The network structure and functional properties of gene regulatory system and their relationships arc an important research field in systems biology. In this paper, a new improved model is proposed based on the study of gene expression process. The model takes into account the effect of protein concentration on the gene expression, so as to obtain a new bifurcation point and improve the performance of the system. The validity of the model is verified by theoretical analysis and data simulation.

This paper investigates the problem of distributed control of multiple redundant mobile manipulators to collectively transport an object tracking a desired trajectory with energy and manipulability optimized. To solve this optimization problem, formation control tasks are introduced as equality constraints with the variables being the velocities. In this paper, we propose a distributed proximal gradient algorithm searching for the optimal solution, with which the stability of the closed-loop system is proved. Simulations demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed distributed optimization scheme and proximal algorithm.

Stability of a networked predictive controlsystem subject to network-induced delay and data dropout is investigated in this study. By modeling the closed-loop system as a switched system with an upper-triangular structure, a necessary and sufficient stability criterion is developed. From the criterion, it also can be seen that separation principle holds for networked predictive controlsystems. A numerical example is provided to confirm the validity and effectiveness of the obtained results.

In this paper we formulate and solve a pursuit-evasion game in which a single faster player chases several evaders with the same properties. We analyze the optimal motion strategies of the both sides by using the theory of differential games, which helps simplify computation complexity and meet an ideal result. We discuss the situation of one faster pursuer and one evader under some basic assumptions in which the amount of evaders increases by steps in the full visibility case. We apply the task allocation method to simulate the optimal motion track in both fixed sequence capture mode and free sequence capture mode of the pursuer. The optimal motion strategies acquired by differential games theory respond faster than those acquired in traditional ways. We prove all the chase process discussed with differential games by MATLAB simulation.

Currently,the multi-legged robots have to confront the problem of low energy utilization that restricts the moving radius of *** at the problem of energy consumption for mobile robots,this paper provides the analysis in terms of the gait ***,two kinds of gait curves respectively,cycloid curve and Bezier curve are introduced and the main difference of two gait patterns is that the Bezier curve can achieve the swing leg retraction(SLR).The length of step(S),the height of step(H) and the duty ratio of gait cycle(P) are set as the primary research points about the gait of mobile *** this work,we formulate two indexes to quantitatively describe the performance of the quadruped robot and related simulations are carried out for gait ***,the results provide some recommendations for the gait planning of the quadruped robot,that is,the changes of gait parameters influence the index of energy consumption and SLR can effectively reduce energy consumption.
