The development and distribution states of the blast furnace (BF) gas flow determine whether the reaction in the furnace can proceed normally and decide the utilization efficiency of the carbon in the furnace and the stable smooth operation of the furnace. The internal environment of BF is closed with high temperature and high pressure, which causes that the relationship between the development situation of edge gas flow of the BF and the BF operation is uncertain. In this paper, a prediction model of edge gas flow development state based on BP neural network (BPNN) is proposed, clarifying the relationship between the development state of edge gas flow and the edge burden parameters. Firstly, this paper gets the relative operation factors of effecting the development situation of edge gas flow through analyzing the process mechanism of the BF ironmaking, and proposes the development index of edge gas flow and the heat load of cooling stave to measure the development state of the edge gas flow. Secondly, the intrinsic correlation between the data is verified, and the data are analyzed by Spearman's rank correlation coefficient (SRCC) analysis. Finally, according to the analysis results, combined with the burden mechanism, the edge gas flow prediction model is established to realize the prediction of the development state of the edge gas flow. The calculation of the data collected in the metallurgy scene of the BF suggested that this prediction model of the edge gas flow development state of the BF could describe the relationship between BF operation parameters and the developing state of the edge gas flow.

This paper investigates the problem of distributed control of multiple redundant mobile manipulators to collectively transport an object tracking a desired trajectory with energy and manipulability optimized. To solve this optimization problem, formation control tasks are introduced as equality constraints with the variables being the velocities. In this paper, we propose a distributed proximal gradient algorithm searching for the optimal solution, with which the stability of the closed-loop system is proved. Simulations demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed distributed optimization scheme and proximal algorithm.

In order to compensate for the impact of time delay on the estimation of object feature point image and image Jacobian matrix and improve the control precision of image-based visual servo system, a Kalman filtering algorithm with colored noise is proposed to obtained the current motion state estimation of the feature point with time-delay compensation in the image space, then the accurate image Jacobian matrix under time delay can be obtained. For the above, the following work will be done in this paper: (1) the current motion state estimation of the feature point in the image space is predicted by Kalman filtering algorithm, combined with practical applications, measurement noise is usually as colored noise and can be regarded as a one-order Markov sequence excited by Gauss white noise, then a Kalman filtering recursive model can be derived according to the variance minimization principle of the estimation error;(2) to obtain the measurement vectors estimation which cannot be acquired in the Kalman filtering model owing to the existence of time delay, the relationship between the motion state of the feature point at the prior and later point is established, and a polynomial is fitted by using some of the observed data under the relationship to realize the measurement vectors estimation in the time-delay period. Thus the estimation of the motion state of the feature point at the current time in the image space can be obtained, and the estimation of image Jacobian matrix with time-delay compensation can be obtained. Experimental results validate the feasibility and superiority of this method.

In networked load frequency control (LFC) systems, time-varying delays could come from two aspects: measurements' transmission from power plant to control center and control signals from the control center to plant side, because of the use of open communication networks. Those delays can affect the dynamic performance and the stability of the system. In this paper, the two delays are considered in one-area LFC system, instead of combining these two delays into one, when the delay-dependent stability analysis is carried out by using Lyaponuvtheory and linear matrix inequality (LMI) technique. Moreover, the dynamic delay interval method is employed to derive less conservative delay-dependent stability criteria for such time-delay system compared with the existing results. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed criteria are verified by two case studies.

Hysteresis brake,which provides for step-less torque and high speed,is a stable and reliable device used for loading,but with some problems,such as the large time-lag,strong nonlinearity,and difficulty in modeling et *** to the above-mentioned issues,the special working conditions of hysteresis brake developed by our project team and the advantage of the dynamical performance of the Elman Multi-Hidden Layers Neural Network,this paper employs modified neural network algorithm with Elman dynamic recursive structure to accomplish the model of hysteresis brake,and guarantees the accuracy of output loaded *** this algorithm,we introduce the speed,the given and desired torque,and a directivity factor respectively as a disturbance variable and two input vectors of the system,and then train the model and *** numerical results validate the effectiveness of the algorithm proposed.

In this paper we formulate and solve a pursuit-evasion game in which a single faster player chases several evaders with the same properties. We analyze the optimal motion strategies of the both sides by using the theory of differential games, which helps simplify computation complexity and meet an ideal result. We discuss the situation of one faster pursuer and one evader under some basic assumptions in which the amount of evaders increases by steps in the full visibility case. We apply the task allocation method to simulate the optimal motion track in both fixed sequence capture mode and free sequence capture mode of the pursuer. The optimal motion strategies acquired by differential games theory respond faster than those acquired in traditional ways. We prove all the chase process discussed with differential games by MATLAB simulation.

Service robots are becoming a part of our *** realize friendly human-robot interaction,an initiative service model for service robot is proposed,which is composed of three layers,i.e.,information acquisition layer,in which communication information and environmental information are collected by sensors;decision layer,in which personal intention and emotional states are obtained by multi-modal emotion recognition and intention understanding,and users' demands are obtained by demand analysis model;initiative service execution layer,in which the task execution and emotion adaption of robot are carried *** service can sense motive of people,by which a humanized and real-time service could be *** service experiments are performed,including passive service and initiative service of *** results show that the drinking time of passive service lags behind the initiative service 30 minutes on average,and the initiative service renders drinking service 2 times more than passive service on average,besides,the water quantity provided by initiative service is more reasonable,which demonstrates the feasibility of the *** prospect,initiative service model could be applied to many occasions in our daily life,e.g.,family service,caring for the elderly,and medical rehabilitation.

Hybrid Prediction Model of Carbon Efficiency for Sintering Process

Sintering process is the second most energy-consuming process in ironmarking. The main source of energy consumption is the consumption of carbon. It is significant to predict the carbon efficiency to reduce the energy consumption. In the paper, first, the comprehensive coke ratio (CCR) is defined and used as an index to measure the carbon efficiency by analyzing the sintering mechanism. The principal component analysis method is used to find the principal components affecting the CCR. Next, they are divided into different subclasses by adopting the fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm. Then, the least square-support vector machine (LS-SVM) sub-models are established based on the subclasses, and the parameters of the sub-models are obtained using an adaptive particle swarm optimization algorithm. Finally, a FCM-LSSVM model is established by weighting each LS-SVM sub-model with a fuzzy membership function. The simulations using actual production data show that the prediction accuracy of the FCM-LSSVM model is higher than that of a BP neural network model and a single LS-SVM model, and it meets the requirements of actual production. © 2017

This paper presents a four-stage localization method for epileptic seizure onset zones (SOZs). This method combines the advantages of both the Shannon-entropy-based complex Morlet wavelet transform (SE-CMWT) and adaptive-genetic-algorithm-based matching pursuit (AGA-MP) methods to achieve satisfactory localization performance. The Hilbert transform method is used to identify events of interest. The SE-CMWT-based power spectral density method is applied to acquire channels of interest (CoIs). By using the Morlet wavelets as the dictionary elements, the AGA-MP method combined with Morlet wavelets is developed to detect high-frequency oscillations (HFOs) on CoIs with faster speed and higher accuracy than the AGA-MP method. And the characteristics of HFOs are used to localize SOZs based on the half-maximum method. A comparison shows that our method has higher sensitivity and specificity than four existing methods. © 2017
