Based on scale space division and sparse PCA (Principal Component Analysis) method, the scale that can represent the maximum information of point cloud is set as the representative scale value of the point cloud, so as to complete the initial scale matching between point clouds. The relationship between normal vectors of 3D points is used to achieve scale invariance, and the concept of histogram is combined to enhance the robustness of 3D feature extraction algorithm in the process of point cloud matching. The experimental results show that this method uses many algorithms to optimize, and its convergence speed is faster than ICP (Iterative Closest Point) method. For point clouds with different overlapping degrees, the registration time and convergence error of this algorithm are obviously lower than those of the contrast algorithm. The algorithm in this paper converges quickly and has high registration accuracy when the overlap rate is low and the initial position is quite different, which proves the robustness of the algorithm in this paper. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2023.

On this basis, multi-scale feature extraction method is adopted to realize real-time cloud matching of 3D point clouds. In this project, multi-scale Harris corner is used to extract feature points of object edges, and LR (Lagrangian relaxation) is introduced through KD tree to improve the speed of point cloud matching. LR solution involves solving the difference equation, which is very suitable for FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) devices containing a large number of sequential logic circuit units. Based on FPGA, the point cloud data is effectively accelerated by combining software and hardware. The results show that the repeatability of this method is about 74% without noise, which is about 22% higher. The method in this paper is more robust and repeatable to noise. The running speed of the FPGA accelerator proposed in this paper is increased by 22.9879 and 14.8551 times. The accelerator based on FPGA also has obvious advantages in running power consumption. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2023.

Bearing faults, characterized by their low probability occurrence and limited sample availability, present challenges in accurate diagnosis. Traditional data-driven diagnostic methods exhibit reduced accuracy and generalization in small datasets. This paper presents a Siamese networks model based on metric learning, which is used for bearing faults classification. Vibration signals are preprocessed using continuous wavelet transform (CWT), and features are extracted through the MobileNetV3 backbone network. The model employs Euclidean distance measurement for training and classification, demonstrating high accuracy under limited sample data. © 2023 ACM.

At present, quality governance has become the internal demand of education reform and high-quality education system construction. First, this study analyzed the current research status and existing problems of early warning education in universities and colleges from the aspects of basic data, evaluation index, assessment method, and tool system application. Second, driven by learning situation big data analysis, this study puts forward a complete method system of risk assessment and early warning of learning situations, which consists of basic data collection and processing, index system construction and quantification, model construction and calculation, result expression and visualization, and a prototype information system was also realized by using modern software engineering and visualization technology. Finally, a specific course was taken as an example, and the application practice of learning situation risk assessment and early warning was carried out. The obtained results are very helpful to solve the problems of lagging early warning time, single evaluation factor, outdated technology and so on in traditional early warning education. It has reference significance for improving students' learning quality, teachers' teaching effect and early warning education management efficiency. © 2022 IET Conference Proceedings. To efficiently detect the time-slot power of the Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) communication systems such as repeaters and base stations in real-time. This article designs a signal-sampling hardware circuit based on the Advanced RISC Machine (ARM) platform and proposes a comprehensive method to calculate the time-slot power values. The signal sampling circuit uses the ADC108S052 chip with an 8-channel linked to the ARM via the Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI), and the time-slot power detection approach consists of a signal timing sampling module, sampling data reading module, and sampling data processing module to compute the detected time-slot power comprehensively. We design experiments to evaluate the efficacy of the approach to detect the time-slot power with the system power-on and normality running condition, the detection of the system CPU resource consumption for the time-slot power, the detection of the error value for the time-slot power, etc. The experimental results demonstrate that the approach can be efficient, and real-time detection of the time-slot power of the TDMA system, the system of repeaters and base stations and other systems of signal coverage, optimization and so on is of great significance. © 2023 ACM.

Due to the limitation of single function and no Internet of things communication in the vehicle safety alarm system on the market at present, the automobile suffocation accidents occur frequently. In view of this situation, this paper studies a design method of a vehicle security early warning terminal based on Internet of things. This method uses carbon monoxide detection module, oxygen detection module, temperature detection module, pyrogenic infrared detection module, and other modules to detect whether the vehicle environment is abnormal, if the anomaly is detected, an early warning is activated and emergency measures are taken automatically. At the same time, the wireless communication module is used to send the vehicle location information to the designated user's mobile phone and cloud. The system improves the safety of the automobile and greatly reduces the possibility of asphyxiation in the automobile. The experimental results verify the effectiveness of the design. The error of the display value of CO content, oxygen concentration and temperature of the prototype is less than + 2 ppm, ± 0.1% and ± 0.1 respectively. If the carbon monoxide content, oxygen content and temperature deviate from the safe range, the buzzer will sound the alarm, upload the abnormal information in the car and the location of the vehicle to the cloud, and send a distress message to the designated user's mobile phone. © 2023 ACM.

With the development of semantic technology, semantic retrieval has become the focus of researchers. This paper proposes an approach for semantic retrieval based on thesaurus, and explores the feasibility of using thesaurus instead of ontology technology to realize semantic retrieval, so as to reduce the cost problem of time-consuming and laborious for ontology construction. The results show that the proposed method in this paper has better advantages in the synonymous expansion, semantic implication expansion and semantic related expansion of the search terms. © 2023 ACM.

ChatGPT as a representative of Artificial Intelligence in Generative Computing (AIGC) has had an impact on higher education. It promotes "human-computer collaboration" in coursework, showing both positive and negative effects. ChatGPT has the potential to provide students with personalized learning support. However, students may become too reliant on these tools and lack independent thinking. Aiming at the above problems, this paper introduces the idea of practical homework resource construction, and provides a series of anti-ChatGPT strategies, which can prevent students ChatGPT’s "one-click answer" from the source. An extensive amount of research applications on traffic flow prediction models taking into account spatio-temporal modeling have been undertaken in recent years. Relative to traditional spatio-temporal modeling approaches, good application results have been achieved in predicting traffic flow. However, in real life, traffic flow proves to be time- and space-dependent, which poses difficulties for accurate modeling of traffic flow prediction. To address these problems, we propose the ST-GNN-GRU model, which mainly contains S-GNN and T-GRU modules. The model uses a combination of spatio-temporal modeling and deep learning, which can not only cope with the spatio-temporal modeling problem, but also improve the traffic flow prediction accuracy. The experiments are conducted using the METR-LA dataset, and the outcomes show that the proposed method performs more effectively than other baseline approaches. © 2022 IEEE.

Aiming at the inefficiency and small detection range of existing water quality detection methods, a bionic robofish based on the BeiDou system is proposed to improve the efficiency and range of water quality detection. Using the body and/or caudal fin propulsion mode (BCF) fish as the research object, the swimming principle of the bionic robofish was studied and analyzed through the mathematical model of the wave envelope curve of the fish's body. A three-joint propulsion mechanism was designed, and kinematic simulation analysis was carried out by Matlab software to realize the parametric adjustment of the motion posture of the bionic robofish, and the shape of the fish body was optimized by CFD. A hardware control system with Arduino as the central controller was designed to realize the remote control of the bionic robofish based on the navigation and positioning function of BDS. Finally, the prototype experiment verified the feasibility of the overall design. © 2022 IEEE.
