In the environment of limited electricity supply in distribution network, due to the limitation of its own power capacity and the uncertainty of new energy output, there will be insufficient electricity supply in microgrid, which will affect the economy and comfort of users in microgrid system. Therefore, aiming at the situation of limited electricity supply in distribution network, multi-microgrid system is taken as the research object, and the cooperative game method is adopted to realize the energy sharing of multi-microgrid system, and then the limited electricity optimal dispatching model of multi-microgrid system is constructed to realize the reasonable power distribution for different types of loads. Finally, the simulation results show that this strategy can effectively realize power sharing, reduce outage loss and improve user satisfaction.

Distributed Event-Triggered Algorithm for Convex Optimization with Coupled Constraints

This paper develops a distributed primal-dual algorithm via event-triggered mechanism to solve a class of convex optimization problems subject to local set constraints, coupled equality and inequality constraints. Different from some existing distributed algorithms with the diminishing step-sizes, our algorithm uses the constant step-sizes, and is shown to achieve an exact convergence to an optimal solution with an O(1/k) convergence rate for general convex objective functions, where k > 0 is the iteration number. Moreover, by applying event-triggered communication mechanism, the proposed algorithm can effectively reduce the communication cost without sacrificing the convergence rate. Finally, a numerical example is presented to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. Copyright © 2022, The Authors. All rights reserved.

With the increasing awareness of environmental protection, the solar photovoltaic (PV) industry has been developing dramatically in recent years. PV module is an important part of PV power generation system. In all the defect types of PV modules, hotspots occur more frequently and cause more serious damage. Therefore, it is necessary to detect hotspots. An approach is proposed using saliency analysis method for hotspot detection, combing the cognitive property about visual saliency and the temperature property of hotspots. Not only does this approach not require manual threshold setting, but also it does not require a large number of learning samples. This approach can also achieve the defect diagnosis and hotspot location when compared with the electrical characterization method. The infrared thermal (IRT) images trained in experiments are obtained using the thermographic camera FLIR Vue Pro with the unmanned aerial vehicle from a PV plant in Jiangsu, China. Altogether 135 IRT images are collected and 1020 PV modules are extracted from these images. Experiments have proved great accuracy and robustness when using the proposed method to detect hotspots.

Seismic simulation shaking table plays a key role in many industrial structural dynamic experiments. High-precision waveform repetition has a great impact on the experimental accuracy of structural dynamic experiments. The equipment of seismic simulation shaker table has obvious uncertainties in the modeling process, so it is difficult to describe the seismic simulation shaker table with a more accurate mathematical model. Therefore, this paper adopt the Linear Active Disturbance Rejection control (LADRC) to achieve high-precision reproduction of the waveform of the seismic simulation shaker. This method will all the model uncertainty and external disturbance as total disturbance, using the extended state observer (ESO) to estimate the total disturbance, and by using state feedback control law of generalized disturbance compensation, to get better performance of resistance to interference. This method does not rely on the model of the specimen and does not need to obtain prior knowledge of the specimen. In this paper, the inertial and single-degree-of-freedom elastic specimens are simulated for vibration test, and the control effect of this strategy is fully verified by comparison with the traditional PID control method. © 2020 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of automation.

Recently, compressed sensing（CS） has been widely used in ground penetrating radar（GPR） imaging due to its low sampling time, high quality performance and high quality underground imaging results. There are always a large number of matrix operations involved in CS based GPR imaging process, which takes a long time. Traditionally, all scanning area was imaged by this CS imaging method. However, with the imaging scene becoming larger, the measurement matrix and the data dictionary in CS imaging model expand, which increases the time of CS-based imaging process. Thus, this paper proposes a fast CS based GPR imaging method to reduce the imaging time. Specifically, the geometric characteristics of the B-scan image can firstly be used to extract the region of interest（ROI） where the target may exist in a layered medium. Then the GPR imaging based on CS can be realized in ROI, which can reduce the imaging area and imaging time. Experimental results present that the method can effectively reduce the time of GPR imaging based on CS.

Large Language Models (LLMs) are increasingly integrated into diverse industries, posing substantial security risks due to unauthorized replication and misuse. To mitigate these concerns, robust identification mechanisms are widely acknowledged as an effective strategy. Identification systems for LLMs now rely heavily on watermarking technology to manage and protect intellectual property and ensure data security. However, previous studies have primarily concentrated on the basic principles of algorithms and lacked a comprehensive analysis of watermarking theory and practice from the perspective of intelligent identification. To bridge this gap, firstly, we explore how a robust identity recognition system can be effectively implemented and managed within LLMs by various participants using watermarking technology. Secondly, we propose a mathematical framework based on mutual information theory, which systematizes the identification process to achieve more precise and customized watermarking. Additionally, we present a comprehensive evaluation of performance metrics for LLM watermarking, reflecting participant preferences and advancing discussions on its identification applications. Lastly, we outline the existing challenges in current watermarking technologies and theoretical frameworks, and provide directional guidance to address these challenges. Our systematic classification and detailed exposition aim to enhance the comparison and evaluation of various methods, fostering further research and development toward a transparent, secure, and equitable LLM ecosystem. The deadbeat predictive current control(DPCC) exhibits strong dynamic performance in the current control of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),whereas the performance of the traditional DPCC depends on the accuracy of model parameters to a great *** cope with this problem,parameter sensitivity of the traditional DPCC has been analyzed in detail,with a disturbance observation compensation method proposed to improve the robustness of the current control of ***,a method of non-singular terminal sliding mode disturbance observer(NTSMDO) which employs a novel reaching law,combined with the DPCC is put forward to enhance the parameters robustness of the current loop.A harmonic compensation(HC) term has been added to the output of the current control for ignoring the harmonic electromagnetic process in the mathematical model of the PMSM to further promote the performance of the current loop *** and experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method offers robustness against parameters mismatch and control precision compared with the traditional DPCC.

Admittance control is one of the important methods of compliance control. It is performed by inputting force signals and outputting position signals. Position control can achieve high accuracy, but the force signals have large errors, which is an important factor affecting its accuracy. When the force sensor collects force data, there are non-negligible initial deviations due to gravity, installation, and other factors, resulting in poor admittance control accuracy. In order to solve this problem, this paper takes the six-degree-of-freedom manipulator admittance control as the research object. According to the mapping relationship between the end attitude and the sensor errors, we propose a method of obtaining the initial offset value of the sensor through data interpolation. This method traverses the initial values of the sensor in each working posture when the sensor has no external force input, and then performs secondary interpolation to obtain the offset values of the sensor in any posture, corrects the output values of the force/torque sensor, and then improve the accuracy of admittance control. The experimental results show that this method can quickly and effectively improve the calculation accuracy of the sensor’s initial deviation values and the admittance control accuracy.

With the vigorous development of the photovoltaic industry, how to improve the efficiency of photovoltaic power generation has become an important issue, among which partial shadow occlusion is an important reason affecting the efficiency. The efficiency of photovoltaic power generation can be effectively improved by adopting the maximum power point tracking method (MPPT), but the traditional MPPT method is not ideal in the partial shadow occlusion of the photovoltaic array. To solve this problem, this paper proposes an improved particle swarm optimization method to effectively improve the tracking efficiency of MPPT when multiple peaks appear in the photovoltaic arrays power curve (P-V) under the partial shadow. The proposed method improves the learning factor of the traditional particle swarm optimization algorithm and designs the initial position of the particles according to the characteristics of the photovoltaic array. By adding the particle elimination mechanism, the number of particles changes dynamically, and the tracking speed of the algorithm for the maximum power of the photovoltaic array is improved. Through the result of the simulation, it is not difficult to get the conclusion that the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm can effectively improve the performance of the photovoltaic system under partial shadows. © 2022 Institute of Physics Publishing.
