simulation model of traveling wave sensor, and the traveling wave shape transmission characteristics of primary side and secondary side are good, which effectively solves the problems of traveling wave signal simulation analysis and research and accurate detection.

Student performance early warning based on data mining

Student performance in higher education is related to many complicated factors and always has uncertainty, so early warning of it is a very difficult issue. In this study, a systematic review was first carried out on student performance prediction and early warning using data mining techniques, including basic data sources, evaluating factors, predicting methods, application tools, and practices. Then, insufficiencies of the related studies were discussed, including incomprehensive source data, inadaptable and unspecialized calculation methods, and lack of integrated methodology systems in practice. Finally, a solution design was proposed, consisting of learning situation big data, a systematic early warning model, and an integrated information support system. Preliminary experiment results showed that it could identify at-risk students in a timely manner and improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of early warning education management in practice, so it is of both academic and practical significance in promoting the deep integration of information technology and early warning education. © 2019 Totem Publisher, Inc. Aiming at the environmental differences and plant adaptability problems in the ex-situ conservation of rare and endangered plants, this paper proposes a framework for natural return of plants constructed using BeiDou's high-precision spatiotemporal technology. The framework is based on precision agriculture technology and digital twin theory. Through the construction of artificial ecosystems and Virtual ecosystems, the problem of differences of natural environments in the ex-situ conservation, as well as the adaptability of natural return of plants, is solved. The framework proposed in this paper is conducive to improving the success rate of ex-situ conservation, thereby enhancing the benefits of natural return of rare and endangered plants.

Aiming at the three elements of temperature/humidity/light in the greenhouse, a set of intelligent control system based on internal incremental PID control algorithm is designed. Incremental PID takes the variation of output as the transmission signal, which is based on the last output result. It only needs to collect three consecutive signals to perform precise and efficient control, avoiding repeated integration operations based on the traditional position PID control algorithm. After simulation and analysis, the design scheme based on the internal incremental PID control algorithm is much better than the traditional position PID control algorithm in terms of response speed and sampling frequency.

The smart water meter in water supply network can directly affect water production and usage when faults occur. The traditional method of fault detection is inefficient with time lagging, which is not helpful for modernization of water supply system. The capability of automatic fault diagnosis of smart water meter is an important means to improve the service quality of water supply. In this paper, an automatic fault diagnosis method for the smart device is proposed based on BP neural network. And it was applied on Google Tensorflow platform. Fault symptom vectors were constructed using water meter status data and were used to train the neural network model. In order to improve the learning convergence speed and fault classification effect of the network, a method of weighted symptom was also employed. Experimental results show that it has good performance with a general fault diagnosis accuracy of 98.82%.

Air quality is a closely relation to people' life and agricultural operations, due to the steep mountain and slippery road in a rainy day in the wuling mountain area. In this study, machine learning methods is adopted to predict air quality of the wuling mountain area, in order to give a better model for the air quality prediction of wuling mountain area. Random forest, decision tree, deep back propagation neural network is selected for air quality prediction exams. It is done that the difference based on MSE (MAE) between prediction and observed values was compared. The mean squared error (mean absolute error) are 3.54 (1.28), 8.35 (1.92), and 5.01 (1.61) for random forest, decision tree, deep back propagation neural network in the Huaihua station in wuling mountain area, respectively. Moreover, random forest obtained the better performance than decision tree and deep back propagation neural network.

It is extremely difficult to protect the endangered species with the traditional management methods due to the complex environment in the wuling mountain. Because the protector is inconvenient to go to the spot and sets up the base station of GPS mobile communication. Therefore, A precise endangered species monitoring system was designed using Beidou satellite navigation system + 4G to monitor the surrounding conditions of endangered characteristic species, which is installed at different elevation, altitude and regions in wuling mountainous. The monitoring data are sent to the system center in real time, and then the protectors analyze these information and take effective measures to protect the spot. After a long testing time, the results indicate that the system received lots of data with respect of the temperature, humidness, longitude and latitude, growth situation, etc. Therefore, the ecological environment of beautiful mountains and clear wateris hope to achieve in future after installing of the proposed system in large numbers.

In this paper, we propose an approach for constructing concept tree of web content based on FCA and thesaurus, which aims to solve the problem of evaluating web content. Firstly, each paragraph of web content is extracted, and the characteristic phrases of the paragraph are obtained, which is used to generate formal context; Secondly, we exploit FCA to build the concept lattice according to the formal context; finally, thesaurus is used on the process of pruning and renaming the concept of concept lattice to gain the concept tree of web content. Experiment results show that the concept tree constructed by our proposed method in this paper has strong competitiveness in reconstructing web content and rationality judgment of classification of web page.

In order to better monitor and manage the signal transmission in the communication system and base station, and carrier detection is more effective. This paper designs a carrier(Carrier frequency) detection system based on FPGA, including system design requirements, FPGA selection, system framework design, carrier detection method design and so on. The performance indexes of the system are tested, such as carrier frequency range, carrier search time, carrier detection number and CPU consumption rate. The system has the advantages of high flexibility and good portability, and has a good application prospect in communication system, base station and other equipment.
