Prompt detection of bit bounce can prevent serious incidents and is of great importance for safe and efficient deep geological drilling. In the early stage of bit bounce, signal changes are relatively weak. In addition, there are differences in the topological relationships of samples at different time instances in normal state and bit bounce. These factors present a challenge to timely and accurate bit bounce detection. Therefore, this paper proposes a bit bounce detection method based on multi-feature graph and graph convolution networks. A multi-feature graph construction method using process variables, mean value, Mahalanobis distance, and Euclidean distance is proposed, and a two-layer graph convolutional network is designed to realize deep feature extraction and incident detection. The effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method are demonstrated by a real drilling industrial case.

This study addresses linear attacks on remote state estimation within the context of a constrained alarm rate. Smart sensors, which are equipped with local Kalman filters, transmit innovations instead of raw measurements through a wireless communication network. This transmission is vulnerable to malicious data interception and manipulation by attackers. The aim of this research is to identify the optimal attack strategy that degrades the system performance while adhering to stealthiness constraints. A notable innovation of this paper is the direct association of the attack’s stealthiness with the alarm rate, diverging from traditional approaches that rely on the covariance of the innovation or the Kullback–Leibler divergence, which are conventional metrics that have been extensively explored in previous studies. Our findings reveal that the optimal attack strategy exhibits some structural characteristics in systems of low dimensions. The performance of the proposed attack strategy is demonstrated through numerical examples.

This study addresses the intricate challenge of decentralized output-feedback control for stochastic non-triangular nonlinear interconnected systems with unknown time-varying sensor sensitivity in a dynamic event-triggered context. The presence of stochastic disturbances, non-triangular structural uncertainties, and evolving sensor sensitivity distinguishes this problem of global asymptotic stability from conventional event-triggered control scenarios. Existing event-triggered control approaches with static event conditions encounter difficulties in simultaneously ensuring zero tracking/stabilization error and preventing the occurrence of Zeno behavior. In this work, we develop a novel solution to address this complex issue. Firstly, we establish a linear relationship between the state vector of each interconnected subsystem and two error vectors through a unique coordinate transformation. This transformation effectively handles the complexities introduced by non-triangular structural uncertainties. Secondly, we introduce a decentralized dynamic event-triggered output-feedback control strategy, which involves a state observer and a decentralized output-feedback controller. Unlike conventional event-triggered control methods with static event conditions, this strategy formulates a modified clock-based dynamic triggering mechanism by introducing an auxiliary variable that evolves based on predicted plant state values, while utilizing a clock variable to guarantee the existence of a positive lower bound on inter-execution times. Rigorous Lyapunov analysis confirms the global asymptotic stability in probability of the closed-loop system, with the states and the output of each local subsystem converging to the equilibrium at the origin in probability. Additionally, the existence of a minimal dwell-time between triggering instants is guaranteed. With increasing people who suffer from diet-related diseases, providing suggestions for personal daily nutrient-dense intake is highly expected. However, current dietary nutrition models are less precise, and dietary nutrition optimizers usually fail to give satisfactory solutions. Therefore, we construct a constrained many-objective nutrition model with more precise nutrient assessments and a scalable constrained many-objective benchmark set. This test suite has great flexibility in evaluating algorithms' performance on high dimensional search and objective spaces with some feasible region fragments. We also propose a kd-tree based dynamic constrained many-objective evolutionary algorithm to search for customized food combinations according to personal daily consumption and intake preference. Experiments show that our algorithm has better diversity maintenance ability in high dimension space.

In this paper, an effective joint beam selection and power allocation（JBSPA） method is proposed to solve the online resource scheduling problem for multi-target tracking in distributed MIMO radar system. Overall target tracking performance can be improved by optimizing radar system beam selection and power allocation, since each MIMO radar can generate a timevarying beam, and adjust the quality of the observed signal by controlling the transmit power of each beam. In our method the feedback information of the target tracking period is used to complete the optimal radar-targets assignment and power allocation,the objective function is formulated based on the Bayesian Cramér-Rao lower bound, as the formulated JBSPA problem is nonconvex, a three steps solution method based on reward matrix is proposed to solve it effectively. Numerical results show that the proposed JBSPA method can deliver better performance than the competitors in overall MTT performance.

During the coal seam drilling process, the drill string is subject to compressive deformation, compounded by unpredictable variations in formation hardness and borehole wall friction, leading to challenges in maintaining a stable feeding speed. This paper presents a novel approach by introducing uncertain parameters to describe the effects of formation hardness and borehole wall friction. Drill string axial movement model is modeled as a polyhedral system based on a lumped parameter representation. To meet industrial performance requirements, we design a robust $H_{\infty}$ controller to achieve consistent feeding speed control. Our simulation results demonstrate the controller's effectiveness in ensuring system stability despite fluctuations in formation hardness and drill string friction.

This paper discusses the complete area coverage of multi-robots in unknown environments. Finding the optimal solution for the problem of area coverage with multiple robots has been proven to be NP-hard. This paper proposes the Multiagent Node Backtracking Area Coverage（MANBAC） algorithm, which uses improved BCD local area coverage method, and the node backtracking method that is based on the A* algorithm to achieve complete coverage of the entire unknown *** with the area coverage of a single robot, use multi robots can greatly improve the efficiency of area *** with the existing coverage algorithms in known area, this study can be applied to a wider range of area scenarios which are not known.

The present paper considers the model-based and data-driven control of unknown linear time-invariant discretetime systems under event-triggering and self-triggering transmission schemes. To this end, we begin by presenting a dynamic event-triggering scheme (ETS) based on periodic sampling, and a discrete-time looped-functional approach, through which a model-based stability condition is derived. Combining the model-based condition with a recent data-based system representation, a data-driven stability criterion in the form of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) is established, which also offers a way of co-designing the ETS matrix and the controller. To further alleviate the sampling burden of ETS due to its continuous/periodic detection, a self-triggering scheme (STS) is developed. Leveraging pre-collected input-state data, an algorithm for predicting the next transmission instant is given, while achieving system stability. Finally, numerical simulations showcase the efficacy of ETS and STS in reducing data transmissions as well as of the proposed co-design methods. Copyright © 2022, The Authors. All rights reserved.

In order to further optimize the energy utilization rate and operation cost of the integrated energy system, and consider the randomness of the renewable energy output to improve the flexibility of the system operation, a cooperative game based IES optimization operation model was proposed. Firstly, the IES framework is constructed, and the models are modeled for the equipment such as power to gas, carbon capture, gas unit, electricity and gas storage. Secondly, the collaborative cooperation between IES in multiple regions is considered to build a cooperative alliance, and the principle of energy complementarity to improve the overall income is expounded. Finally, the IES cooperative optimal scheduling model based on cooperative game is established. The asymmetric Nash bargaining method is used to allocate cooperative earnings according to contribution. The ADMM algorithm is used to solve the bargaining model. Further simulation analysis verifies that the proposed strategy can effectively reduce the operating cost of each cooperative entity and the total operating cost of the cooperative alliance, promote the multi-regional IES cooperation in the alliance, and effectively improve the energy consumption rate in the system, which can provide a theoretical reference for the economic dispatching of the power system. © 2023, The Authors. In dynamic optimization problems where optimal solutions change over time, traditional ant colony optimization (ACO) algorithms face limitations. This study explores the adaptation of multi-colony ACO algorithms, known for their enhanced search capabilities in stationary problems, to tackle optimization problems in dynamic environments. Various strategies for exchanging information between colonies, which is a critical factor influencing algorithm performance, are investigated. Using the dynamic traveling salesman problem as a foundation, we generate test cases to reflect real-world complexities. Our results on a set of problem instances reveal that the choice of communication strategy between colonies significantly impacts the adaptability and efficiency of multi-colony ACO algorithms in tracking moving optimum.
