In the current music teaching activities, more and more artificial intelligence (AI) and big data analysis technology are needed to assist teaching, so as to cultivate students’ independent inquiry ability and research ability. This article discusses the related technologies of artificial intelligence and big data analysis. On this basis, taking music as an example, combined with information technology and theoretical ideas, an interactive teaching music intelligent system is constructed by RBF algorithm, and the system is discussed in detail. The result shows that the interactive music intelligent teaching system constructed in this article plays a good auxiliary role in students’ learning music knowledge and provides a better educational means. It overcomes some shortcomings of traditional music education, improves the quality and efficiency of music education to a certain extent, and has certain practical value and positive significance for the research of music education. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2023.

As a unique local dialect, Waxiang dialect carries rich regional culture and historical information. However, with the acceleration of modernization and the increase of population mobility, the inheritance and protection of Waxiang dialect are facing severe challenges. By constructing the ‘Xuewatong’ APP- Waxiang dialect digital protection platform, based on cloud storage technology, digital resource display, multimedia integration and other technologies, and providing learning resources through big data analysis of user needs, it can effectively promote the digital recording and preservation of Waxiang dialect language resources, and significantly improve the dissemination and educational effect of Waxiang dialect culture, showing the great potential of digital technology in dialect protection.

Recently, with the increasing complexity of agricultural systems and climate change, agricultural pest and disease surveillance and early detection have become critical tasks for guaranteeing food stability and promoting sustainable farming growth. Agricultural pest and disease surveillance is a key component of agricultural production, directly affecting crop yield and quality. As big data advances and image processing technologies rapidly, their application in crop pest and disease surveillance has become increasingly widespread. By integrating multi-source data, such as remote sensing data, meteorological data, ecological data, and pest and disease survey data, researchers can build more accurate and efficient pest and disease surveillance models. This paper reviews the research progress of big data and image processing technologies in crop pest and disease surveillance, analyzes the advantages and challenges of current technologies, and proposes future research directions to enhance the automation and intelligence of systems. Additionally, it discusses the integration of deep learning and other techniques to achieve efficient information mining and accurate retrieval of disaster-related data, aiming to provide scientific guidance and technical support for agricultural production. © 2024 IEEE.

Polarization sensitive optical coherence tomography provides image contrast based on the polarization state of backscattered light, which can quantitatively evaluate the polarization characteristics of tissue samples. This article uses a single input polarization coherence matrix tomography system to image myocardial ischemia images at different times. Characterize the characteristics of myocardial ischemia images at different times using parameters such as intensity, cumulative phase retardation, and cumulative optical axis. The results showed that the longer the myocardial ischemia time, the stronger the intensity information in the depth direction, which is related to the scattering coefficient. The phase images of myocardial ischemia at different times can obtain random phases, which is related to the initial phase of polarized light. The optical axis images of the three show periodic structural changes, which is due to the changes in the birefringence properties of muscle fibers. Therefore, the single input polarization optical tomography system has great application prospects in the diagnosis of myocardial diseases.

The machine learning approach improves design efficiency and reduces design time by simulating automated sizing and placement of integrated circuits ( ICs), but the complexity of solving a strict constraint is not neglected. This paper proposed an automation analog IC parameter design framework based on Bayesian optimization (BO). The BO searches the global optimal design variables, which benefits dealing with multiple constraints optimization problems. To guarantees all the transistor works in normal conditions, the constraint test is introduced during the sampling procedure. At the local search phase, the Gaussian processes (GP) surrogate-based model predicts the circuit's performance instead of SPICE simulation. The BO combined GP approach is friendly to finding the optimal design. The proposed algorithm can handle multi-objective optimization problems. The experiments use a two-stage operational amplifier (Op-amp) and biased-based folded cascode CMOS operational amplifier to test the performance of the algorithm. The experiment results show that the proposed method can speed up the optimization process and perform better than the state-of-the-art surrogate-based optimization method.

This study examines ways to create personalized learning pathways that are influenced by large collaborative models and multi-modal knowledge graphs. By integrating multi-modal data to construct a comprehensive knowledge network, this study utilizes the generative and comprehension capabilities of large models to achieve personalized customization of learning resources. The focus of the research is on accurately depicting learner characteristics through multi-modal profiling techniques, ensuring the transparency and credibility of the content generated by large models. The personalized learning route suggestion model proposed in this paper includes two parts: recommendations for learning paths within courses and recommendations for learning paths within learning tasks, aiming to enhance learning efficiency and outcomes through the collaborative effects of multi-modal knowledge graphs and large models. Experimental results indicate that the learning path recommendation model driven by multi-modal knowledge graphs and large collaborative models performs excellently in improving learning outcomes and recommendation performance. © 2024 IEEE.

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence, AI technology has been widely applied in various industries, including education. In English teaching, AI technology provides teachers with objective and instructive feedback, offers students a more personalized learning experience, helping them improve their English language skills, etc., and brings new development opportunities and challenges to English teaching as well. However, there are still some problems that need to be solved in college English teaching in our university. For this reason, based on the application of AI technology in college English teaching, this paper mainly explores the impact and application countermeasures of AI on college English teaching from the following four aspects: individuals with differences, teaching management, classroom teaching and teaching evaluation. In addition, the profound integration of college English education and AI will foster the advancement and transformation of college English instruction, ultimately serving as a catalyst for its reform. © 2023 ACM.

In the text, we constructed a fire-new three-dimensional chaotic system on account of the research results of Prof. Chen Guangrong, which is more complex in the structure of the Lorenz attractor generated in one direction and varies with time by introducing a triangular function. In the text, this system is used to encrypt digital grayscale images, and through numerical simulation experimental analysis. This algorithm can be concluded that it has excellent encryption, easy implementation, and security is also excellent.

To address the issue of water surface garbage pollution, a new energy-powered intelligent water surface garbage recycling boat has been designed. The intelligent water surface garbage recycling boat takes the STM32F103 single-chip microcontroller as the core control unit. And it integrates some modules such as visual recognition, Beidou/GPS dual-mode positioning, and millimeter-wave radar. The unit module design method and the collaborative working mechanism of each module effectively guarantee the realization of the functions of the intelligent water surface garbage recycling boat. Specifically, the motor driving module ensures the normal running and steering of the water surface garbage recycling boat. Besides, the visual module facilitates garbage recycling and intelligent classification on the water surface. Moreover, the Beidou positioning module is utilized not only for daily navigation of intelligent fixed-point garbage recycling, but also for the recovery and utilization of solar and wind energy from all directions. In addition, the millimeter-wave radar on the hull can ensure the safe travelling of the garbage recycling boat comprehensively. The boat designed in this paper exhibits the characteristics of low energy consumption, high performance, and energy conservation and emission reduction.
