In traditional prefabricated component manufacturing enterprises, there are often problems such as low utilization rate of the platform surface due to poor production plans of the enterprise, resulting in waste of production resources and low production capacity of the enterprise. In order to solve the problem of mold platform combination allocation in the production process of prefabricated component manufacturers, a mold platform combination allocation method based on the combination of machine learning and backtracking is proposed. The backtracking method is used to search for the theoretical best fit combination result, and the improved BL is used. The positioning algorithm simulates the placement process of the mold on the platform, and uses the Apriori algorithm to train the obtained data set to obtain the association rules contained in the frequent item set. When the enterprise re-produces, the prefabricated components are combined according to the association rules for production, and the utilization rate of the platform is improved. The simulation test is carried out with the example data of the prefabricated component manufacturing enterprise, which verifies the effectiveness of the combination allocation method of mold and platform combined with the backtracking method and the Apriori algorithm to solve the problem. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Event-triggered Observability: A Set-membership Perspective

This work attempts to discuss the observability of linear time-invariant systems with event-triggered measurements. A new notion of observability, namely, ǫ-observability is defined with parameter ǫ, which relates to the worst-case performance of inferring the initial state based on not only the received measurement but also the implicit information in the event-triggering conditions at no-event instants. A criterion is developed to test the proposed ǫ-observability of discrete-time linear systems, based on which an iterative event-triggered set-membership observer is designed to evaluate a set containing all possible values of the state. The proposed set-membership observer is designed as the outer approximation of the ellipsoids predicted based on previous state estimates and the ellipsoids inferred by fusing the received measurement and communication conditions, which is optimal in the sense of trace at each step and is proved to be asymptotically bounded. In this paper, the outlier-resistant distributed filtering problem based on amplify-and-forward relays is studied for discrete time-varying nonlinear multi-rate systems with multiple measurement delays over sensor networks, where the augmenting method is utilized to transform the multi-rate system into a single rate system. An amplify-and-forward (AF) relay is set between the sensor and the filter to extend the transmission distance of the signal and ensure the communication transmission quality. The outlier-resistant distributed filter is constructed by introducing a saturation function to limit the innovations, then the upper bound on the filtering error covariance is obtained and the filter gain is designed to minimize such obtained upper bound. Finally, a numerical example is used to show the effectiveness of the outlier-resistant distributed filtering algorithm based on AF relays.

This paper concerns robust consensus problems for continuous-time first-order multi-agent systems with respect to uncertain gain and phase of the agent’s frequency response varying within certain ranges. We consider dynamic output feedback control protocol in the form of proportional-integral (PI) control. The agents can in general be nonminimum phase and unstable systems, which are interconnected by an undirected graph network. We seek to determine the largest ranges of gain and phase variations, referred to as the gain consensus margin (GCM) and the phase consensus margin (PCM), respectively, so that consensus can be achieved robustly within these ranges. Our main results consist of explicit analytical expressions of the GCM and PCM, which demonstrate how the agent’s unstable pole and nonminimum phase zero, as well as the network connectivity may fundamentally confine the gain and phase variation ranges so that consensus can or cannot be maintained.

Detection of stealthy false data injection attacks against networked control systems via active data modification

This paper investigates the design and detection problems of stealthy false data injection (FDI) attacks against networked control systems from the different perspectives of an attacker and a defender, respectively. First, a Kalman filter-based output tracking control system is presented, where stealthy FDI attacks are designed for its feedback and forward channels so as to destroy the system performance while bypassing a traditional residual-based detector. Second, to successfully detect such two-channel stealthy attacks, an active data modification scheme is proposed, by which the measurement and control data are amended before transmitting them through communication networks. Theoretical analysis is then carried out for both ideal and practical cases to evaluate the effectiveness of the detection scheme. An interesting finding is that the attacks designed based on a false model obtained from those modified data can remain stealthy. Finally, simulation results are provided to validate the proposed attack design and detection schemes.

This paper discusses the design problem of recursive filtering method for time-varying nonlinear delayed systems (NDSs) with stochastic parameter matrices (SPMs) and censored measurements. In particular, the Tobit Type I model provides a description of the censored measurements. The main objective of this paper is to construct a recursive filter for NDSs with both SPMs and censored measurements. The upper bound of the filtering error covariance is first calculated via mathematical induction, and the upper bound is then minimized by choosing proper filter gain. Besides, a sufficient condition is provided to guarantee that the filtering error is uniformly bounded in the mean-square sense. Finally, the viability and applicability of the proposed filtering method are demonstrated using a numerical simulation.

The requirements of modern industry on the response speed and accuracy of voice coil motors has been the gradual growth, and PID control algorithms have become increasingly unable to meet their requirements. The use of sliding mode control can speed up the response time of the motor, and it also can improve the response speed, overshoot and instability problems in some degree. However, the sliding mode control algorithm will bring jitter to the entire system. This paper combines fuzzy control and sliding mode control to adjust the parameters of the sliding mode control algorithm in real time, which greatly reduces the jitter problem caused by the sliding mode. According to the actual parameters of the voice coil motor, the transfer function of the voice coil motor is deduced, a simulation model of fuzzy sliding mode control is built, and the sliding mode control and fuzzy sliding mode control algorithms are compared. Finally, two signals of step and sine are used as inputs for simulation model. It can be seen through the simulation waveform that the fuzzy sliding mode control algorithm can improve the response speed of the control system and reduce the tracking error. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

In this paper, the distributed state estimation method with resilient attenuation feature is proposed for time-varying fractional-order complex networks under encoding-decoding mechanism. The encoding-decoding-induced dynamic errors for distinct nodes are characterized by the truncated Gaussian distributions. In order to compensate the effects induced by encoding-decoding scheme, the variances of encoding-decoding-induced dynamic errors are considered in process of designing the resilient distributed estimation algorithm. In particular, the upper bounds of updated estimation error covariances are derived firstly. Subsequently, the upper bounds are minimized by constructing the gain matrices at each sampling instant. Besides, a sufficient condition is provided to guarantee the boundedness of estimation error dynamics in the mean-square sense. Finally, the validity of distributed resilient state estimation scheme is demonstrated by a simulation example.

According to the characteristics of the painting process of passenger car manufacturing enterprises, by formulating the routing buffer linkage rules based on the total renewal cost, the linkage process of the bus in the routing buffer is controlled, and an improved Q-learning (Q- The routing buffer of learning) algorithm quickly finds the optimal path method. According to the actual production situation, this method improves the dynamic parameters of the algorithm on the basis of the traditional Q-learning algorithm, and improves the optimization speed and accuracy of the algorithm by establishing the correlation between the work-in-process and its neighboring work-in-process in the current state. Through multiple sets of example simulation tests, the effectiveness of the Q-learning algorithm in solving the optimization problem of routing buffer linkage is verified. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
